28” Flat Display

The FD 471 is Barco’s 28" flat display, specifically designed for
use as main operational display in military Air Traffic Control
applications. The unit offers superior optical performance in
semi-harsh environments. Its bright output clearly displays
detailed information, offering enhanced user comfort and
counteracting eye-fatigue. The FD 471 is the semi-rugged
version of Barco’s 28" air traffic control display, which has a
worldwide installed base of over 1,600 units.

Barco's FD 471 features four field-replaceable backlight trays for
consistent image quality and reduced life cycle cost. The
display's low weight, low power, small volume and versatility
allow console designers a new degree of freedom to reduce
costs and improve operator comfort and performance over
traditional CRT solutions.
