MAINTENANCE ALIGNMENT PROCEDURE

1):Set the step transformer of AC mains to the rated voltege, the tolerance is 5%.

2):After voltage is set correctly, press "EJECT" to put in the disc, and play it
repeatedly without stop for 8 hours.

2.During the ageing, ensure there is no components smoke、 no electrolytic
capacitors bulging or leaking、no resistors opening、 and no output etc. If there is
any above issues happen, switch off the unit immediately. Record the problems
and report them to leaders. Fix the trouble and recover aging test.

CD disc

1.During the ageing, check the voltage every 4 hours to ensure it meets above
requriment.

Ageing test step

2: Take out the disc, switch off the unit after above test is finished, and put
"PASSED" mark on the unit.
