GENERALITIES
* All stainless steel one-piece upper structure (20/10 thick top + 15/10 thick laser continuously welded added side panels) enabling a flush
assembly.
* All stainless steel construction designed to avoid any infiltration.

SOLID PLATE 400
* Removable 10 mm thick solid cast-iron plate, dimensions 740 x 400, including 1 round removable insert.
* Insulated stainless steel combustion chamber forming a recuperation (collecting) receiver.
* Heating ensured by a circular brass burner for a quick temperature rise of the inserts.
* Serially mounted safety thermocouple.
* Gas tap control.
SOLID PLATE 800
* Removable 10 mm thick solid cast-iron plate in two parts, dimensions 610 x 800, including 1 round removable insert.
* Insulated stainless steel combustion chamber forming a recuperation (collecting) receiver.
* Heating ensured by a micro perforated burner for a quick temperature rise of the insert (more than 500°C).
* Serially mounted safety thermocouple.
* Gas tap control.

* Electric ignition for solid plate module by a front push-button.
