Citrus Juicer CJ-200
Please read the safety instructions carefully before using this ap-
pliance. Please retain the instructions for future reference.
SAFETY MEASURES
When using your appliance, the following basic
safety precautions should always be followed:
Before using for the first time, check that the appliance voltage is the same as your local supply.
Only use the appliance for the purposes stipulated
by the instructions.
To avoid electric shocks, do not immerse the appliance, plug
or power cord in water or any other liquids. Do notplace
the appliance where it could come into contact with water or other
liquids. If the appliance comes in contact with water, immediately
disconnect it from the mains. Do not use the machine again until it
has been serviced by an authorized service center.
Do not let children use the appliance without supervision.
If the power cord plug does not fit to your wall socket,
consult a qualified electrician.
Use of various adapters may result in damage to the
appliance and termination of warranty.
Always supervise the equipment while in use.
To avoid a circuit overload, do not operate any other high voltage
equipment on the same circuit.
Always unplug before moving the appliance from one
place to another, cleaning and storing.
Never pull the cord to disconnect the appliance, instead grasp the
plug and pull it to disconnect.
Do not allow the cord or the machine itself to come in contact with
hot surfaces.
Position the appliance and the cord so that nobody can acciden-
tally overturn it.
Do not use the appliance if it has been dropped, or it has a dam-
aged power cord or plug. Do not modify or repair the machine
yourself.
Do not dismantle the appliance as improper assembly might result
in an electric shock during the subsequent use of the equipment.
Repairs should only be done by authorized service centers.
Do not use the device in areas where combustible gas mixtures or
inflammable liquid vapors could present in the air, or in areas with
inflammable air-borne dust or fibers.
This equipment is intended for household use only, not for com-
mercial or industrial use.
Please follow all the requirements of this guide.
Do not use the appliance if it has mechanical defects (dents, cracks
etc.), get it checked by the nearest authorized service center.
Only use attachments supplied with the equipment.

SPECIAL SAFETY MEASURES
Before switching on the citrus juicer, check that all
the parts are properly assembled.
During disassembly and assembly of the citrus
juicer do not apply excessive force, as it can cause
the breakdown of the appliance.
The continuous operation of the citrus juicer should
not exceed one minute. If you are squeezing a lot of
fruit, we recommend resting the citrus juicer for a 15-second’s
break every 15 seconds of the operation of the appliance. In this
case the total time of juicing should not exceed 10 minutes.
Before disassembling the appliance make sure that the spout for
juice discharge is raised up and locked.
Do not touch the rotating parts of the citrus juicer during its opera-
tion.
Before disassembling and cleaning the appliance, always discon-
nect it from the power supply.
Clean the citrus juicer as soon as you have finished juicing.

BEFORE USE
Wipe the appliance casing with a damp lint free
cloth.
Wash and then thoroughly dry the removable
parts of the appliance.
Assemble the citrus juicer.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Appliance assembly
1. Place the appliance body (7) on a dry and level
surface.
2. Put the juice pitcher (5) on the appliance body
(6) and fix the pitcher by turning it clockwise.
3. Insert the lower filter (4) into the upper filter (3),
put them on the juice pitcher (5). Put the pressing

cone (2) on the drive shaft (6).
4. Plug the appliance in.
Operation
1. Cut the fruit (orange, lemon, grapefruit) crosswise in half. Place a
half of the fruit in the pressing cone (2) and press. The cone (2)
starts rotating alternately to the left and to the right. Such a twoside rotation allows to press the maximum amount of juice from
the fruits. The rotation stops as soon as you release pressure on
the cone (2).
Attention! Do not press the cone too hard.
2. You can reduce and increase amount of pulp in the juice with a
help of filter adjuster (see Figure B): the MIN position – small
holes – juice without pulp and pips, the MAX position – big holes
– juice with pulp, but without pips.
3. After you have finished unplug the appliance from the electrical
outlet and clean it (see «Care and cleaning»).
CARE AND CLEANING
1. Disassemble the appliance: remove the pressing cone (2), filters (3, 4), unfasten the juice pitcher
(5).
2. Wash all the juicer parts (except the body and
power cord) with warm soapy water. Do not use
abrasive cleaners.

the appliance with the protective lid, put the power cord in the
special place at the appliance bottom.

Yoghurt drinks
Ingredients:
- 300 ml of cold milk
- 150 g of orange yoghurt
- Freshly-squeezed juice (3 oranges)
Whisk the milk, yoghurt and orange juice together, pour in
glasses and decorate with the rind.
Fizzy orange juice
Ingredients:
- Freshly-squeezed juice (2 oranges and 1 grapefruit)
- Fizzy water
- Ice
Mix juices with fizzy water and pour the mixture in a glass with ice.
- Grated orange rind for decoration

Creamy drink with orange juice
Ingredients:
- Freshly-squeezed juice (1 orange)
- 1 egg yolk
- 25 g of sugar
- 100 g of cream
Combine the yolk with sugar, add orange juice, thoroughly mix
and pour in glasses, then add the cold cream.
DISPOSAL
The appliance should be disposed of in accordance with waste disposal regulations in your country and with the least damage to the environment.
Only ecologically safe materials are used in the
packaging of our products and the cardboard and
paper can be disposed of with normal paper waste.
AFTER-SALES SERVICE
If your appliance does not operate at all or
operates poorly, call an authorized service center for help or repairs.
The warranty does not cover the following:
Non-observance of the above safety measures and operation instructions.
Commercial use (use outside the scope of personal household
needs).
Plugging into a mains socket with a voltage different from the volt-
age on the appliance rating plate.
Improper care (ingress of liquid, dust, insects, and other foreign
items and substances inside the appliance).
Use of excessive force during appliance operation or other dam-
ages (mechanical damages resulting from incorrect use, shocks or
dropping of the appliance).
Unauthorized repairs or replacement of the appliance parts per-
formed by an unauthorized person or service center.
Accidents, such as lightning strike, flood, fire and other acts of God.
