PLEASE NOTE:

By using a SCART lead (not supplied) you can improve the quality of playback and sound. Remember you must still have the aerial lead (not supplied) connected. If you are using a SCART lead you should not have to tune your TV to your video, instead select the AV channel by pressing the av button on the remote control.

1Insert batteries into Remote Control

Remove the cover of the battery compartment. Install two LR03 / AAA batteries in the remote control.

2 Install TV

Install the stand first.

ATo lock up the 3 screws to fix the stand.

If you want to mount your TV.

to release the stand,	3
and remove the back
cover.

Step2 : release 5 screws to remove the stand hinge.

Step3 : Utilize the 6 screws holes on the back to fix the wall-mount kit.

3 Connections

All connections must be made with mains power disconnected.

A Connect one end of the aerial lead to the

aerial socket on the wall and the other end

of the lead to the appropriate socket on the

back of your TV.

B Connect one end of the RF lead to the aerial socket on your TV and the other end to the socket marked RF OUT on the back of your VCR.

C Connect your aerial lead to the socket marked RF IN on the back of your VCR.

DIf you have a scart lead, connect one end of the lead to the scart socket on your VCR and connect the other end to the scart socket marked AV1 on the back of your TV.

Now go to stage 4.

4 Switch on

APlug your TV and any other equipment that you have connected into the mains.

BPress the On/Standby switch () on the top of your TV to switch on your TV. Go to step 5.

Note:

If you have connected a VCR switch it on, insert a pre-recorded tape and press PLAY. This will make it much easier to find your VCR channel when you tune your TV in. The . screen will still be fuzzy.
