You can plug a USB keyboard into
the Chromebox.
The Chromebox will test your video,
audio, and microphone to ensure
everything’s working.

Remote control options
Pairing your remote control with a receiver
Your remote control and receiver are paired at the factory. If you are experiencing issues or replace either
component, follow these steps to pair the remote control and receiver:

Plug the receiver in
an open USB port on
the Chromebox.
Hold the remote control
unit within 12 inches of

1. Place a small at head screwdriver in the slot
of the battery compartment and slowly lift the
screwdriver toward the front of the remote control
(away from the keyboard).
3. Align the battery holder with the battery
compartment and rmly push into place. The
battery holder should not stick out from the
remote control.
