This product’s durability and components are thoroughly tested; however, depending on the vehicle’s driven
condition and (or) climate, the durability may decrease.
7) Do not throw away the original detached components from the vehicle. Please keep the components
securely.
We are not liable from any damages caused to the components while installing it. Please be extra careful
through the installation.
8) Use the right tools to tighten the nuts and bolts.
It will damage the threads if you over tighten it or by using the wrong tools.
9) This product has been designed and tested on vehicles with manufacturer’s original components.

Ⅱ. About the product
(1) This product is a fuel controller that enables a ±50% of fuel adjustment and a function that can optically
communicate with the R-VIT. The user can logically compensate the fuel at a rate of 0.1% within the set
parameter of 16 points. The 16 points parameter can be set by every 100RPM. Furthermore, together with the
sister product R-VIT, an easy fuel adjustment that was not possible until now will be available by
communicating the engine RPM and the throttle signal optically through the R-VIT. As a result, the time and
effort of a confusing wiring work could be saved. Moreover, with turbo charged vehicles equipped with Hot Wire
type airflow sensors, it has a function to prevent engine stall caused by air blow back at the time of throttle
OFF.
(2) Features:
① Easy set up function
This product can be used immediately and the troublesome initial setting is unnecessary at all by selecting the
pre- loaded set up data classified by vehicle (maximum of 64).
② Bi-directional optical communication function
Data required for setting, such as the RPM and throttle position, can be transmitted optically from the
R-VIT, which it leads to an easy and minimum wiring work.
③ Clone copy function
It can optically transfer setting data from one’s R-FIT to someone else’s R-FIT.
④ Engine stall prevention function
It has a function to prevent engine stall symptoms caused by air blow back at the time of throttle OFF on
turbocharged vehicles equipped with hot wire type airflow. (The R-VIT has to be interlocked with, and it is
necessary to communicate the throttle signal)
⑤ Multi graphic function
The display arrangement becomes pleasant by numerous display screens such as the needle meter, the
ellipse meter, the digital bar graph, and the 2D/3D trace screen.
⑥ Other functions
Naturally the function such as peak hold, warning function, liquid crystal adjustment, data protection, clear,
etc, are standard equipment.

IV. Installation method
1. The minus (-) terminal of the battery is disconnected.
2. Connection of the R-FIT main harness to the vehicle’s ECU.
※The settings of the AUDIO or NAVIGATION SYSTEM may be lost. We recommend writing a memo.
Connect the attached main harness to the ECU by using as a reference the attached ECU wiring diagram
to check the vehicle’s engine control unit position and the arrangements of the terminal.
Connect the airflow signal by connecting the attached wire connectors. The white wire is the in INPUT of
the sensor signal and the orange wire is the OUTPUT of the sensor.
Red Wire：＋１２Ｖ（ＩＧＮ）
White Wire：Sensor signal Input (Airflow sensor, Pressure sensor)
Orange Wire：Sensor signal Output (Airflow sensor, Pressure sensor)
Brown Wire：RPM signal (Ignition timing signal)
Black Wire：Ground (ＧＮＤ）
※When connecting with the R-VIT, the RPM can be inputted from R-VIT. In this case, please connect only
the power supply, ground and the Airflow signal.

6. Before starting the engine.
Turn the IGN-ON, and check the following contents.
① Did it display the EASY SETUP screen right after powering ON the R-FIT?
If it did not, check the connections again or call our support center.
② Aren't there any abnormalities such as noise and bad odor from or near by the ECU?
If these symptoms appear, promptly stop using the product and call our retailer where it was purchased of
call out support center.
③ Start the engine after following initial setting at V-5 (Pg 11), if the above symptoms are not noticed and it
operates normally.
● Please do not start the engine any means until the initial setting is performed.
There is a possibility of damaging the engine if it is put into operation without
performing the initial settings. Please set up every applicable item according to the
methods of initial setting.

ＬＥＦＴ switch To return to the ＭＡＩＮ ＭＥＮＵ and to the previous operation .
ＲＩＧＨＴ switch To clear the peak value (press over 3 sec)
