Thank you for show ing your condence in us by purchasing the BEHRINGER ULTRA BASS CHORUS BUC400. This ultimate eects pedal is specically designed to match the r ange and applications of bass guitars. Thanks to it s high-performance features you get super thic k chorus with unbelievable stereo e ect.
The chorus eect slightly detunes the original signal. A very pleasant detune eect is created relative to the pitch variation. The chorus eec t is often used for dispersing signals.

(2) The LOW FILTER control lowers the amount of ult ra-low frequencies in the eec t signal to achieve
more dened tone and avoid muddiness of sound.
(3) The RAT E control determines the chorus eect speed.
(4) Turn up the DEPTH control to achieve a more f ull and deeper eect sound.
(5) The ON /BATT LED illuminates when the eect is ac tivated. It also serves as a batter y level indicator.
(6) Use the foot switch to activate/deac tivate the eect.
(7) Use this ¼" TS IN connector to plug in the ins trument cable.
(8) The two ¼" TS connec tors OUT A and OUT B send the signal to your amp. Use both connector s if
you want to achieve f ull stereo chorus eect. For mono use just plug in OUT A.
Use the DC IN connection at the front of the unit to plug in a 9 V power supply (not included).
The BATTERY COMPARTMENT is located underneath the pedal cover. To install or replace the 9 V battery, press the hin ges with a ballpen and remove th e pedal cover. Be careful not to sc ratch the unit.

The BUC400 has no on/o switc h. As soon as you inser t the jack into the in connector,
the BUC400 begins running. When not using the BUC4 00, remove the jack from the in connec tor. This exte nds the life of the bat tery.
The SERIAL NUMBER is located at the bottom.

Do not use near water, or install near heat sources. Use only authorized attachments/accessories. Do not service produc t yourself. Contact our qualied ser vicing personnel for servicing or repairs, especially w hen power supply cord or plug is damaged.
