CHARGRILL
* High powered gas char grill ensures high output with optimum marking and consistent results thanks to its multiple controls and versatile
individually adjustable grills.
* High power allows continuous production.
* The design ensures that grills, burners and combustion chamber are easily removed.
* The cooking area is divided into independent areas (4 on 800mm wide) each with:
- A grill with 8 stainless bars 10mm Ø adjustable on 3 levels at the rear.
- A pair of robust stainless burners protected from spillage and removable by hand.
- An individual gas control valve.
* Stainless one piece combustion chamber, removable by hand with integral bed of refractory rock ensuring the absorption and pyrolysis of grease
OPEN CUPBOARD
* Cupboard suitable for GN 1/1 cookware, stainless base with raised edges to prevent drips (800mm wide).
