1 Systemvoraussetzung

• Betriebssystem Windows XP oder Vista sowie die Verwendung von Microsoft Excel
als Auswertungssoftware sind Systemvoraussetzung.

2 Software installieren

• Legen Sie die CD ein.

• Öffnen Sie mit dem Explorer den Ar-

beitsplatz und dann das CD-Laufwerk.

• Kopieren Sie alle Dateien in die Zwi­schenablage.

• Erstellen Sie ein neues Verzeichnis
(Ordner) auf Ihrer Festplatte indem Sie
z.B. in C:\Programme „Datei“  „Neu“
 „Ordner“ anklicken und diesen z.B.
mit „BF100“ benennen.

• Fügen Sie alle Daten der CD aus der
Zwischenablage in dieses Verzeichnis.

• Erstellen Sie eine „Desktop“­Verknüpfung der Datei „BF100.exe“
indem Sie mit der Maus auf die Datei
zeigen, die rechte Maustaste drücken,
„Senden an“ wählen und „Desktop
(Verknüpfung erstellen)“ wählen.

3 Verwendung der Software

Das Bedienteil muss sich im
Standby-Modus befinden
(Datum und Uhrzeit angezeigt).

• Doppelklicken Sie auf die Datei
„BF100.exe“ in dem neu erzeugten
Verzeichnis bzw. auf die Verknüpfung
(Link), den Sie auf Ihrem Desktop er­zeugt haben. Die PC-Software startet.

• Verbinden Sie das Gerät und den PC
mit dem USB-Kabel. Stecken Sie den
flachen USB-Stecker des Verbindungs­kabels in einen USB-Anschluss an Ih­rem PC. Stecken Sie den kleineren
Mini-USB-Stecker in den USB­Anschluss am Bedienteil auf der rech­ten Seite.

• Im Display des Gerätes erscheint
„VERBUNDEN MIT_USB“ oder einer
anderen Sprache, falls Sie diese einge­stellt haben.

• Klicken Sie innerhalb 30 Sekunden
nach Anschluss des USB-Kabels auf
„UPLOAD“, um die Datenübertragung
vom Bedienteil auf den PC zu starten.
Die Daten werden in der Benutzerda­tenbank gespeichert.

• Die Meldung „UPLOAD IS COMPLETE“
erscheint, wenn die Daten vollständig
übertragen wurden. Bestätigen Sie,
indem Sie auf „OK“ klicken.

• Bei der Meldung „OPEN DATABASE?“
klicken Sie auf „OK“, um die Daten an­zusehen.

• Zum Beenden des PC-Programms
klicken Sie auf „EXIT“.

Sie können die Daten auch
öffnen, indem Sie die Datei
„UserDatabase.xls“ in einem
Tabellenkalkulationsprogramm
öffnen.

4 Hinweise

• Die Daten des Bedienteils bleiben im
Bedienteil gespeichert und werden
beim Übertragen nicht gelöscht.

• Sie können die Daten nach einer neuen
gespeicherten Messung jederzeit auf
Ihren PC übertragen. Die Datenbank
wird automatisch jeweils um die aktuel­leren Datensätze (Messungen) ergänzt.

• Falls Sie mit einer leeren Datenbank
neu starten möchten, löschen Sie die
Datei “UserDatabase.xls” in Ihrem Ver­zeichnis oder benennen Sie die Datei
um. Kopieren Sie die Datei ggf. zu Si­cherungszwecken vorher an einen an­deren Speicherort.

• Ändern Sie nicht die installierten Datei­en. Insbesondere die Datei „DefaultDa­tabase.xls“ darf nicht geändert werden.
Dies könnte zu Datenproblemen führen.

• Öffnen Sie die XLS-Datei nicht während
einer bestehenden USB-Verbindung
bzw. –datenübertragung.

• Überprüfen Sie die USB-Verbindung
zwischen Gerät und PC, falls die Feh­lermeldung „NO USB CONNECTION“
erscheint. Trennen Sie die USB­Verbindung für ca. 10 Sekunden und
verbinden Sie das Bedienteil erneut mit
dem PC.

1 System requirements

• Windows XP or Vista operating system, and the use of Microsoft Excel as analysis
software, are system requirements.

2 Installing software

• Load the CD.

• Open the workstation with Explorer and

then the CD drive.

• Copy all files to the clipboard.

• Create a new directory (folder) on your

hard drive, for example by clicking on
C:\Programs “File”  “New”  “Folder”
and give the folder a name, e.g. “BF100”.

• Paste all the CD data from the clipboard
to this directory.

• Create a desktop shortcut for the
“BF100.exe” file by right clicking the file,
selecting “Send to” and then selecting
“Desktop” (create shortcut).

3 Using the software

The control unit must be in
standby mode (date and time
displayed).

• Double click the “BF100.exe” file in the
newly created directory, or the shortcut
which you created on your desktop. The
PC software will start.

• Connect the unit to the PC with the
USB cable. Insert the flat USB connec­tor of the connection cable into a USB
port on your PC. Plug the smaller mini

USB plug into the USB ports on the
right-hand side of the control unit.

• “CONNECTED VIA_USB” appears on
the unit's display (or in another lan­guage, if you selected one).

• Within 30 seconds of connecting the
USB cable, click on “UPLOAD” to start
the transfer of data from the control unit
to the PC. The data is saved in the user
database.

• The message “UPLOAD IS COM­PLETE” appears when the data has
been fully transferred. Confirm by click­ing on “OK”.

• When the message “OPEN DATA­BASE?” appears, click on “OK” to view
the data.

• Click on “EXIT” to end the PC program.

You can also open the data by
opening the “UserDatabase.xls”
file in a spreadsheet program.

4 Notes

• The control unit data remains saved in
the control unit and is not deleted dur­ing transfer.

• After saving a new measurement, you
can transfer the data to your PC at any
time. The more recent data records
(measurements) are each automatically
added to the database.

• If you want to start again with an empty
database, delete the “UserData­base.xls” file in your directory or re­name the file. If required for reasons of
security, copy the original file to another
folder.

• Do not amend the files which have
been installed In particular, the “De­faultDatabase.xls” file must not be
amended. Doing so could cause data
problems.

• Do not open the XLS file if a USB
device is currently connected or data is
being transferred.

• If the error message “NO USB CON­NECTION” appears, check the USB
connection between the unit and the
PC. Disconnect the USB connection for
approx. 10 seconds and reconnect the
control unit to the PC.

2 Installation du logiciel

• Introduisez un CD.

• Ouvrez avec l'Explorateur le Poste de

travail, puis le lecteur de CD.

• Copiez tous les fichiers dans le Presse­papiers.

• Créez un nouveau répertoire (dossier)
sur votre disque dur en cliquant p. ex.
sur C:\Programmes "Fichier"  "Nou­veau"  "Dossier", puis en renommant
ce dernier en "BF100".

• Collez toutes les données du CD de­puis le Presse-papiers dans ce répertoi­re.

• Créez un raccourci sur le "bureau" du
fichier "BF100.exe" en pointant avec la
souris sur le fichier, en pressant le bou­ton droit de la souris, puis en sélection­nant "Envoyer vers" et "Bureau" (créer
un raccourci)".

3 Utilisation du logiciel
