Transfer patient from bed
Apply the brakes on the bed, if
applicable.
Fold down the bed rail on the
caregiver side.
Undress the patient.

Fasten the hook rope to the side of
the lift bath trolley that will function
as backrest.

Attach safety belts, if required.
Put the thigh support cushion in place.

Turn the patient on their side, facing
away from the lift bath trolley.
Move the lift bath trolley over the bed as
close as possible to the patient.
Lower the lift bath trolley onto the bed.
Release
brakes
Apply the central brake on the lift bath trolley.
Turn the patient onto their back on the
stretcher.
Lower the patient security grip and side guard.
Put the head rest in place.
Adjust the backrest to a comfortable position for
the patient.

Raise the lift bath trolley and pull it away from the bed.

Raise the patient security grip and side guard.
Remove the safety belts.
Turn the patient on their side, facing away from
the lift bath trolley.
Raise the stretcher off the bed
Release the central brake on the lift bath
trolley.
Pull the lift bath trolley away from the bed.

Raise the stretcher to clear
the edge of the bath.

Manual drive
With manual drive: Move the patient over the bath.
With power drive: Activate power drive and move the patient
along the side of the bath. Push the lift bath trolley sideways
over the bathtub.

If possible, adjust the bathtub height to
ensure ergonomic postures.
Adjust the stretcher height and the
backrest. Stretcher should rest against
the bathtub bottom.

Bath the patient.

Open the drain.
Raise the backrest.
Lower the bathtub.
Shower the patient.
Dry the patient and the underside of
the stretcher.
Raise the stretcher to clear the edge
