Getting Started

Charging

Fully charge the charging case before first use. To charge,
connect the case to a USB charger or charging port with the
included Micro-USB cable. When the LED charging indicator
turns off, the case is fully charged. Charging takes around 2
hours, and after being fully charged, the case can fully
charge the earbuds 7 times. The earbuds should be stored in
the case when not in use. When the earbuds are charging in
the case (with the case itself not charging), the LED indicators
on the earbuds will turn solid red. When the indicators turn
green for 1 minute and then turn off, the earbuds are fully
charged.

Pairing

Starting with the earbuds in the case:

1.

Take the left and right earbuds out of the case. They will turn
on automatically and connect with each other within 5
seconds

2.

After the earbuds have connected successfully, the LED
indicators on the earbuds will flash green and red. This
indicates they are ready to pair

3.

Turn on the pairing function on the device you want to pair
with the earbuds

4.

From the list of available devices, find and select "AUKEY
EP-T21"

5.

If a code or PIN is required for pairing, enter "0000"

Regular Use After Pairing

Once the earbuds are successfully paired with your device,
they can be switched on and off as follows:

Take the earbuds out from the charging case and they will
turn on automatically

●

To power off, put the earbuds back into the charging case
and they will begin charging

Remove both earbuds from the charging case

Return both earbuds to the charging case

back into the charging case and take them out again
The maximum wireless operating range is 10m (33ft). If you

exceed this range, the earbuds will disconnect from your
paired device. The connection will be re-established if you
re-enter the wireless range within 5 minutes. The earbuds will
automatically reconnect to the last-paired device. To
connect with other devices, refer the previous pairing steps

Once paired, you can wirelessly stream audio from your device
to the earbuds. Music will automatically pause when you receive
an incoming phone call and resume once the call has ended.

FAQ

The earbuds are on, but not connecting to my device

For the earbuds and your device to establish a connection,
you need to put them both in pairing mode. Please follow the
instructions in the Pairing section of this manual.

I’ve connected the earbuds with my smartphone but can’t
hear any sound

Double-check the volume level on your smartphone and the
earbuds. Some smartphones require you to set up the earbuds
as an audio output device before the audio can be transmit­ted. If you’re using a music player or other device, please
make sure it supports the A2DP profile.

The sound isn’t very clear or the caller can’t hear my voice
clearly

Adjust the volume on your smartphone and the earbuds. Try
moving closer to your smartphone to rule out the possibility of
interference or wireless range-related issues.

What’s the wireless range of the earbuds?

The maximum range is 10m (33ft). However, the actual range
depends on environmental factors. For optimal performance,
keep your device connected within a range of roughly 4m to
8m and make sure that there are no major obstacles (like
reinforced steel walls) between the earbuds and your device.

The earbuds won’t turn on

Try charging the earbuds for a while. If the earbuds still won’t
power on, please contact our support team at the email
address given in Warranty & Customer Support.

I put the earbuds back in the charging case, but the earbuds
are still connected

In this case, the charging case is likely to be out of power. You
will need to charge the case.

Erste Schritte

Laden

Laden Sie das Lade-Case vor der ersten Verwendung vollstän­dig auf. Verbinden Sie das Lade-Case über das mitgelieferte
Micro-USB-Kabel mit einem USB-Ladegerät oder Ladeanschluss.
Sobald die LED-Ladeanzeige erlischt, ist das Lade-Case vollständig
geladen. Der Ladevorgang dauert ungefähr 2 Stunden. Das
Lade-Case dient zum Laden und zur Aufbewahrung der
Kopfhörer. Wenn das Lade-Case vollständig geladen ist, können
Sie die Ohrhörer damit 7-mal vollständig aufladen. Wenn Sie
die Kopfhörer laden (keine Verbindung zum Stromnetz), leuchtet
die Ladeanzeige Rot. Wenn die Anzeigen 1 Minute lang grün
leuchten und sich dann ausschalten, sind die Kopfhörer voll
aufgeladen.

Die Kopfhörer sind an, aber nicht mit meinem Gerät verbunden

Damit zwischen den Ohrhörern und Ihrem Gerät eine Verbind­ung hergestellt werden kann, müssen Sie bei beiden den
Pairing-Modus aktivieren. Folgen Sie den Anweisungen im
Abschnitt „Pairing“ dieser Bedienungsanleitung.

Ich habe eine Verbindung zu meinem Smartphone hergestellt,
höre aber keinen Ton

Überprüfen Sie die Lautstärke an Ihrem Smartphone und an
den Kopfhörern. Bei einigen Smartphones ist es erforderlich,
dass die Kopfhörer als Audioausgangsgerät festgelegt werden,
bevor Audiosignale darüber übertragen werden können. Wenn
Sie einen Musik-Player oder ein anderes Gerät verwenden, stellen
Sie sicher, dass das Stereomusikprofil A2DP unterstützt wird.

Der Klang ist nicht besonders klar oder der Anrufer kann mich
nicht deutlich hören

Passen Sie die Lautstärke an Ihrem Smartphone und an den

optimale Leistung sollten Sie sich in einer Reichweite von 4 bis

den Kopfhörern und Ihrem Gerät befinden.

Meine Ohrhörer lassen sich nicht einschalten

Laden Sie die Kopfhörer für eine gewisse Zeit. Falls die Kopfhörer
sich dann immer noch nicht einschalten lassen, wenden Sie
sich über die unten genannte Adresse an unseren Kundenservice.

Pour commencer

Chargement

Chargez complètement le boîtier de charge avant la première
utilisation. Pour charger, connectez le boîtier à un chargeur
USB ou à un port de charge à l'aide du câble Micro-USB fourni.
Lorsque le voyant de charge LED s'éteint, le boîtier est complète­ment chargé. La charge dure environ 2 heures, et après avoir
été complètement rechargé, le boîtier peut charger complète­ment les écouteurs 7 fois. Les écouteurs doivent être rangés dans

FAQ

Les écouteurs sont allumés mais ne se connectent pas à mon
appareil.

Pour que les écouteurs et votre appareil établissent une
connexion, vous devez les mettre tous les deux en mode
d'appariement. Veuillez suivre les instructions de la section
"Appairage" de ce manuel.

J’ai établi une connexion avec mon smartphone mais je
n'entends aucun son.

Vérifiez deux fois le niveau de volume de votre smartphone et
des écouteurs. Certains smartphones exigent que vous
configuriez les écouteurs comme périphérique de sortie audio
avant que l'audio puisse être transmis. Si vous’utilisez un
lecteur de musique ou un autre appareil, assurez-vous qu'il
prend en charge le profil de musique stéréo A2DP.

Le son n'est pas très clair ou l'appelant n’entend pas clairement
ma voix.

Réglez le volume de votre smartphone et des écouteurs.
Essayez de vous rapprocher de votre smartphone pour
exclure la possibilité d'interférences ou de problèmes de
portée sans fil.

Quelle est la portée sans fil des écouteurs ?

La portée maximale est de 10 m. Cependant, la portée réelle
dépendra de facteurs environnementaux. Pour une performance
optimale, gardez vos appareils connectés aux écouteurs
dans un rayon de 4 m–8 m et assurez-vous qu'il n'y a pas
d'obstacles majeurs (comme des murs d'acier renforcé) entre
les écouteurs et vos appareils.

Mes écouteurs ne s'allument pas.

Essayez de charger les écouteurs pendant un certain temps. Si
les écouteurs ne s'allument toujours pas, veuillez contacter

Je replace les écouteurs dans leur boîtier mais ils restent
connectés.

Carga

Cargue por completo el estuche de carga antes del primer
uso. Para cargar, conecte el estuche a un cargador o puerto
de carga USB con el cable Micro-USB incluido. Cuando el
indicador de carga LED se apague, el estuche estará totalmente
cargado. La carga dura unas 2 horas y, cuando el estuche
esté totalmente cargado, puede cargar por completo los
auriculares 7 veces. Guarde los auriculares en el estuche cuando
no los utilice. Cuando los auriculares se estén cargando en el
estuche (y el estuche no se esté cargando), los indicadores LED
de los auriculares emitirán una luz roja permanente. Cuando
los indicadores pasen a verde durante 1 minuto y después se

初めて使用する前に、必ず充電ケースを完全に充電してください。充電
する際、充電ケースを付属のMicro USBケーブルでUSB充電器または
パソコンの充電ポートに接続してください。LEDランプがオフになると、
ケースの充電が完了します。満充電するまで約2時間がかかります。充
電ケースをフル充電した後、イヤホンを7回まで充電できます。
イヤホンを使用しない場合、ケースに戻して保管する必要があります。
ケースでイヤホンを充電する時（充電ケースを充電しない場合）、イヤ
ホンのLED充電指示ランプは赤色に点灯します。LEDランプが1分間緑
色に点灯し、その後オフになると、イヤホンは完全に充電されています。

イヤホンと相手側機器の電源がどちらもオンになっているか、相手

側機器のワイヤレス機能が有効であることを確認してくだい。

再生機器と接続していますが、イヤホンの音が聞こえません？

本製品及び再生機器のボリュームをご確認ください。また、再生機器

の「 サウンドとオー ディオデバイス 」が 本 製 品に 設 定した ことを確認し
てください。相手側の機器のプロファイルがA2DPに対応していること
をご確 認ください。

イヤホンの音がはっきり聞こえません？/通話相手がこちらからの音声を
はっきり聞き取れませ ん？

携帯電話またはイヤホンの音量を調節してください。携帯電話周囲の
電波状況をチェックし、近くに他の無線機器がないか確認してくださ
い。

最大通信距離はどれぐらいですか？

最大通信距離は10mですが、実際の通信距離は使用環境によって変化
する可能性があります。よりよいパフォーマンスのため、デバイスとイ
ヤホンの距離範囲は4m-8mを保持してください。デバイスとイヤホン
の間で障害物（例えば鉄筋コンクリート壁）がないことを確認してくだ
さい。

イヤホンの 電 源 をオンで きません？

イヤホンをしばらく充電してみてください。それでもイヤホンの電 源が
入らない場合は、カスタマーセンターに連絡してください。2年間安心
な保証を提供致します。

イヤホンを充電ケースに戻しましたが、イヤホンはまだスマホと接続さ
れています？

この場合には、充電ケースの電源は切れる可能性があります。ケース
を暫く充電してから、もう一度イヤホンをケースに戻してお試しくださ
い。
