Beschreibung
Das Gerät wandelt FBAS-Videosignale (NTSC und PAL
V

Standard) in RGB-Videosignale um.
Hierdurch ist die Darstellung der Blaupunkt Navigation oder
einer Videoquelle (z.B. Rückfahrkamera) auf Blaupunkt
Navigationsdisplays möglich.
Für den Video-Anschluß hat das Gerät einen FBAS-Eingang.
Dieser BNC-Anschluß ist innerhalb des Gerätes mit 75 Ω
abgeschlossen.
Für den Anschluß des Navigationsrechners und des
Navigationsdisplays ist jeweils ein 15pol. Sub D-Anschluß
vorhanden.
Das RGB-Signal der Navigation wird am Rechneranschluß
eingespeist und zum Monitoranschluß durchgeschleift.
Das Gerät ist für eine Betriebsspannung von 12 V-24 V ausgelegt. Es wird über Klemme 15 (Zündung) eingeschaltet.
Die Versorgungsspannung für eine Rückfahrkamera erfolgt
am AMP-Stecker Pin 4 mit 12 V.
Der Navigationsrechner versorgt das Navigationsdisplay mit
12V Betriebssspannung und kann den Monitor (über Menü)
aus- bzw. einschalten.
Wird die Navigation dargestellt, oder ist der Monitor über das
Navi-Menü dunkelgeschaltet, so wird beim Einlegen des Rückwärtsgangs (S14, Versorgungsspannung) der Monitor eingeschaltet und das Videosignal der Rückfahrkamera gespiegelt
dargestellt.
Ohne Rückwärtssignal kann zwischen FBAS (ohne spiegeln)
und Navigation umgeschaltet werden.

Description
The unit converts FBAS video signals (NTSC and PAL standard) into RGB video signals.
This makes it possible to show Blaupunkt navigation or a video
source (e.g. backup camera) on a Blaupunkt navigation
monitor.
The unit is equipped with an FBAS input to connect a video
system. This BNC connector is terminated internally with 75 Ω.
A 15-pin Sub-D connector is available to connect the navigation computer and navigation monitor.
The RGB signal of the navigation system is fed to the input
of the navigation computer and passed on to the monitor
terminal.
The unit has been designed for an operating voltage between
12 and 24 volts and is activated via terminal 15 (ignition).
Connect the supply voltage of 12 volts for a backup camera to
pin 4 of the AMP connector.
The navigation computer delivers the supply voltage of 12 V to
the navigation monitor and has been designed to turn the
monitor on and off (via menu).
If navigation is shown on the monitor or the monitor is turned
dark in the navigation menu, the monitor will turn on when you
engage the reverse gear (S14, supply voltage). The video
signal will then deliver a mirror image of the backup camera on
the monitor.
Without the reverse gear signal it is possible to switch between
FBAS (no mirror image) and navigation.
