FEATURES
This unit is radio-interference suppressed. This product meets the requirements of the current European and national guidelines. Conformity has been established and the relevant statements and documents have been deposited by the manufacturer.
This 3-phase power distributor is designed to improve safety in both mobile, rental and fixed installations.
Designed and build to the highest European and international safety standards.
The 30mA, 4pole residual current circuit breaker prevents electrical shocks
Oversized internal wiring for increased reliability!
Accurate digital 3-digit voltmeters per phase
Accurate digital 3-digit ampere meters per phase
Two models are available:
PD-32A
Two C16 (16A - 1P+N) automatic circuit breakers per phase
1,5m long mains input cable (3x 32A, 5wire), equipped with CEE (3P+N+E) 32A inlet plug
CEE (3P+N+E) outlet socket (3x 32A, 5wire) for bypass
6x earthed 16A mains outlet sockets on the back panel (2 sockets per phase), 3 different models available:
PD-32A/FR: French/Belgian 16A blue mains sockets

Important: This device left our factory in perfect condition and well packaged. It is absolutely necessary for the user to strictly follow the safety instructions and warnings in this user manual. Any damage caused by mishandling is not subject to warranty. The dealer will not accept responsibility for any resulting defects or problems caused by disregarding this user manual.
Keep this booklet in a safe place for future consultation. If you sell the fixture, be sure to add this user manual.

The lightning flash with arrowhead symbol within the equilateral triangle is intended to alert the use or the presence of un-insulated “dangerous voltage” within the product’s enclosure that may be of sufficient magnitude to constitute a risk of electric shock.
The exclamation point within the equilateral triangle is intended to alert the user to the presence of important operation and maintenance (servicing) instructions in the literature accompanying this appliance.

The device is suitable for mounting on standard flammable surfaces. Standard flammable surfaces include building materials such as wood and wood-based materials more than 2mm thick.
To prevent fire or shock hazard, do not expose this appliance to rain or moisture.
To avoid condensation to be formed inside, allow the unit to adapt to the surrounding temperatures when bringing it into a warm room after transport. Condense sometimes prevents the unit from working at full performance or may even cause damages.
This unit is for indoor use only.
Don’t place metal objects or spill liquid inside the unit. No objects filled with liquids, such as vases, shall be placed on this appliance. Electric shock or malfunction may result. If a foreign object enters the unit, immediately disconnect the mains power.
No naked flame sources, such as lighted candles, should be placed on the appliance.
Don’t cover any ventilation openings as this may result in overheating.
Prevent use in dusty environments and clean the unit regularly.
Keep the unit away from children.
Inexperienced persons should not operate this device.
Maximum save ambient temperature is 40°C. Don’t use this unit at higher ambient temperatures.
To be sure that the automatic circuit breakers work properly, the unit may not be used on altitudes above 2000m.
This unit should be operated with an alternating voltage between 380V and 400V / 50Hz.
Never exceed the maximum power indicated on this appliance!
Never use or connect this appliance during thunderstorms: the unit can be destroyed due to overvoltage!
Always unplug the unit when it is not used for a longer time or before you start servicing.
The electrical installation should be carried out by qualified personal only, according to the regulations for electrical and mechanical safety in your country.
Check that the available voltage is not higher than the one stated on the rear panel of the unit.
The socket inlet shall remain operable for disconnection from the mains.
The power cord should always be in perfect condition: switch the unit immediately off when the power cord is squashed or damaged. It must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard
Never let the power-cord come into contact with other cables!
This appliance must be earthed to in order comply with safety regulations.
In order to prevent electric shock, do not open the cover. Apart from the mains fuse there are no user serviceable parts inside.
Never repair a fuse or bypass the fuse holder. Always replace a damaged fuse with a fuse of the same type and electrical specifications!
In the event of serious operating problems, stop using the appliance and contact your dealer immediately.
Please use the original packing when the device is to be transported.
Due to safety reasons it is prohibited to make unauthorized modifications to the unit.

1.RESIDUAL CURRENT CIRCUIT BREAKER: this is a vital security device of the power distributor! When someone accidentally touches one of the mains conductors, a current leak through the body of this person could result in a lethal (deadly) shock. As soon as such current leakage in the installation is detected, the power distributor outputs will be disconnected. The maximum allowable current leakage is set to 30mA. Under normal working conditions the lever on the right should be in upward position.
Important: the functions of this device should be tested every 30days by pushing the test button on top: as a result the outputs should be immediately disconnected from the mains.
2.INDIVIDUAL CIRCUIT BREAKERS: each of the 3 phases is secured by two C16 automatic circuit breakers. Under normal working conditions the lever should be in upward position.
3.VOLT METERS: each of the 3 phases have their individual 3-digit voltage meter.
4.AMPERE METERS: each of the 3 phases have their individual 3-digit ampere meter.
5.32A INPUT: 1,5m long mains input cable (3x 32A, 5wire), equipped with CEE (3P+N+E) inlet plug.
6.32A OUTPUT: CEE (3P+N+E) outlet socket (3x 32A, 5wire), can be used to feed-through up to 32A 3phase current. Make sure that the total input current will not be exceeded!
7.16A OUTPUT PHASE1: two 230V/16A output sockets, connected to phase1 (L1)
8.16A OUTPUT PHASE2: two 230V/16A output sockets, connected to phase2 (L2)
9.16A OUTPUT PHASE3: two 230V/16A output sockets, connected to phase3 (L3)

6.32A 3PHASE OUTPUT A: CEE (3P+N+E) outlet socket (3x 32A, 5wire. This output is secured by the 3 C32 automatic circuit breakers marked “A” on the front panel.
7.32A 3PHASE OUTPUT B: CEE (3P+N+E) outlet socket (3x 32A, 5wire. This output is secured by the 3 C32 automatic circuit breakers marked “B” on the front panel.
8.32A 3PHASE OUTPUT C: CEE (3P+N+E) outlet socket (3x 32A, 5wire. This output is secured by the 3 C32 automatic circuit breakers marked “C” on the front panel.
9.32A 3PHASE OUTPUT C: CEE (3P+N+E) outlet socket (3x 32A, 5wire. This output is secured by the 3 C32 automatic circuit breakers marked “D” on the front panel.

INSTALLATION GUIDELINES
DANGER TO LIFE:
This unit may only be installed and electrically connected by an authorized and qualified electrician!
Electrical installation should strictly follow all safety rules and technical norms for electrical installations in your country!
The complete installation should be approved by an authorized expert before it will be taken into operation! Each change to an existing installation should be re-approved as well!
MAINS INPUT: the unit should be connected to the mains via a 5pole 380-400V 32A CEE socket. The maximum overall power is 22.080Watt which may never be exceeded!
OUTPUTS: each phase is connected via 2 separate 16A output sockets. The maximum power per phase is 7.360Watt, each 16A output socket support maximum 3.680Watt which may never be exceeded!
MAINTENANCE
DANGER TO LIFE:
Switch the unit off and unplug the mains cable BEFORE servicing!
During inspection the following points should be checked:
All screws used for installing the device and any of its parts should be tightly fastened and may not be corroded.
Housings, fixations and installations spots (ceiling, truss, suspensions) should be totally free from any deformation.
The mains cables must be in impeccable condition and should be replaced immediately when even a small problem is detected.
Clean with a soft cloth using normal glass cleaning products.
Always dry the parts carefully.
The unit and its installation conditions should be inspected and approved every 3 months by an authorized
expert!
Attention: We strongly recommend internal cleaning to be carried out by qualified personnel!

Ce distributeur de courant triphasé est conçu pour améliorer la sécurité, tant pour les installations fixes que pour celles qui sont mobiles et/ou en location.
Il est construit pour répondre aux plus hautes exigences européennes et internationales en matière de sécurité.
Le coupe circuit à courant résiduel de 30 mA à 4 pôles protège de toute décharge électrique.
Le câblage interne est de dimensions supérieures à la normale pour augmenter la fiabilité.
Présence de volt mètres digitaux précis (à 3 caractères) pour chaque phase.
Présence d'ampère mètres digitaux précis (à 3 caractères) pour chaque phase.
Deux modèles sont disponibles :
PD-32A :
Deux coupe circuits automatiques C16 (16A - 1P+N) par phase
Câble d'alimentation d'entrée de 1,5 m de long (3x 32A à 5 conducteurs), équipé d'une fiche de raccordement de 32A (CEE, 3P + N +E).
Prise de sortie (3x 32A à 5 conducteurs) CEE (3P+N+E) pour le bypass.
Six prises de sortie de 16 A avec prise de terre sur la face arrière (deux sorties par phase). Trois modèles différents sont disponibles :
PD-32A/FR : prises secteur de 16A bleues de type France et Belgique ;
PD-32A/GE : prises secteur de 16A bleues de type allemand (Schuko - CEE - 7/4) ;
PD-32A/SA : prises secteur de 16A bleues de type Afrique du Sud.
PD-63A :
coupe circuit automatique C32 (32A - 3P) par sortie.
Câble d'alimentation d'entrée de 1,5 m de long (3x 63A à 5 conducteurs), équipé d'une fiche de raccordement de 63A (CEE, 3P + N +E).

INSTRUCTIONS DE SECURITE:
ATTENTION: afin de réduire le risque d’électrocution,
CAUTION n’enlevez jamais le couvercle de l’appareil. Il n’y a aucune pièce à l’intérieur de l’appareil que vous puissiez
remplacer vous-même. Confiez l’entretien uniquement à des techniciens qualifiés.
La flèche dans un triangle met l'utilisateur en garde contre la présence de haute tension sans isolation dans l'appareil, ce qui peut causer un risque d'électrocution.
Un point d'exclamation dans un triangle prévient de la présence d'instructions relatives au fonctionnement et à la maintenance se trouvant dans le manuel fourni avec l'appareil.
Ce symbole signifie: uniquement pour usage à l'intérieur.
Ce symbole signifie : Lire le mode d’emploi.
Ce symbole signifie: appareil construit selon les normes de sécurité classe I
Cet appareil peut être monté sur des surfaces inflammables courantes. Font partie de ces surfaces inflammables courantes, les matériaux de construction tels que le bois et des matériaux à base de bois d'une épaisseur supérieure à 2 mm.
Afin d’éviter tout risque d’incendie ou de décharge électrique, ne pas exposer cet appareil à la pluie ou l’humidité.
Pour éviter la formation de condensation à l’intérieur de l’appareil, patientez quelques minutes pour laisser l’appareil s’adapter à la température ambiante lorsqu’il arrive dans une pièce chauffée après le transport. La condensation empêche l'appareil de fonctionner manière optimale, et elle peut même causer des dommages.
Cet appareil est destiné à une utilisation à l’intérieur uniquement.
Ne pas insérer d’objet métallique ou renverser de liquide dans l’appareil. Aucun objet contenant un liquide, tels que des vases, ne peut être placé sur cet appareil. Cela risquerait de provoquer une décharge électrique ou un dysfonctionnement. Si un corps étranger est introduit dans l’appareil, déconnectez immédiatement de la source d’alimentation.
Aucune source de flamme nue, telle que des bougies allumées, ne peut être placée sur l'appareil.
Ne pas couvrir les orifices de ventilation, un risque de surchauffe en résulterait.
Ne pas utiliser l'appareil dans un environnement poussiéreux et le nettoyer régulièrement.
Ne pas laisser l'appareil à portée des enfants.
Les personnes non expérimentées ne doivent pas utiliser cet appareil.
La température ambiante maximale d’utilisation de l’appareil est de 40°C. Ne pas l’utiliser au-delà de cette température.
Afin de s'assurer que les coupe circuits automatiques fonctionnent correctement, l'appareil ne peut pas être utilisé à des altitudes de plus de 2.000 mètres.
L'appareil devrait être utilisé en présence d'un courant alternatif allant de 380 V à 400 V, à 50 Hz.
Il ne faut JAMAIS dépasser la puissance maximale indiquée sur l'appareil.
N'utilisez et ne connectez JAMAIS cet appareil durant les orages : en effet, l'appareil pourrait être détruit par des pics de tension !
Débranchez toujours l’appareil si vous ne l’utilisez pas de manière prolongée ou avant d’entreprendre des réparations.
Les installations électriques ne peuvent être faites que par du personnel qualifié et conformément aux règlements de sécurité électrique et mécanique en vigueur dans votre pays.
Assurez-vous que la tension d’alimentation de la source d’alimentation de la zone dans laquelle vous vous trouvez ne dépasse pas celle indiquée à l’arrière de l’appareil.
