The Avision AV6200 has built-in U-Shape auto-document
feeder to make multi-page document scanning more
reliable. The 50-sheet automatic document feeder (ADF)
that accommodates a wide range of document sizes (4.5
in. x 5.5 in. to 8.5 in. x 11.4 in.) at a time allows your
documents to be continuously scanned with no interruption
to transforms your paper documents into more
manageable digital files.
Operation of the AV6200 is greatly simplified with
Avision’s exclusive software application, the Button
Manager. Users only need to properly place the
document on the scanner, and then press the “Scan”
button. The scanning task can be finished within seconds,
and what is best, the scanned image can be directly sent
to your predefined destination applications such as
e-mail, printer, or other image editing software
application. There are a total of 9 sets of button numbers
allowing you to set your preferable scan settings or
destination applications to make scan as easy as 1-2-3!
The Avision AV6200 is also equipped with USB 2.0
high-speed data port, allowing as many as 35 pages ( 70
images per minute) to be scanned in a minute. This is
one scanner built with simplicity in mind; it will
unquestionably double your efficiency for your
documentation processing tasks.
The Avision AV6200 is designed with true 600 dpi
optical resolution. This enables the color scanner to
capture the best image quality from your documents.
Color scanning provides a more authentic reproduction
of original documents, and can bring out details that
may not be picked up with monochrome or grayscale
output.

ISIS drivers and are also bundled with full version of
exclusive Avision Button Manager, ScanSoft PaperPort

Completes your scan in a single step
Avision’s state-of-the-art software application, the
Button Manager, enables you to complete complex
scanning task in just a single step. When the button is
pressed, the scanner automatically scan your
documents and convert them to a highly compressed
file format, Adobe searchable PDF, or other image
format and then send the file to a designated folder, or
other destination applications such as e-mail, printer,
or your favorable software application. The original
step-by-step procedure is replaced with only a single
touch of the button.

For many years, Adobe PDF files have become one of the
most widely used file format for distributing digital
documents on the internet especially for financial
service, governments, and manufacturing industries which
have a high demand to digitize and store the massive
amounts of paper-based information on a daily basis. Now,
with Avision solutions enabled by Adobe’s PDF Scan Library,
users will have more features to create, make searchable,
compress, secure, share, and archive files at the high speed
of 7.5 pages per minute and with an accuracy rate of
97.75% (in-house assessment sample). Heavy duty paper
documents stored in large cabinets can be saved and
managed more effectively to digital format by searching key
words in a few seconds.
