The FPC‑7034 Four-point Expander doubles the
number of alarm initiating device circuits on the
FPD‑7024 Fire Alarm Control Panel (FACP). These
circuits are identical to the circuits on the FACP.
This plug‑in module is automatically recognized by the
control panel's firmware when power is restored to
the system.

Notice
When four‑wire smoke detectors are used, power
must be supplied to the detectors from either the
control panel or an external power source.
Mounting Considerations
The FPC‑7034 mounts on the FPD‑7024 control board,
just to the right of the keypad. Use the four nylon
stand‑offs supplied with the expander.
Initiating Circuit Wiring
Circuit connection for the expansion initiating circuits
is identical to the on‑board circuit configuration. For
wiring details, see the FPD‑7024 Installation Guide .
Install a supplied EOL resistor at the end of each
wiring run.
