Operating Instructions
Before using the Double Stove for the first time, operate the burners once to burn off residues on the heating elements. When doing this, we suggest using the high heat setting.
• Place the Double Stove on a flat, smooth countertop surface. Be sure to place it in a safe area. Make sure that the cord is not in a position where it can be pulled off the countertop. There should be at least 4-6 inches of space above and around the unit for proper air circulation.
CAUTION: NEVER OPERATE THE UNIT IN A TILTED POSITION.
• Plug the Double Stove into an electrical wall outlet. To operate either burner, adjust the variable temperature control to the desired heat setting. The variable temperature control on the right side operates the burner on the right and the control on the left side operates the left burner.
• The power indicator light will illuminate and remain lit until the selected temperature has been reached. The light will then go on and off until the burner is turned off.
For best results: Turn on the burner for approximately 1 minute before placing a pot or pan on it.
• When finished, turn the variable temperature control to the “O” position.
WARNING: BE SURE TO TURN BURNERS OFF COMPLETELY AND UNPLUG UNIT AFTER
EACH USE. NEVER LEAVE BURNER PLUGGED IN WHILE IT IS NOT IN USE.
FOR BEST RESULTS
• It is recommended to use pots or pans that are essentially the same size as the burners. A pot or pan should always be placed on the center of the burners.
NOTE: When using both burners at the same time, try not to use pots or pans that are bigger than the burners. This will ensure that both burners can distribute their heat properly.
• Burners work similarly to stovetop burners and feature a full range of heating options. Use the burner on the left (1200 watts) for quick heating tasks such as boiling water. Use the burner on the right (600 watts) for slow cooking or heating precooked foods.
ALWAYS TURN BURNERS OFF AND UNPLUG UNIT WHEN NOT IN USE
