Getting Started

Charging

Fully charge your earbuds before first use. Before charging, make sure the earbuds
are turned off. To charge, simply connect one end of the Micro-USB cable to a USB
charging port, and the other end to the input port on the earbuds. When the blue
LED indicator light turns on, your earbuds are fully charged and ready for use.
Charging takes around 1.5 hours.

Turning On / Off

Press and hold the multi-function button for 2 seconds until the LED

Starting with the earbuds powered off:

2. Turn on BT on the device that you want to pair with the earbuds

3. In the list of available devices, find and select “AUKEY EP-B56”

4. If a code or PIN is required for pairing, enter “0000”

Simultaneous Pairing with Two Devices

Follow the instructions in the “Pairing” section to pair the earbuds with Device A

connection will be re-established once you re-enter the wireless range within 5
minutes. The earbuds will automatically reconnect to the last-paired device. To
connect with other devices, repeat the previous “Pairing” steps

Once paired, you can wirelessly stream audio from your device to the earbuds.
Music will automatically pause when you receive an incoming phone call and
resume once the call has ended.

FAQ

The earbuds are on but not connecting to my device

For the earbuds and your device to establish a connection, you need to activate
pairing more in both. Please follow the instructions in the “Pairing” section of this
manual.

I’ve established a connection with my smartphone but I can’t hear any sound

Double-check the volume level on your smartphone and the earbuds. Some
smartphones require you to set up the earbuds as an audio output device before
audio can be transmitted. If you’re using a media player or other device, make sure
it supports the A2DP stereo music profile.

The sound isn’t very clear or the caller can’t hear my voice clearly

Adjust the volume on your smartphone and the earbuds. Try moving closer to
your smartphone to rule out the possibility of interference or wireless
range-related issues.

What’s the wireless range of the earbuds?

The maximum range is 33ft (10m). However, the actual range will depend on

environmental factors. For optimal performance, keep your devices connected with

the earbuds within a 15ft–25ft (4.5m–7.5m) range and make sure that there are no

major obstacles (like reinforced steel walls) between the earbuds and your devices.

The earbuds won’t turn on

Try charging the earbuds for a while. If the earbuds still won’t power on, please

contact our support team at the address below.

使用前の準備

充電について

初めて使用する前に、必ずバッテリーを完全に充電してください。充電する際、イヤホンの電源をオフ
して、付属のMicro-USBケーブルをUSB充電器に接続してイヤホンに給電してください。青いLEDランプ
が点灯すると、イヤホンは完全に充電されます。満充電するまで約1.5時間がかかります。

電源オンの状態でペアリングしてください。

1.LEDランプが青色と赤色で交互に点滅するまで多機能ボタンを押し続けます。

2.ペアリングしたい機器のBT機能をオンにしてください。

3.ペアリングリストから「AUKEYEP-B56」を選択して登録してくだい。

4.パスキーまたはPINコードが必要な場合、「0000」と入力してください。

ると、上がり音が聞こえる。

同時に2台機器とのペアリング

1、「ペアリング」の手順に従って、1台目の機器とペアリングします。
2、1台目の機器とペアリング完了すると、1台目の機器のワイヤレス機能を無効にして、イヤホンも
電源OFFにします。
3、2台目機 器との「ペアリング」は上記の手順を繰り返します。
4、2台目機器とのペアリング設定完了後、1台目の機器のワイヤレス機能を再起動します。ペアリ
ングデバイスリストに「AUKEYEP-B56」を選択します。
5、それで、2台の機器より電話をかける/受けることができます。

ご注意

● ペアリングリストを消去 するには、電 源ONの状態で、音量+/–ボタン を約5秒間同時に押し

続けてくだい。操作が完了になったら、提示音が聞こえます。その後、イヤホンは自動的にペ
 アリングモ ード入ります。

● ペアリング モードで 5分内いずれのデバイスにも接続されていない場合には、イヤホンは自

動的に電源が切れます。

● 接続されたデバイスの電源がオフになった場合や手動でペアリングを解除した際には、イ

ヤホンの青色LEDランプ は1秒ごとに1回点滅し、5分後自動的に電源が切れます。

● 本製品の最大通信距離は10mです。BTの接続圏外になった場合、接続は解除され、

トーンの提示音が聞こえます。5分内、再び接続圏内になった場合には最後に接続していた
デバイスと自動的に再接続します。他のデバイスと接続したい際には前述の「ペアリング」の
手順をおこなってください。

イヤホンの電源が入れた状態で、ペアリングできない

イヤホンとデバイスが接続を確立するには、両方ともペアリングモードにする必要があります。「ペ
アリング」の手順で操作してください。

再生機器と接続していますが、イヤホンの音が聞こえない

本製品及び再生機器のボリュームをご確認ください。また、再生機器の「サウンドとオーディオデ
バイス」が本製品に設定したことを確認してください。相手側の機器のプロファイルがA2DPに対
応していることをご 確認くださ い。

イヤホンの音がはっきり聞こえない/通話相手がこちらからの音声をはっきり聞き取れない

携帯電話またはイヤホンの音量を調節してください。携帯電話周囲の電波状況をチェックし、近く
に他の無線機器がないか確認してください。

最大通信距離はどれぐらいですか

最大通信距離は10mですが、実際の通信距離は使用環境によって変化する可能性があります。よ
りよいパフォーマンスのため、デバイスとイヤホンの距離範囲は4.5m-7.5mを保持してください。
デバイスとイヤホンの間で障害物（例えば鉄筋コンクリート壁）がないことを確認してください。

イヤホンの電 源をオンにできない

イヤホンをしばらく充電してみてください。 それでもイヤホンの電源が入らない場合は、カスタマ
