Solo Music Voltage Change
Overview
Modification is made by adjusting the voltage selector switch and changing the fuse/fuse value to the required voltage setting.
No soldering is needed. Fuse Needed

Method
Part 1 - Changing the Tuners de-emphasis.
1. Power on the Solo from the rear panel only and not by using the front panel “Power” button. The unit should be in standby mode!
2. Press the following buttons in sequence “Mute”, “Volume –“and then “Volume +” to enter into the Engineering Menu.
3. Alter the Tuner de-emphasis (pressing the “Source” buttons scrolls the menu) 50uS for 230V or 75uS for 115V.
4. Power the unit off & unplug it from the mains power supply.
Part 2 - Changing the Operating Voltage.
1. Remove the cover by unscrewing the 6 bottom screws & 4 rear screws (T10)
2. Unscrew the rear remote board (on top of the power board).
3. Change the mains selector switch over to the required voltage.
5. Swap out the mains supply fuse to the correct value for the voltage
setting as below.
Fuse value for 230V - T2A
Fuse value for 115V – T4A
6. Replace the ‘Remote board’ and refit the cover.
