Safety instructions

Please read this manual carefully before operating your projector, to avoid any potential accident or misuse of the laser projector. Safety precautions are given in two forms, i.e. Warning and Caution as detailed below. Please read the following content, and save it for future reference.
Warning
Failure to follow the instructions may cause serious injury and even death.

Indoor Installation

Warning
- Do not place the product in direct sunlight or near
heat sources such as radiators, res, stoves, etc.
- Do not place inammables such as ammable spray
near the product.
- Do not place the product close to sources of steam
or oil such as a humidier or kitchen counter.
- Do not use the product in a damp place, such as a bathroom or a place exposed to the wind and rain, where it is likely to get wet.
- Do not allow a tablecloth or curtain to block the vents. The improper operation may cause fire or electric
shock.

Caution
Failure to follow the instructions may cause injury to persons or damage to the product.
Caution
- When installing the product on a table or shelf, be careful not to place it near the edge.
- Turn off the product, disconnect it from the power supply and all connected apparatus before moving it.
- Do not place the product on an unstable or vibrating surface such as a wobbly shelf or a slope.
- Do not use the third-part support bracket. This may cause personal injury or property image.
- Please use the original AC adopter, otherwise, it may cause product damage or electric shock.
- Do not touch the projector in working, to avoid heat injury .

Safety instructions
Caution
- When installing the product on a ceiling, a professional technician should install it using the authorized tools.

When in use

Warning
- Do not place anything containing liquid on top of the
product, such as a vase, ower pot, cup, cosmetics,
or medicine; or ornaments, candles, etc.
- Do not insert pieces of metal, such as coins,
hairpins or metal debris, or ammable materials,
such as paper or matches, into the product.
- Do not look directly into the lens when the product is in use. The strong light may damage your eyes.
- When the product is on or has just been turned off, avoid touching the air vent because it will be very hot.
- Do not use the product near electronic devices that
generate a strong magnetic eld.
- Do not touch the product with your hand for a long time when it is running.
- Never touch the product or power cord during thunder or lightning.
- When you play a game by connecting a game console to a product, it is recommended that you maintain a distance of more than 1.5 times the diagonal length of the screen.
Caution
- Do not touch the glass enclosure of the projector. It will be damaged.
- Do not use any sharp tools on the product, such as a knife or hammer, because this may damage the casing.
- In the event that no image appears on the screen or no sound is heard, stop using the product. Switch off the product, unplug it from the power outlet and contact our service center. Failure to do so may
cause re or electric shock.
- Do not drop anything onto the product or apply heavy pressure to it. This may cause injury to persons or the product malfunction.
- It is recommended that you maintain a distance of more than 1.5 - 3 times the diagonal length of the screen between your eyes and the screen.
- If you watch the screen at a close distance for a long time, your eyesight may become worse.

Note: The output current of USB1(USB2.0) port is 1A,it supports portable hard disk. The output current of USB2(USB3.0) port is 0.9A, it is a HOST port, and it supports USB2.0 and USB3.0 portable hard disk or USB devices, but it doesn't support OTG.

Remote control

No. Description
POWER: Turn the projector on or off.
Arrow buttons: move and select the desired menu items and to
make adjustment. RETURN: Return to the previous menu.
MENU/3D: Pop up menu with short press, and pop up 3D
control pannel with long press.
VOLUME - : Volume down.
Laser pen: Lighting when press, and turning off when move away.
ENTER: Verify current action.
HOME: Open the home page.
FOCUS: Open the focus interface.
VOLUME +: Volume up.
Indicator(blue): Splash with short press, and light with long press.
Note:
- Hold VOLUME + and VOLUME - at the same time after turn on the projector, indicator ashes blue.When the indicator stops ashing and lights blue, the remote control and the projector are matched successfully.
- Two AAA batteries are used in the remote control.

Turn on/Turn off

Turn on: Connect to the power source, open the rotary switch to turn on the projector. Turn off: There are two ways to turn off the projector.
Turn off the rotary switch, the projector will be shut down automatically after 3 seconds.
Press the power button on the remote control, the turn off dialog box pops up on the screen. Select "OK"
to turn off the projector.
After the projector is turned down, please close the rotary switch. Otherwise, it will be turned on again while pressing the power button on the remote control. In the event that no image appears on the screen or the projector breaks down, stop using the projector. Please unplug the power cord, close the rotary switch, and restart the projector after 10 seconds.

Home page introduction

Home page includes two parts: Status bar and home page icons.
- Status bar: Display the web status and time. If the internet connection is failed or no internet connection, only the time will display when starting up, but the time is not accurate and it will be update after internet connected. Because the status information is got from the web.
- Home page icons: Normal functions. You can select icons according to their preference to perform.

Click "Settings" icon to enter system settings interface. It includes "Network", "Projection" and "General".

Network settings

Select "Network" icon, click "OK" to enter "Network" interface. You can set up "Wireless", "WLAN Hotspot", "Bluetooth" and "VPN".

Wireless connection

It is used to set up wireless network. When Wireless Switch is set to "On", the projector will search all available wireless hotspots automatically. You can select and connect an available wireless network.

WLAN hotspot

When WLAN hotspot switch is "On", the projector itself can be used as WLAN hotspot. Now the wireless network connection of projector is closed automatically. The default WLAN hotspot is "A63D", and you can rename it in "SSID". There are 3 types of security: "On", "WPA PSK" and "WPA2 PSK". If the security type is set to "On", any device could connect to this hotspot. If the security type is set to "WPA PSK" or "WPA2 PSK", Password is required for the devices to connect to this hotspot.

Bluetooth settings

When Bluetooth Switch is set to "On", you can transmit all kinds of documents via bluetooth, such as texts and audios.

Manual focus

You can set Manual Focus to "On" or "Off". When Manual Focus is set to "On", the manual focus box will pop up. Toggle Left or Right key on the remote control, to make the image be up to an optimum state.

You can set Keystone Correction to "Auto" or "Manual". When it is set to "Auto", the projector will perform keystone correction automatically, to keep the screen rectangle.

HDMI

You can get images and voice with high quality. Connecting the HDMI input port of the projector to the HDMI output port of the device, in the condition of connecting to the network, click "HDMI" icon, and enter HDMI input mode.

- Connecting to the computer, please select the resolution in EDID, and 1280x800 is recommended.
- Damages resulted by selecting a resolution which is not supported by EDID, is not within the repair coverage.

Click "My Office" in homepage, and enter "My Office" interface. You can read the official documents conveniently.

Multimedia

Click "Multimedia" icon, and enter "Multimedia" interface. You can view and play pictures, videos, and musics in the mobile storage device.
There are seven items in this page: Video, Picture, Music and All Files. You can focus on a specied item via the left and right key on remote control. Then click "Enter" key to view or play. In "All Files", you can view les, which is the same as a le manager.

NetHood

You can view the les in the nethood of the nethood , copy les between the computer and the device.
The procedures to operate the Nethood:
1. Ensure that the IP address of the equipment and the computer are in the same segment , s uc h as 192. 16. 1. *;
2. Open the share function of the computer, you can search "Win7(XP) open network sharing" in internet;
3. Set a shared folder in the computer, pay attention that don't share the folder on the desktop,otherwise, the folder may not be shared successfully;
4. Click "File"->"Nethood", press MENU to select "Search" or "New";
5. Click "Search" or "New" on the shared computer to view the shared directory.

FAQ:
- Click "File " > "Nethood", press MENU button to select "Search",but can not search the shared computer: Please ensure the the IP address of your device and computer are in the same segment, you can ping IP address on the computer to check.
- Shared computer is searched but it can not be connected to the host: Please ensure the you have opened the network sharing function. Guest is forbidden, password protect sharing is enable for WIN
7, sharing service is not started or local security conguration may result that the device can not visit the
shared computer. You can search via internet: WIN 7(XP) can not visit the shared computer.
- Shared directory can not be checked in shared computer: Please ensure the shared folder is successfully set but not on the desktop.
- R/W failed when click the shared directory: Please ensure the shared directory exists in the computer and Everyone or Guest is added as shared user.

Multi-screen

Refer to the actions shown below, you can synchronize the required data to the screen.
You can connect a mobile or tablet to the projector via XMy.
Open "Appotronics Assistant" on the mobile or tablet, and it shows "Picture", "Audio", "Video" and "Files" in the page. There are 3 control methods displayed on the bottom: Remote,Mouse and Push.
Remote: The mobile or tablet can be used as the remote control to control the projector.
Mouse:The mobile or tablet can be used as the mouse to control the projector.
Push: "Music","Picture", "Video" and "Files" on the mobile or tablet and be push to the projector. For OS Android 5.0 or above, you can directly click Push button on the upper right to synchronize the images on the mobile or tablet to the projector.

Remmmend App

When the projector is connected to internet, 5 recommend APP will appear on the Launcher for user to download and intall.

The installed application are displayed in this page. The way to download or delete applications is the same as the tablet or mobile.

- If you install the third party application yourself, you should answer for the possible comptibility issues. It is not within the repare coverage.

Add new

You can add 4 applications to the home page. Click "Add New" icon, and enter Application interface. Select the application to be added , click "OK", and then this application is displayed in the home page.
"Add New" is also used to replace APP. Select the APP to be replaced, long press "Enter" key, and then select the required APP to add.
