This appliance must be earthed. In the event of a malfunction or breakdown, earthing will reduce the risk of anelectric shock by providing a path of least resistance of electric current. This appliance is equipped with a cord having an equipment-earthing conductor and a earthing plug. The plug must be plugged into an appropriate outlet that is installed and earthed in accordance with all local codes and ordinances. Improper connection of the equipment-earthing conductor can result in the risk of an electric shock. Check with a qualified electrician or service representative if you are in doubt whether the appliance is properly earthed. Do not modify the plug provided with the appliance; If it does not fit the outlet. Have a proper outlet installed by a qualified electrician.
Do not abuse, sit on, or stand on the door or dish rack of the dishwasher. Do not operate your dishwasher unless all enclosure panels are properly in place. Open the door very carefully if the dishwasher is operating, there is a risk of water
squirting out. Do not place any heavyobjects on or stand on the door when it is open.The
appliance could tip forward. When loading items to be washed:
1) Locate sharp items so that they are not likely to damage the door seal;
2) Warning: Knives and other utensils with sharp points must be loaded in the basket with their points down or placed in a horizontal position.
Check that the detergent powder is empty after completion of the wash cycle. Do not wash plastic items unless they are markeddishwasher safe or the
equivalent. For plastic items n
ot so marked,
check the manufacturer's
recommendations. Use only detergent and rinse additives designed for an automatic dishwasher. Never use soap, laundry detergent, or hand washing detergent in your dishwasher. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance. The door should not be left open, since this could increase the risk of tripping.
If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or its service agent or a similarly qualified person in order to avoid a hazard.
During installation, the power supply must not be excessively or dangerously bent or flattened.
Do not tamper with controls. The appliance is to be connected to the water mains using new hose sets and
that old hose-sets should not be reused. The maximum number of place settings to be washed is 12. The maximum permissible inlet wa ter pressure is 1MPa. The minimum permissible inlet water pressure is 0.04MPa.
Dispose of the dishwash er packaging materi al correctly.
All packaging mat erials can be r ecycled.

If there is no salt warning light in the control panel (for some models), you can estimate when to fill the salt into the softener by thenumber of cycles the dishwasher has run.
Scrapeoff any large amountof leftover food.S oftenremnantsof burnt foodin pans, thenload the baskets. Referto thedishwasherloadinginstructions.
Close the door,press the Programme button until the selected programme lights up. ( See the section entitled Operationg instruction )“”
Turn on the water tap and press the Start/reset button. The machine will start working after about 10 seconds.
1.A running cycle can only be modified if it has been running for a short time.O therwise the detergent may have already been released and the water alreadydrained. If this is the case, the detergent dispenser mustbe refilled.
2. Press the Start/Reset button for more than 3 seconds to cancel the running programme.
3. Select a new programme.
4. Restart the dishwasher.
Add forgottendishes in the dishwasher.
If the appliance is switched off during a wash cycle.
Switch offthe applia nce
Turn off the water tap, unload the baskets
1.Open the door a little to stop the dishwasher.
2.After the spray arms stop working, you can open the door completely.
3.Add the forgotten dishes.
4.Close the door, the dishwasher will start running again after 10 seconds.
If the appliance is switched off during a wash cycle, when switched on again, please re-select the washing cycle and operate the dishwasher according to the original Power-on state ).
When the working cycle has finished, the buzzer of the dishwasher will sound 8 times, then stop. Turn off the appliance usingthe ON/OFF button.
Warning: wait a few minutes (about 15 minutes) beforeunloading the dishwasher to avoid handling the dishes and utensils while they are still hot and more susceptible to break. They will alsodry better.Unload the appliance, starting from the lower basket.
Open the door care full y. Hots team may escape when the door is opened!

The water so ftener m ust beset manu ally,using the wa ter hard ness di al. The water soften er is designed to remove mineral s and salts from t he water, wh ich woul d have a detrimental o r adverse effect on theoperation of the app liance. The h igher t he content of th ese miner als and salts, the harder your wat er is. The softener s hould be adjusted accordi ng to thehardness o f the water in you r area. Your local WaterAuthority can advise you onthehardnessof thewaterin yourarea.
AdjustingSalt Consumption
The dishwasher is designed to allow for adjustment i n theamount of salt co nsumed bas ed o n the hardness of the waterused.Thisis intended to optimise andcustomisethe levelo fsalt consumption.
Pleas e follow the steps below f or adjustmen t in salt consum ptio n.
1. Unsc rew the cap from the sa lt co ntain e r.
2. There i s a r ing o n the container wi th an a rrow on it (see figure ontheside),if necessary,rotate the ring intheanticlockwise direction from the "-" Settingtowardthe " +"sign,basedon the hardness of the water be ing u sed. It is rec ommende d that adjustments s hould b e m ade in accord ance with the followin g scheme:

WATER SOF TENER Thehardness o f the water varie s from p lace to place. If hardwater i s used i n the dishwasher,de posits will form on thedishes and utensils. Theapplian ceis eq uipped with a special so ftener that uses as alt c ontainer specifically des igned to eliminate lime an d mi nera ls from the water.
Always use the salt i ntende d for u se w ith di shwasher. The salt c ontain er i s locat ed ben eath thelower bas ket andshould b e fill ed as explained inthe following:
Attention!
Only use salt specifically designed for t he use indishwash ers! Every other type of salt not specifically de signed for the use in adishwas her, especially t able salt, will damage the w ater softener.I n caseof da mages caused by the use of un suitable salt the manufacturer doe s notg ive anywarranty nor is liabl e fora ny damages caused.
Only fill wi th sal t just b efore starting one of the co mplete washingprograms. This will prevent any g rains ofsalt or salty wate r,wh ich may have b een s pilled, remaining on the bottom ofthe machine for anyperiod of time, which may cau se corrosion.

1.The salt con tainer must only be refil led when t he sal t warn ing ligh t in the control panel comes on. Depending on how well thesalt dissolves, th e salt warning light may still be on even though the salt container is filled. If there i s no sa lt w arning lightin the control panel ( for so me Mode ls),you can estimate whento f ill the salt i nto the softener by the cycles that the di shwashe r has run.
2. If ther e are spills of the salt, a soa k or arapid pro gram shoul d be runto remove the excessive sa lt.

RinseAid D ispenser
The ri nse aid is rel eas ed d uri ng the final rinse to prevent water from forming droplets o n y our dishes, which can leave spots andstreaks. It also improves dry ing by allowing water tor oll offt he di shes. Yourd ishwasher i s designed touseliquidrinseaids.The rinse a iddispenser islocatedinsidethedoornext tothedetergent dispenser. To fi l l the dispen ser, ope n t he c ap a nd pour the rinse aid i nto the d ispens er until t he le vel indicator turn s c omplete ly black. The vol ume of the rinse ai dcontainer i s about 110ml.
Function of Rinse Aid
Rinse aid is automa tically a dded during t he last rinse, ensuring thorough rinsing, and spot and streak free drying.
Attention!
Only use branded rinse aid fordishwasher. Neverfillthe rinseaiddispenserwithany o ther substances
(e.g. Dishwasher cleaning agent, liquid d eterge nt). Th is would damage the app liance.

Ifthere i s no rinse-aid warnin g ligh t in thec ont rol panel , you can estimate the amount from the colo ur ofthe opt ical l evel indi cator C loc ated next to the cap. When th e rin se-aid c ontai ner is fu ll, th e wh ole indicator wil l be d ark .As the rinse-aid diminishes, th e size of the dar k dot decreases. You shou ld never let the ri ns e aid l ev el fall 1 / 4 full.

Adjusti ng RinseAid Disp enser
The rinse aid dispe nser ha s six or four s etti ngs.Always start with t he d ispenser set on " 4". I f spots and poor drying are a proble m, increa se t he amoun t of r inse aid dispensed by remov ing thed ispe nser l id an d rotatin g the d ial to "5". If the dishes st ill ar e not d rying properly o r are show spots, a djust t he dial to t he next higher lev er un til your dishes ar e spot-f ree. The recommended setting is "4". (Factoryvalue is "4".)
Increasethedoseif therearedropsof water or limespotsonthedishes afterwashing. Reduce it ifthereare sticky whitis h stainson your dishesor a bluishfilm on glasswareor knifeblades.
