INTRODUCTION

The Filet Bun Steamer, producing a hot dry steam, transforms room temperature buns into hot moist buns lor the Filet-O-Fish™ sandwic h . This is done on a electrically heated steam gen

erator. The buns are placed into the chamber and steam flows around them. The steam is cre ated from 3 measured amounts of water being sprayed onto the steam generator surface.

WARNING

The steamer should be grounded according to local electrical codes to prevent the possibility of electrical shock, it requires a grounded receptacle with a separate electrical line, protected by a fuse or circuit breaker of the proper rating.

Dimensions — Overall dimensions of the steame r a r e 8-1/16" (20.5 cm) high x 13-3/8" (34 cm) wide x 223/8" (57 cm) deep.

Approximate weight — Shipping weight of the unit is 50 pounds (22.5 Kg).
