What is Power Delivery?

USB Power Delivery is a new, universal multi-voltage
charging standard that dynamically negotiates power
output over a USB Type-C connection to safely and
efficiently recharge a wide range of compatible devices.

To get USB PD, the following are required:

Device (phone, tablet, laptop) that supports USB PD
USB-C Charger with USB PD
USB-C to C cable

Plug the CC-Y12 into your vehicle’s 12/24V socket
Connect a USB charging cable (not included) to your
device's charging port
Connect the other end of the USB charging cable to
the USB output port on CC-Y12
Unplug your devices when fully charged

Note: USB-C Output with Power Delivery supports fast
charging for iPhone X / 8 / 8 Plus when used with original
Apple USB-C to Lightning cable
