• Replace the Bébéconfort Titan when it has been subject of violent stresses in an accident: it is

not optimal safety for your child.

WARNING:

Do not make any changes to the car seat whatsoever, as this could lead to unsafe situations.

The Titan car seat in the car:

• Before buying this product make sure the car seat is compatible with the vehicle it is to be used in.

•

Universal ISOFIX in forward facing position, class size B1. See table for class size in every installation
mode.

•

Before installing your child car seat with the ISOFIX anchorages system you must read the instruction
manual of the vehicle. This manual will indicate the places compatibles with the class size of the car
seats.

•

The Bébéconfort Titan has been approved in accordance with ECE R44/04 standards and is suitable for
hildren from 9 to 36 kg

•

Make sure the fold-down rear seat is locked into position.

•

Make sure that any luggage and other objects liable to cause injuries in the event of a collision
shall be properly secure.

Always cover the Bébéconfort Titan when exposed to direct sunlight in the car. Otherwise, the cover,
metal and plastic parts could become too hot for your child’s skin.

•

Make sure the straps holding the carseat to the vehicle are tight.

WARNING:

passenger airbag if your child is sitting in a front-facing position and place the passenger seat in
the rearmost position.

Child in the Bébéconfort Titan car seat :

• Never leave your child unattended.

For your own safety and the one of your child always put the child in the car seat and fasten

•

him however short your journey may be.

•

For group 23 usage, use the Bébéconfort Titan only on a front-facing seat that is tted with an
automatic or static 3-point belt that has been approved according to the ECE R16 standard or
similar. Do NOT use a 2-point belt.

•

After putting the child in the car seat, ensure that the harness is suciently tight by pulling
the belt. Before every use, make sure the harness is not damaged or twisted.

Make sure you can t no more than one nger between the harnesses and your child (1cm).

•

If there is more space than 1 cm, tighten the harness belt further.

•

Check to make sure the headrest is adjusted to the proper height.

•

Do not use the child restraint device without the cover. Do not replace the seat cover with
any other than the one recommended by the manufacturer, because it will have a direct eect
on the functioning of the car seat.

•

The temperature inside a vehicle may become very high, particularly after a long period of
exposure to the sun. It is strongly recommended, under such conditions, to cover the seat of
the car with a piece of material or something equivalent to prevent the harness xings, and in
particular the metal parts, from becoming hot and burning the child.

For group 1 usage in ISOFIX use the tting clips for lower anchorage to the vehicle are not
sucient. It is essential to x the “TOP TETHER” to the upper anchorage point recommended
by the car manufacturer.

•

Fitting the Bébéconfort Titan seat with additional tethers using the vehicle’s ISOFIX additional
anchorage points.

•

The ISOFIX anchors have been developed to obtain a safe and easy xation of the child safety
systems inside the car. Not all cars are equipped with these anchors although they are standard
on more recent models. Consult the attached list of cars for which the car seat can be installed
correctly (you can also consult additional updates of this list on the website www.bebeconfort.
com).

•

In forward facing position, the seat must be placed on the car rear seat or exceptionally on the
front seat in accordance with the legislation in force in the country of use (In France: in
accordance with the conditions stipulated in decree n° 91-1321 du 27-12-1991).

When installing the car seat for group 1 with ISOFIX, it is necessary to remove the headrest in
order to put the TOP TETHER through correctly.
Warning: when installing the car seat, spaces between the base of the car seat and the vehicle
seat are possible depending on the position of the anchorage points within the vehicle.

•

Replace the Bébéconfort Titan when it has been subject of violent stresses in an
accident: the safety of your child can no longer be guaranteed.

•

The user must always check that any luggage and other objects likely to cause injury to the
occupant of the car seat in the case of impact are properly secured.

•

Achten Sie immer darauf, dass kein Teil des Kinderautositzes oder des Hosenträgergurtes unter dem

WAARSCHUWING:

Wanneer het autostoeltje voorin op de passagiersstoel in voorwaarts gerichte positie is geïnstalleerd,

adviseren wij om de airbag aan de passagierszijde uit te schakelen en de passagiersstoel zover mogelijk
naar achteren te schuiven.

Kindje in het Bébéconfort Titan autostoeltje:

Laat je kindje nooit zonder toezicht achter.

•

Plaats voor je eigen veiligheid en die van je kindje je kindje altijd in het autostoeltje en maak hem vast, hoe
kort je reis ook is.

Waneer je de de Bébéconfort Titan -autostoel gebruikt als groep2/3 autostoel, plaats deze dan enkel op een
voorwaartsgerichte zitplaats die is voorzien van een automatische of vaste 3-puntsgordel die is
goedgekeurd volgens de ECE R16-norm of een andere gelijkwaardige norm. Gebruik GEEN
tweepuntsgordel.

•

Controleer nadat je je kindje in de autostoel hebt geplaatst of de veiligheidsgordel voldoende strak zit door
aan de gordelspanner te trekken. Controleer ook voor elk gebruik of de veiligheidsgordel niet is beschadigd
of gedraaid.

•

Zorg ervoor dat er niet meer dan één vinger tussen de veiligheidsgordel en je kindje past (1 cm). Als er meer
ruimte is dan 1 cm, trekt dan het gordelsysteem verder vast.

•

Controleer of de hoofdsteun op de juiste hoogte is afgesteld.

•

Gebruik het autostoeltje niet zonder de hoes. Vervang de stoelbekleding niet door een ander dan degene
die door de fabrikant wordt aanbevolen, omdat dit een directe invloed heeft op de werking van de
autostoel.

De temperatuur in een voertuig kan erg hoog oplopen, vooral na een lange periode van blootstelling aan
de zon. Het wordt sterk aanbevolen om, onder dergelijke omstandigheden, de stoel van de auto waarop
het autostoeltje is geïnstalleerd te bedekken om te voorkomen dat met name de metalen onderdelen
heet worden en je kindje zich hieraan verbrandt.

LET OP:

•

Bij gebruik van ISOFIX is het bevestigen met de onderste klemmen aan het voertuig onvoldoende. De “Top
Tether” moet verplicht worden vastgemaakt aan het bovenste punt zoals bedoeld door de fabrikant van
het voertuig.

Installeer het Bébéconfort Titan -autostoeltje met extra bevestigingen met behulp van

ISOFIX-bevestigingspunten van het voertuig.

•

De ISOFIX-ankers zijn ontwikkeld om een autostoeltje veilig en eenvoudig in je auto te installeren. Hoewel
de meeste nieuwe auto’s voorzien zijn van ISOFIX bevestigingspunten, is dat niet standaard. Raadpleeg de
"Car Fitting List" (lijst van compatibele voertuigen) die met de stoel is meegeleverd om de compatibiliteit
tussen het autostoeltje en het voertuig te controleren. Een bijgewerkte lijst is beschikbaar op de website

Indien het autostoeltje in voorwaarts gerichte positie is geplaatst mag deze uitzonderlijk op de achterbank
van de auto of op de passagiersstoel voorin worden geplaatst in overeenstemming met de wetgeving die
van kracht is in het land van gebruik (in Frankrijk: in overeenstemming met de voorwaarden bepaald in
decreet nr. 91-1321 du 27-12-1991).

•

Wanneer u het autostoeltje als een groep 1 stoeltje installeert met ISOFIX, verwijder dan de hoofdsteun om
de TOP TETHER er goed door te laten.

•

Waarschuwing: Het is mogelijk dat wanneer je het autostoeltje installeert er ruimte ontstaat tussen het
autostoeltje en de zitting van het voertuig. Dit is afhankelijk van de positie van de verankeringspunten in

het voertuig onder normale omstandigheden niet klem kunnen komen te zitten onder een schuifbare zitting

Controleer altijd of er geen onderdelen van het autostoeltje of de veiligheidsgordel vast kan komen te zitten
onder een schuifbare zitting of tussen de deur van het voertuig.

Wijzig nooit de constructie of de materialen van het autostoeltje en de veiligheidsgordel zonder de fabrikant
te raadplegen.

Gebruik het autostoeltje niet zonder de hoes. Vervang de stoelbekleding niet door een ander dan degene die

door de fabrikant wordt aanbevolen, omdat dit een directe invloed heeft op de werking van de autostoel.

Dit autostoeltje is alleen eectief als de gebruiksaanwijzing wordt gerespecteerd.

•

Zet het autostoeltje altijd vast, ook wanneer er geen kindje in zit.

•

Plaats nooit zware voorwerpen op de hoedenplank om het gevaar van projectielen in het geval van een

ongeluk te voorkomen.

Zorg ervoor dat de neerklapbare achterbank of stoel altijd is vergrendeld.

ONDERHOUD

Houd de autostoel schoon. Gebruik geen smeermiddelen of agressieve schoonmaakmiddelen.
Verkleiner:

De verkleiner in het Bébéconfort Titan -autostoeltje maakt integraal onderdeel uit van de veiligheid van het

autostoeltje voor je kindje van 9-15kg, groep 1. De verkleiner kan worden verwijderd en de hoes kan

worden afgenomen om te worden gewassen, maar het is essentieel om de verkleiner weer terug te plaatsen

waar het hoor en alleen deze ociële Bébéconfort Titan verkleiner te gebruiken. Deze verkleiner is exclusief

voor gebruik met de Bébéconfort Titan -autostoel

Bekleding:

De hoes kan worden verwijderd en worden gewassen. Indien de hoes is verwijderd, vervang deze dan door

een ociële Bébéconfort hoes. De hoes heeft namelijk directe invloed op de werking van de autostoel.

Controleer voor het reinigen het etiket dat in de verschillende delen van de stof is genaaid. De

Reinig de kuip met een vochtige doek.

MILIEU

Houd plastic uit de buurt van kinderen om verstikking te voorkomen. Wanneer je het autostoeltje niet
langer meer gebruikt vragen wij je om het autostoeltje af te leveren bij de juiste afvalvoorziening in
overeenstemming met de lokale wetgeving.

ontwerp, de techniek, het product en de productprestaties. Wij garanderen dat dit product vervaardigd is
overeenkomstig de actuele Europese veiligheidsvoorschriften en kwaliteitsnormen die op dit product van
toepassing zijn, en dat dit product op het moment van aanschaf vrij is van materiaal- en constructiefouten.

Onze garantie van 24 maanden omvat gebreken met betrekking tot de gebruikte materialen en de
constructie bij gebruik onder normale omstandigheden en overeenkomstig onze handleiding voor een

eindgebruiker. Voor een reparatieverzoek of een verzoek om reserveonderdelen uit hoofde van deze
garantie dient u een aankoopbewijs te overleggen dat binnen 24 maanden voorafgaand aan het

Onze garantie van 24 maanden geldt niet voor gebreken die veroorzaakt worden door normale slijtage,
schade veroorzaakt door ongevallen, verkeerd gebruik, nalatigheid, brand, contact met vloeistoen of
andere externe oorzaken, schade die het gevolg is van het niet naleven van de handleiding, schade
veroorzaakt door gebruik in combinatie met een ander product, schade die veroorzaakt wordt door

of wanneer een label of identicatienummer van het product werd verwijderd of gewijzigd. Voorbeelden
van normale slijtage zijn versleten wielen en slijtage van textiel door regelmatig gebruik en de natuurlijke
verbleking van kleuren en materialen door de normale veroudering van het product.

Wat u kunt doen ingeval van gebreken:
Mocht zich een probleem of gebrek voordoen, dan is de door ons erkende dealer of detailhandelaar uw
eerste aanspreekpunt. Onze garantie van 24 maanden wordt door hen erkend(1). U dient een
aankoopbewijs te overleggen dat binnen 24 maanden voorafgaand aan het verzoek dient te zijn

Evite enganchar o sobrecargar la sillita Bébéconfort Titan con equipaje, el ajuste de los asientos o el cierre

Cubra siempre la sillita Bébéconfort Titan si su coche se encuentra a pleno sol. De lo contrario, la
funda podría decolorarse y las piezas de plástico podrían calentarse demasiado para la piel del niño.

tirandola.Prima di ogni uso, accertarsi che la cintura non sia danneggiata o attorcigliata.

Assicurati di non inserire più di un dito tra i cablaggi e il tuo bambino (1 cm). Se c'è più di 1 cm,

stringere ancora di più la cintura.

Quando o assento do carro está instalado no banco do passageiro da frente, recomendamos desligar o

Nunca deixar a criança sozinha na viatura.

Por mais pequenos que sejam, os acidentes podem tornar a criança num autêntico projéctil.

Para o uso do grupo 2/3, use o Bébéconfort Titan da Bébéconfort apenas em um assento voltado para o
frente, equipado com uma correia automática ou estática de 3 pontos, certicada para ECE R16 ou similar.
NÃO use um cinto de 2 pontos."

Depois de colocar a criança na cadeira-auto, certique-se de que o cinto está bem esticado puxando a
correia. Antes de cada utilização, certique-se de que o cinto não está danicado nem torcido.

Nasza 24-miesięczna gwarancja nie obejmuje uszkodzeń spowodowanych normalnym

zaniedbania, wywołanych ogniem, kontaktem z cieczą lub innych przyczyn zewnętrznych,
nieprzestrzegania instrukcji użytkowania, używania z innym produktem, serwisowania produktu
przez osobę, która nie została przez nas upoważniona lub przypadków kradzieży produktu oraz
jeśli jakakolwiek etykieta lub numer identykacyjny zostanie zmieniony lub usunięty z produktu.
Przykłady normalnego zużycia to m.in. zużycie kół i tkaniny spowodowane regularnym
użytkowaniem, a także naturalna utrata kolorów oraz pogorszenie jakości materiałów,
wynikających z normalnego starzenia się produktu.

Co zrobić w przypadku wykrycia wad:
W razie pojawienia się problemów lub wad zalecamy kontakt z najbliższym autoryzowanym
punktem serwisowym lub sprzedawcą marki upoważnionym przez naszą rmę, który jest
zobowiązany do przestrzegania naszej 24-miesięcznej gwarancji(1). Należy przedstawić dowód

zakupu, którego dokonano w ciągu 24 miesięcy poprzedzających zgłoszenie serwisowe.
Najlepiej jeżeli żądanie naprawy zostanie wstępnie zatwierdzone przez Dział serwisowy naszej
rmy. W przypadku gdy zaistnieje konieczność wysłania produktu do punktu serwisowego,

należy zwrócić produkt do autoryzowanego punktu serwisowego lub sprzedawcy lub do Działu
serwisowego naszej rmy, uzgadniając sposób wysyłki i jego koszty z punktem serwisowym,
ponieważ w przypadku braku takiego uzgodnienia gwarant może odmówić pokrycia kosztów
przesyłki. Uszkodzenia i/lub wady, których nie obejmuje nasza gwarancja lub prawa

För din och barnets säkerhet ska du alltid sätta barnet i bilstolen och spänna fast honom eller
henne oavsett hur kort resan är.

För användning i grupp 2/3 ska du endast använda Bébéconfort Titan på ett
framåtvänt säte som är utrustat med ett automatiskt eller statiskt 3-punktsbälte som har
godkänts enligt ECE R16-standarden eller likvärdigt. Använd INTE ett 2-punktsbälte.
När du sätter barnet i bilstolen ska du se till att selen är tillräckligt hårt åtdragen genom att dra

i remmen. Före varje användning bör du kontrollera att selen inte är skadad eller snodd.

Se till att du inte kan föra in mer än ett nger mellan selen och barnet (1cm). Dra åt selens rem
hårdare om utrymmet är mer än 1cm.

Kontrollera att nackstödet är justerat till rätt höjd.

Använd inte bilbarnstolen utan skyddet. Byt inte ut skyddet mot något annat skydd än det som
rekommenderas av tillverkaren, eftersom det direkt påverkar hur bilstolen fungerar.

För grupp 1-användning i ISOFIX räcker det inte att använda spännena för att förankra bilstolen
nedtill i fordonet. Det är mycket viktigt att fästa den ”ÖVRE FÄSTREMMEN” vid den övre
förankringspunkten som rekommenderas av biltillverkaren.

•

Montering av Bébéconfort Titan-stolen med extra remmar med hjälp av fordonets extra
ISOFIX-förankringspunkter.

•

ISOFIX-förankringarna har utvecklats för att skapa en säker och enkel xering av bilbarnstolen i
bilen. Det är inte alla bilar som är utrustade med dessa förankringspunkter, även om de är
standard på nyare modeller. Se den bifogade listan över bilar som det går att montera bilstolen

Varning: Vid montering av bilstolen är det möjligt att det förekommer ett mellanrum mellan
bilstolens bas och bilsätet beroende på förankringspunkternas placering i fordonet.
