himself/herself with its operation and features.

the appliance.

Remove the 4 protective screws (used during transportation)
and the rubber washer with the corresponding spacer,
located on the rear part of the appliance (see figure).

Keep all the parts in a safe place: you will need them
again if the washing machine needs to be moved to another

Install the washing machine on a flat sturdy floor,
without resting it up against walls, furniture cabinets
or anything else.

Levelling the machine correctly will provide
it with stability, help to avoid vibrations and excessive
noise and prevent it from shifting while it is operating. If it
is placed on carpet or a rug, adjust the feet in such a
way as to allow a sufficient ventilation space
underneath the washing machine.

Once the appliance has been installed, and before you use it
for the first time, run a wash cycle with detergent and no
y, using the programme Auto Clean (see page 3).

The outer parts and rubber components of the appliance can
be cleaned using a soft cloth soaked in lukewarm soapy
water. Do not use solvents or abrasives.
本機設有內部自動清潔設定，進行此程序時，必須將洗衣桶
內所有衣物移走。
The washing machine has an AUTO CLEAN programme for
its internal parts that must be run with no load in the drum.

We recommend running a cleaning programme every 40
wash cycles. To start the programme press button A for 5
seconds (see figure). The programme will start automatically
and will run for about 70 minutes.
To stop the cycle press the START/PAUSE button.

量約是清洗輕微污漬衣物時洗衣劑量
的10%)，或洗衣機專用護理產品。
To help the wash you may want to

unpleasant odours from forming.

排水過濾器用於收集線頭和疏忽遺留在衣物中的小物件，可打
開過濾器檢查是否乾淨。
重要提示︰清潔排水過濾器前，必須確認本機已經完成洗衣程
序，電源插頭已經拔下。
The washing machine is fitted with a self-cleaning pump which
does not require any maintenance. Sometimes, small items
(such
as coins or buttons) may fall into the pre-chamber which
protects the pump, situated in its bottom part.
！Make sure the wash cycle has finished and unplug the
appliance.

This appliance was designed for domestic use only.
8歲以上兒童、精神或身體有殘疾，又或缺乏經驗和知識人士，

本機標有註明符合歐洲關於廢舊電器和電子設備的2012/19/

The European Directive 2012/19/EU on Waste Electrical
and Electronic Equipment, requires that old household
electrical appliances must not be disposed of in the normal
unsorted municipal waste stream. Old appliances must
be collected separately in order to optimise the recovery
and recycling of the materials they contain and reduce the
impact on human health and the environment. The
crossed out wheeled bin symbol on the product reminds
you of your obligation, that when you dispose of the
appliance it must be separately collected.
Consumers should contact their local authority or retailer
for information concerning the correct disposal of their old
appliance.
打開機門 Open the door manually
如在斷電或發生故障情況下，切勿强行打開機門取出衣物，可
參循照以下指示打門機門。但建議您與維修中心聯絡，派員檢
查，以免在過程中損壞機件︰
In the event that it is not possible to open the porthole door
due to a powercut, and if you wish to remove the laundry,
proceed as follows:
1. 將插頭從插座上拔出，確保已關掉洗
衣機電源。
Remove the plug from the electricity

socket.
2. 注意洗衣機內的水位是否在門膠圈
下，若水位在門膠圈上，請預備一個盛
水用的桶子，將排水管放下把水排出洗
衣機，直至水位低於門膠圈下。
Make sure that the water level inside
the machine is lower than the door
opening; if it is not, remove excess
water using the drain hose, collecting
it in a bucket as shown in the figure.
3. 用螺絲批鬆開機前下部的擋板。
Using a screwdriver, remove the cover
panel on the lower front part of the
washing machine (see figure)
建議定期（或每月一次）用洗衣機專用清潔劑清除因自來水產
生之沉澱物（如水垢、水銹）及殘餘的洗衣粉所引起之污垢，
這可有助改善洗衣效果和令洗衣機更耐用。
We recommend to use Special Scale Remover Power
every month to clean the internal parts of the machine.
4. 按圖示將硬膠片向外拉出後，輕輕向下拉動，聽到”格”聲，
表示機門開鎖。
Pull outwards using the tab as indicated in the figure, until the
plastic tie-rod is free from its stop position; pull downwards and
open the door at the same time.
5. 將檔板裝回前，確保硬膠片放回原位。如果仍然不能將機門打
開，請重覆以上步驟。
Reposition the panel, making sure the hooks are securely in

place before you push it onto the appliance.
洗衣劑投放盒 Detergent dispenser drawer：

page 10).
開/關電源 掣 ON/OFF button：按下此鍵操控洗衣機開/

press this briefly to switch the machine on or off. The
START/PAUSE indicator light which flashes slowly in a green
colour shows that the machine is switched on. To switch off
the washing machine during the wash cycle, press and hold
the button for approximately 3 seconds; if the button is
pressed briefly or accidentally the machine will not switch off.
If the machine is switched off during a wash cycle, this wash
cycle will be cancelled.

when the green indicator light flashes slowly, press the button
to start a wash cycle. Once the cycle has begun the indicator
light will remain lit in a fixed manner. To pause the wash cycle,
press the button again; the indicator light will flash in an amber
colour. If the symbol is not illuminated, the door may be
opened. To start the wash cycle from the point at which it was
interrupted, press the button again.
童鎖掣 KEY LOCK button：持續按下此掣約2秒，門鎖指示燈
亮起，表示控制面板鎖功能已啟動，以避免兒童誤弄、觸控操作
面板。
如按下此掣時，洗衣機正運行一個程序，程序將正常繼續到結束
為止。如要解鎖，祇須按下此掣约2秒，至指示燈熄滅便可。
to activate the control panel lock, press and hold the button for
approximately 2 seconds. When the indicated light is
illuminated, the control panel is locked (apart from the ON/OFF
button). This means it is possible to prevent wash cycles from
being modified accidentally, especially where there are children
in the home. To deactivate the control panel lock, press and
hold the button for approximately 2 seconds.
備用模式 Standby mode
此洗衣機符合節能新規例，附設一個自動備用系統，當啟動本
機約30分鐘後，如仍檢測不到任何指示，將會自動進入備用模
式。要重新開機，只需按下電源掣。
This washing machine, in compliance with new energy saving
regulations, is fitted with an automatic standby system which is
enabled after about 30 minutes if no activity is detected. Press
the ON-OFF button briefly and wait for the machine to start up
again.
抗菌門邊 Antimicrobial seal
環繞機門周邊由特製物料合成，其包含Zinc Pyrithione元素，有
效抑制有害微菌，如黴菌等擴散，效果達99.99%(*)；能防止霉
菌增生而形成難聞異味，甚至引發污漬，從而令內桶受損。
The seal around the porthole door is made from a special
mixture ensuring antimicrobial protection, thus reducing
bacterial proliferation up to 99.99%.
The seal contains zinc pyrithione, a biocidal substance which
reduces the proliferation of harmful microbes (*) such as
batteries and mould prone to causing stains, unpleasant odours
and product deterioration.
(*) According to tests performed by the University of Perugia, Italy on: Staphylococcus aureus,
Escherichia coll, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Candida albicans, Aspergillus niger, Penicillium
digitatum.
In rare cases an allergic reaction may be caused by prolonged contact between seal and skin.

This display is useful when programming the machine and provides a great deal of information.

The duration of the available wash cycles and the remaining time of a running cycle appear (the display will show the maximum
duration of the cycle chosen, which may decrease after several minutes, since the effective duration of the programme varies
depending on the wash load and the settings chosen); if the DELAY option has been set, the countdown to the start of the
selected wash cycle will appear.
Pressing the corresponding button allows you to view the maximum spin speed and temperature values attained by the machine
during the set wash cycle, or the values selected most recently, if these are compatible with the set wash cycle.

The lit symbol indicates that the door is locked. To prevent any damage, wait until the symbol turns off before opening the door.

LOAD THE LAUNDRY. Open the porthole door. Load the
laundry, making sure you do not exceed the maximum
load value indicated in the table of programmes and wash
cycles on page 8.

MEASURE OUT THE DETERGENT. Pull out the
detergent dispenser drawer and pour the detergent into
the relevant compartments as described in page 10.

SELECT THE WASH CYCLE. Use the WASH CYCLE
SELECTOR knob to select the desired wash cycle. A
temperature and spin speed is set for each wash cycle;
these values may be adjusted. The duration of the cycle
will appear on the display.

CUSTOMISE THE WASH CYCLE. Use the relevant
buttons:

Modify the temperature and/or spin speed.
The machine automatically displays the maximum
temperature and spin speed values set for the selected
cycle, or the most recently-used settings if they are
compatible with the selected cycle. The temperature can be
decreased by pressing the button, until the cold wash
“OFF” setting is reached. The spin speed may be
progressively reduced by pressing the button, until it is
completely excluded (the OFF setting). If these buttons are
pressed again, the maximum values are restored.
! 注意︰如選用程序 3 時，溫度可提升至 90℃。
Exception: if the 3 programme is selected, the
temperature can be increased up to a value of 90℃.

Setting a delayed start.
To set a delayed start for the selected cycle, press the
corresponding button repeatedly until the required delay
period has been reached. When this option has been
activated, the symbol lights up on the display. To
remove the delayed start setting, press the button until the
text OFF appears on the display.

For heavily-soiled garments press button until the
“Intensive” level is reached. This level ensures a highperformance wash due to a larger quantity of water used in

rotation. It is useful when removing the most stubborn

For lightly-soiled garments or a more delicate treatment of
the fabrics, press button until the “Delicate” level is
reached. The cycle will reduce drum rotation to ensure
washing results that are perfect for delicate garments.

wash cycle while it is in progress, pause the washing
machine using the START/PAUSE button (the START/

then select the desired cycle and press the START/
PAUSE button again.
To open the door while a cycle is in progress, press the
START/PAUSE button; if the DOOR LOCKED b symbol is
switched off the door may be opened. Press the
START/PAUSE button again to restart the wash cycle from
the point at which it was interrupted.

Successful washing results also depend on the correct
dose of detergent: adding too much detergent will not
necessarily result in a more efficient wash, and may in fact
cause build up on the inside of your appliance and contribute
to environmental pollution.

Use powder detergent for white cotton garments for washing
at temperatures over 60℃.

Anti-Stain: the programme 1 is suitable to heavily-soiled
garments with resistant colours. It ensures a washing class that
is higher than the standard class (A class). When running the
programme, do not mix garments of different colours. We
recommend the use of powder detergent. Pre-treatment with
special additives is recommended if there are obstinate stains.
快速除漬︰此程序可於1小時內洗濯污漬較多衣物。亦可將不同
物料及顏色衣物混合處理。
Anti-Stain Quick : this programme is ideal for washing the
most difficult daily stains in 1 hour. It is ideal for mixed fabrics
and coloured garments, caring for your clothes as it washes.
深色衣物︰程序6用於洗濯深色衣物，可保持衣物顏色更持久。
Darks : use cycle 6 to wash dark-coloured garments. This
programme is designed to maintain dark colours over time. We
recommend using a liquid detergent for the best results when
washing dark-coloured garments.
精緻衣物︰使用程序7洗濯精緻衣物，可保持衣物外型及亮麗。
建議將衣物底面反轉，如衣物體積較小，置入洗衣袋後才洗滌。
Ultradelicates : use programme 7 to wash very delicate
garments having strasses or sequins.
We recommend turning the garments inside out before washing
and placing small items into the special bag for washing
delicates. Use liquid detergent on delicate garments for best
results.
羊毛衣物︰本機的羊毛衣物程序，已獲得 The Woolmark
Company 認可，可洗濯衣物標籤上附有手洗標誌的羊毛纖維衣
物。洗衣時可按標籤指示(M1126)。
Wool - Woolmark Apparel Care - Green :
the wool wash cycle of this machine has been approved by The
Woolmark Company for the washing of wool garments labelled
as "hand wash" provided that the products are washed
according to the instructions on the garment label and those
issued by the manufacturer of this washing machine (M1126).
棉質20℃︰程序10適用於污漬較少棉質衣物。使用此程序時，由
系統監察水流量，以洗衣鼓重覆不同轉速，讓洗衣劑透過不停攪
動至溶解，於20℃水溫中發揮40℃潔力。
Cotton 20℃ : the programme 10 ideal lightly soiled cotton
loads. The effective performance levels achieved at cold
temperatures, which are comparable to washing at 40℃, are
gauranteed by a mechanical action which operates at varying
speed, with repeated and frequent peaks.
嬰兒衣物︰程序11具有强力去汚效能，特別適合洗滌嬰兒衣物，
對嬰孩幼嫩肌膚加倍呵護。程序中透過水量監測裝置，自動添加
水量，使能徹底冲淨所有洗衣殘餘物，建議對洗滌劑敏感人仕使
用此程序。
Baby cycle : use the special wash cycle 11 to remove the
soiling typically caused by babies, while removing all traces of
detergent from nappies in order to prevent the delicate skin of
babies from suffering allergic reactions. The cycle has been
designed to reduce the amount of bacteria by using a greater
quantity of water and optimizing the effect of special
disinfecting additives added to the detergent.
抗敏︰程序12能去除主要過敏源，如花粉、蟎、貓狗毛髮等
Anti Allergy : use programme 12 to remove major allergens
such as pollen, mites, cat’s and dog’s hair.

程序13為洗濯絲質衣物，設計可避免在洗滌過程中損壞細
絲質︰
緻纖維。建議使用細緻衣物專用洗滌劑。
Silk : use special wash cycle 13 to wash all silk garments. We
recommend the use of special detergent which has been
designed to wash delicate clothes.
窗簾︰可使用程序13洗滌窗簾。先將窗簾摺起置入枕頭袋，或洗
衣袋內。
Curtains : fold curtains and place them in a pillow case or mesh
bag. Use wash cycle 13.
羽絨被︰可使用程序14洗滌羽絨被(重量不能超過2公斤)、坐墊或
羽絨衣物。建議置入羽絨被時，先將邊緣摺合並向內推
(見圖)，置入衣物不應超過內桶容量的3/4。可使用無泡洗衣液。
Duvet : to wash single duvets (the weight of which should not
exceed 2kg), cushions or clothes padded with goose down such
as puffa jackets, use the special 14 wash cycle. We recommend
that duvets are placed in the drum with their edges folded
inwards (see figure) and that no more than 3/4 of the total
volume of the drum is used. To achieve the best results, we
recommend that a liquid detergent (Non-foaming) is used and
placed inside the detergent dispenser drawer.

本機配有電子負荷平衡控制系統，在脫水程序進行前，該系統會
先將洗衣桶內的衣物盡量均勻地分佈。若系統發覺桶內衣物未能
均勻地分佈時，系統會把脫水速度降低。這可減少脫水時機器高
速旋轉所產生的震動而損壞機件。為獲得最佳洗滌效果，建議將
不同大小的衣物混合洗滌，並將其均勻擺放。但一次不要洗滌過
多毛織物。
Before every spin cycle, to avoid excessive vibrations and
before every spin and to distribute the load in a uniform
manner, the drum rotates continuously at a speed which is
slightly greater than the washing rotation speed. If, after
several attempts, the load is not balanced correctly, the
machine spins at a reduced spin speed. If the load is
excessively unbalanced, the washing machine performs the
distribution process instead of spinning. To encourage
improved load distribution and balance, we recommend small
and large garments are mixed in the load.

If the problem persists even after these checks, turn off the water tap, switch the appliance off
and contact the Assistance Service. If the dwelling is on one of the upper floors of a building,
there may be problems relating to water drainage, causing the washing machine to fill with
water and drain continuously. Special anti-draining valves are available in shops and help to
avoid this inconvenience.
所選程序沒有排水功能或不脫水功能。
The wash cycle does not include draining: some wash cycles require the draining process
to be enabled manually.

安裝時是否使脫水桶保持平衡。搬運用螺絲釘和包裝材料是否已取下。
The drum was not unlocked correctly during installation.
洗衣機是否平衡安放，衣物放置不平均，可能洗衣桶內衣物太少。
The washing machine is not level.
是否夾於家具和牆壁之間。地面不夠平穩。
The washing machine is trapped between cabinets and walls.
檢查進水軟管是否緊固或有滲漏。The water inlet hose is not screwed on properly.
洗滌劑投放盒是否堵塞。
The detergent dispenser drawer is blocked (for cleaning instruction).
排水軟管未能固定。The drain hose is not fixed properly.
關掉洗衣機，將電源插頭拔下。待 1 分鐘後再重新啓動，如情況未有改善，請即與維修中心聯
絡。
Switch off the machine and unplug it, wait for approximately 1 minute and then switch it
back on again.
If the problem persists, contact the Technical Assistance Service.
洗滌劑是否適用於洗衣機？ 檢查洗滌劑盒上的標籤是「適合機洗」或「適合手洗」，或其他相關
語句。
The detergent is not suitable for machine washing (it should display the text “for wa
shing
machines” or “hand and machine wash”, or the like).
使用份量是否正確？過量的洗滌劑會造成太多泡沬，這並不保證衣物可以更乾淨。而且這樣可能
會引致洗衣機內的機件損壞。

If the problem persists even after these checks, turn off the water tap, switch the appliance off and contact the Assistance
Service.
