Failure Analysis: The reason for the issue is caused by the environmental humidity, some SROM in

the part of scaler IC appears mistake comportment when it memory data.

Corrective Actions:

When you receive the returned MM17T or MM17D monitor manufactured between Jan.-01-2007 and
Oct.-01-2007, no matter what defect it is, please update the F/W.

Enter the factory model to check the firmware edition and panel model. Update the corresponding
firmware according to monitor model and panel model, please do it follow the below introduce

a) Press the menu button and AC ON/OFF, it will show the factory menu.
