I Inleiding

Deze handleiding is uitsluitend van toepassing op de vouw- / rolsteiger RS TOWER 34, hierna te noe men steiger, zoals omschreven in deze handleiding opbouw en gebruik, hierna te noemen handleiding.

Voor u met de opbouw van de steiger begint, dient

ALGEMEEN

u deze handleiding zorgvuldig door te lezen. De ge wenste steiger dient conform deze handleiding te worden opgebouwd en gebruikt.

Alle aanwijzingen in deze handleiding dienen strikt te worden opgevolgd.

Indien de aanwijzingen uit deze handleiding niet worden opgevolgd, kan dat leiden tot ongevallen. Altrex kan niet aansprakelijk worden gesteld voor schade als gevolg van het niet conform de handlei ding opbouwen en gebruiken van een Altrex steiger.

De werkgever, toezichthouder en gebruiker zijn ver antwoordelijk voor de juiste toepassing van de steiger volgens deze handleiding en zij dienen er voor te zorgen dat deze handleiding te allen tijden bij de werkzaamheden met de steiger op de werkplek aan wezig is.

Bij de opbouw dienen uitsluitend de originele Altrex onderdelen te worden gebruikt.

De standaard Altrex steiger conguraties voldoen

aan de Europese Norm EN1004, belastingklasse 2 (voor sterkte en stabiliteit) en EN 1298 (voor Hand leidingen).

Lokale wet- en regelgeving kan aanvullende maatre gelen bevatten op deze handleiding.

Indien mogelijk en veilig te realiseren, is het voor

-

extra persoonlijke bescherming tijdens de opbouw noodzakelijk, om zich aan de gevel aan te lijnen. Aanlijnen aan de steiger is niet toegestaan tenzij de

steiger is verankerd aan de gevel.

II.I Toepassing

De Altrex RS TOWER 34 steiger is geschikt voor het

verrichten van werkzaamheden op hoogte.

-

II Algemeen

Een aantal conguraties kan worden samengesteld uit de Altrex RS TOWER 34 steiger. Voor de steiger conguraties verwijzen wij naar de conguratietabel in deze handleiding.

Steigers mogen alleen opgebouwd, afgebroken of veranderd worden onder leiding van een bevoegd persoon en door werknemers die voor de beoogde werkzaamheden een toereikende en specieke op leiding hebben ontvangen met betrekking tot specieke risico’s, die met name gericht is op:

• het begrijpen van het montage-, demontage- of ombouwschema van de betreende steiger;

• het veilig opbouwen, afbreken of ombouwen van de betreende steiger;

• maatregelen ter preventie van de risico’s dat perso nen of voorwerpen vallen;

• veiligheidsmaatregelen bij veranderde weersom standigheden die afbreuk kunnen doen aan de veiligheid van de betrokken steigers;

• de toelaatbare belasting;

• ieder ander risico dat bovengenoemde montage,

• De maximale belasting per platform bedraagt 150 kg/m

• De maximale belasting op de totale steiger be draagt 135 kg.

• Horizontale belastingen groter dan 30 kg als ge volg van te verrichten werkzaamheden op de steiger zijn niet toegestaan. Bij grotere krachten dient

de steiger te worden verankerd aan de gevel.

• De steiger mag uitsluitend gebruikt worden op ho rizontale, vlakke en harde ondergrond.

• De steiger mag niet gebruikt worden bij windsnel heden boven de 14 m/s (max. 6 Beaufort).

• Bij storm, sneeuw, ijzel, zware regenval of bliksem mag de steiger niet worden gebruikt.

-

• Ophijsen of ophangen van de steiger is niet toege staan.

-

• De steiger mag niet worden toegepast om toe gang te verschaen tot andere constructies.

• De standaard conguraties zijn niet berekend op het gebruik van afdekzeilen en/of reclameborden.

wilde bewegingen maken.

II.II Aanvullende aanwijzingen bij gebruik van steigers

• Bij het werken met steigers, dienen werkschoenen, werkhandschoenen en een veiligheidshelm gedra gen te worden.

• Beklim de steiger nooit aan de buitenzijde en ga nooit op de schoren staan.

• Verhoog nooit het werkplatform door het plaatsen van ladders, kisten, e.d, guur 1.

• De basisafmetingen van de platformen mogen op geen enkele wijze worden vergroot.

• Het gebruik van hijswerktuigen op of aan de steiger is niet toegestaan (guur 2), dit kan de stabiliteit ernstig beïnvloeden. De aanvoer van steigeronder delen en gereedschappen naar de werkvloer dient uitsluitend handmatig te geschieden, bijvoorbeeld met een touw en een emmer.

• Gebruik bij een zachte ondergrond rijplaten of Uproelen onder de wielen, guur 3.

• De windbelasting verdient bijzondere aandacht bij het gebruik op windgevoelige plaatsen, bijv. open constructies en op de hoek van een gebouw. Bij een windkracht groter dan 14 m/s (max. 6 Beau fort) en tevens aan het einde van de werkdag moet de steiger naar een windvrije plaats worden ge bracht, guur 4.

• Aan de buitenzijde van de standaard steiger mo gen geen extra werkplatformen of andere zaken worden bevestigd.

• Tussen de steiger en een gebouw mogen geen loopbruggen worden geplaatst.

• De steiger mag maximaal 1% uit het lood staan. Dus bij 4 meter mag de uitwijking maximaal 4 cm bedragen.

• Tref voldoende maatregelen tegen weersinvloe den die het veilig werken op de steiger kunnen beïnvloeden.

• Tref voldoende maatregelen tegen omgevingsfac toren die het veilig werken op de steiger kunnen beïnvloeden.

• Gebruik leuningwerk waar veiligheid of regelge ving dit vereist.

• Laat de steiger nooit onbeheerd achter. Zorg er voor dat onbevoegden de steiger niet kunnen betreden.

• Het mixen van steigeronderdelen van verschillen de merken / fabrikanten is niet toegestaan.

• De werkplek rond de steiger dient te worden afge zet met pionnen en/of markeringsband.

• Zorg er altijd voor dat veilig werken op de steiger mogelijk is.

• Bouw een steiger altijd op met minimaal 2 perso nen, guur 5.

• Plaats stabilisator indien voorgeschreven. Onder de 2,5m is dit niet verplicht, voor werkzaamheden met grote horizontale krachten wordt dit wel aan

geraden.

II.III Checklist steigers

Bij (her)gebruik van een opgebouwde steiger dient altijd te worden gecontroleerd:

-

1. dat de steiger de juiste is voor uw toepassing;

2. dat de directe omgeving waarin de steiger wordt

-

opgebouwd een veilig gebruik mogelijk maakt;

3. dat de steiger nog veilig kan worden toegepast;

-

4. dat de kwaliteit van de ondergrond, horizontaal, vlak en voldoende draagkrachtig is;

5. dat de omgevingsfactoren zoals openslaande deuren, automatisch werkende zonneweringen, bovengrondse elektrakabels, verkeer en/of pas santen e.d. geen gevaarlijke situaties opleveren;

6. dat er voldoende vrije ruimte aanwezig voor het

veilig opbouwen en gebruiken van de steiger;

7. dat alle benodigde onderdelen en veiligheids

-

hulpmiddelen op de werkplek aanwezig zijn;

8. dat er geen beschadigde of andere onderdelen dan voorgeschreven worden toegepast;

-

9. dat de steiger is opgebouwd volgens deze hand leiding en conform de conguratietabel;

-

10. dat de maximale opbouwhoogte niet is over

schreden;

11. dat de steiger aan de binnenzijde goed te

beklimmen is;

12. dat de wielen goed zijn gemonteerd, uitgericht,

en op de rem staan;

13. dat de frames goed zijn gemonteerd en geborgd;

14. dat de horizontaal- en diagonaalschoren op de juiste positie zijn gemonteerd en geborgd;

15. dat de stabilisatoren op de juiste wijze zijn gemonteerd;

16. dat de steiger loodrecht staat (controleren m.b.v.

een waterpas);

17. dat de steiger stabiel is;

18. dat de platformen op de juiste positie liggen en de opwaaibeveiliging is vergrendeld;

19. dat de steigerconguratie periodiek is geïnspec teerd (zie inspectie sticker);

20. dat alle borgpennen in de constructie zijn ge plaatst en geborgd.

II.IV Inspectie, Zorg en Onderhoud

1. Steiger onderdelen dienen met zorg te worden gehanteerd en vervoerd, zodat beschadiging wordt voorkomen.

2. Opslag dient zodanig te zijn georganiseerd dat uitsluitend onbeschadigde delen in het juiste aantal beschikbaar komen voor de opbouw van de steiger.

3. Controleer alle beweegbare delen op vervuiling en een goede werking.

4. Controleer alle onderdelen op beschadiging. Be schadigde of verkeerde onderdelen mogen niet worden gebruikt.

5. Beschadigde onderdelen moeten aan de fabri kant ter inspectie worden aangeboden.

6. Steigers voor professioneel gebruik moeten pe riodiek worden gekeurd door een deskundige. De afdeling Keuring, Reparatie en Montage van Altrex kan tegen betaling worden ingeschakeld voor keuringen en eventuele reparaties.

II.V Demontage van de steiger

De steiger dient in omgekeerde volgorde te worden gedemonteerd, zoals beschreven in de opbouwme thode.

II.VI Verplaatsen van de steiger

• Voor het verplaatsen van de steiger moeten de stabilisatoren tot max.10 cm worden opgetrokken.

• De wielremmen worden ontgrendeld door het in drukken van het rempedaal.

• Vooraf moet worden gecontroleerd of de omge vingsfactoren zoals openslaande deuren, overkap-

pingen, kuilen, automatisch werkende zonnewe-

ringen, bovengrondse elektrakabels, verkeer en/of

-

passanten e.d. geen gevaarlijke situaties oplevert bij het verplaatsen van de steiger.

• Verplaats een steiger uitsluitend in langsrichting of in diagonaalrichting met handkracht over vlakke, horizontale en voldoende draagkrachtige bodem. Let op dat de steiger niet scheef trekt.

• Direct na het verplaatsen dienen de wielremmen te worden vergrendeld door het rempedaal in te drukken.

• Na het verplaatsen moet de steiger opnieuw ho rizontaal worden uitgericht met behulp van een waterpas.

• Stel de stabilisatoren rondom opnieuw af, zodat zij weer contact maken met de bodem.

II.VII Montage en/of reparatie van

• Tijdens het verplaatsen van de steiger mogen zich geen per sonen en/of materialen op de steiger bevinden, guur 6.

Door Altrex geleverde vervangingsonderdelen

dienen te worden gemonteerd op het juiste Altrexproduct en op dezelfde wijze als het onderdeel dat

vervangen wordt. Montage (bevestiging) en/of repa

ratie geschiedt voor eigen rekening en risico. Altrex is niet aansprakelijk voor schades veroorzaakt door foutieve montage en/of reparatie. Tegen een vergoe ding kan Altrex worden ingeschakeld voor reparatie van uw product c.q. montage van de betreende onderdelen.

II.VIII Garantiebepalingen

Dit Altrex-product is met de grootste zorg ontworpen, geproduceerd en beproefd. Indien dit product volgens de instructies en naar zijn bestemming wordt gebruikt, geldt een garantie onder de volgen de voorwaarden.

1. Altrex staat in voor de deugdelijkheid van het product en voor de kwaliteit van het gebruikte materiaal.

2. Onder de garantie vallende gebreken zullen door ons worden opgelost door vervanging van het gebrekkige onderdeel, van het product of door toezending van een onderdeel ter vervanging.

3. Buiten de garantie vallen in ieder geval gebreken die optreden als gevolg van:

a. Gebruik van het product in strijd met de be

stemming ervan of in strijd met de gebruiks-

voorschriften. b. Normale slijtage. c. Montage of reparatie door klant of derden

(m.u.v. het aanbrengen van toegezonden on

derdelen zoals bedoeld onder 2). d. Gewijzigde overheidsvoorschriften inzake de

aard of de kwaliteit van toegepaste materia

len.

4. Bij levering geconstateerde gebreken moeten

onverwijld ter kennis van Altrex worden ge bracht. Indien dit niet gebeurt, vervalt de garantie. Om een beroep te kunnen doen op de garantie dient het aankoopbewijs aan Altrex of uw Altrex dealer te worden verstrekt.

5. Gebreken aan het product dienen zo spoedig

mogelijk, maar in ieder geval binnen 14 dagen na ontdekking ervan ter kennis van Altrex of uw Altrex dealer te worden gebracht.

a. Altrex moet, wanneer een beroep op de ga

rantiebepalingen wordt gedaan, het product

in haar kwaliteitscentrum kunnen onderzoe

ken. De klant dient het product hiervoor ter

beschikking te stellen. Indien uit het onder

zoek komt vast te staan dat het product on-

juist gebruikt is, worden onderzoekskosten in

rekening gebracht. b. Indien de klant onderzoek wenst door een

onafhankelijk instituut zijn de kosten hiervan

voor zijn rekening, wanneer uit het onderzoek

komt vast te staan dat het product onjuist is

gebruikt. De kosten van het onderzoek zijn

ook voor rekening van de klant, wanneer Altrex

voorafgaand aan een dergelijk onderzoek heeft aangeboden het product op haar kosten te repa reren of te vervangen.

I Introduction

Le présent manuel s’applique exclusivement à l’échafaudage pliant/roulant RS TOWER 34, nommé ci-après échafaudage tel que décrit dans le présent manuel de construction et d’utilisation, nommé ciaprès manuel.

GENERAL

Avant de commencer à construire l’échafaudage, vous devez lire attentivement le présent manuel. L’échafaudage souhaité doit être construit et utilisé conformément au présent manuel. Toutes les indi cations dans le présent manuel doivent être suivies scrupuleusement. Le non respect des indications dans le présent manuel peut entraîner des accidents.

Altrex ne peut être tenue pour responsable de dom mages consécutifs à la construction et à l’utilisation non conformes au manuel d’un échafaudage Altrex. L’employeur, le surveillant et l’utilisateur sont respon sables de l’utilisation appropriée de l’échafaudage selon le présent manuel et doivent veiller à ce que le présent manuel soit toujours présent sur le chantier en cas de travaux avec l’échafaudage.

II Général

Plusieurs congurations peuvent être composées à partir de l’échafaudage Altrex série RS TOWER 34. Pour les congurations d’échafaudage, nous vous renvoyons au tableau de conguration dans le pré sent manuel.

Des échafaudages peuvent être construits, démon tés ou modiés uniquement sous la direction d’une personne compétente et par des employés ayant reçu une formation appropriée et spécique aux tra vaux en question concernant les risques spéciques, notamment sur les points suivants :

• la compréhension du schéma de montage, de démontage ou de transformation de l’échafau dage en question ;

• la construction, le démontage ou la transforma tion sûres de l’échafaudage en question ;

• mesures de prévention des risques de chute de personnes ou d’objets ;

• mesures de sécurité en cas de conditions météo changeantes pouvant nuire à la sécurité des écha faudages en question ;

• la charge admissible ;

• tout autre risque lié aux travaux de montage, de démontage ou de transformation ci-dessus. La personne qui dirige les travaux et les employés engagés doivent être en possession du présent manuel.

Pour la construction, seules les pièces Altrex origina les doivent être utilisées. Les congurations standard d’échafaudage Altrex répondent aux normes euro péennes EN1004, classe de charge 2 (pour la résistance et la stabilité) et EN 1298 (pour les manuels).

La législation et la réglementation locales peuvent

contenir des mesures supplémentaires au présent manuel. S’il est possible de le réaliser de manière sûre, il est nécessaire de s’assurer sur la façade pen dant le montage, pour une protection personnelle

supplémentaire.

Il est interdit de s’assurer sur l’échafaudage, sauf s’il

est ancré sur la façade.

II.I Utilisation

L’échafaudage Altrex RS TOWER 34 convient pour réaliser des travaux en hauteur.

pluie ou de foudre, l’échafaudage ne peut être uti lisé.

• Il est interdit de hisser ou de suspendre

l’échafaudage.

• L’échafaudage ne peut être utilisé pour permettre

d’accéder à d’autres constructions.

• Les congurations standard n’ont pas été calculées en utilisant des bâches de protection et/ou des panneaux publicitaires.

• Un échafaudage doit ne pas pouvoir glisser ou faire des mouvements involontaires.

II.II Indications supplémentaires pour l’utilisation d’échafaudages

• En travaillant avec des échafaudages, il faut porter des chaussures de sécurité, des gants de travail et un casque de sécurité.

• Ne gravissez jamais l’échafaudage du côté extéri eur et ne vous posez jamais sur les étançons.

• Ne surélevez jamais la plate-forme de travail en y plaçant des échelles, des caisses, etc. gure 1

• Les dimensions de base des plates-formes ne peu vent être augmentées d’aucune manière.

• L’utilisation d’engins de levage sur ou con tre l’échafaudage n’est pas autorisée (gure

2), cela pouvant gravement aecter la stabi lité de l’échafaudage. Le transport de pièces d’échafaudage et d’outils sur le chantier doit avoir lieu exclusivement de manière manuelle, par exemple avec une corde et un seau.

• Si le support est mou, utilisez des plaques de rou lage ou des prols en U sous les roues, gure 3.

• La charge de vent mérite une attention particulière en cas d’utilisation dans des lieux sensibles au vent, par ex. des constructions ouvertes et sur le coin d’un bâtiment. En cas de force du vent supérieure à 14 m/s (max. 6 Beaufort) et également à la n de la journée de travail, l’échafaudage roulant doit être amené à un endroit sans vent, gure 4.

• Du côté extérieur de l’échafaudage standard, au cune plate-forme de travail supplémentaire ou d’autre choses ne peuvent être xées.

• Aucune passerelle ne peut être placée entre l’échafaudage et un bâtiment.

• L’écart de verticalité de l’échafaudage peut être de maximum 1%. Donc pour un échafaudage de 4 mètres, l’écart peut être de maximum 4 cm.

• Prenez susamment de mesures contre les intem péries pouvant aecter la sécurité en travaillant sur l’échafaudage.

• Prenez susamment de mesures contre les fac teurs environnementaux pouvant aecter la sécurité en travaillant sur l’échafaudage.

• Utilisez des garde-corps lorsque la sécurité ou la réglementation l’exige.

• Ne laissez jamais l’échafaudage sans surveillance. Veillez à ce qu’aucune personne non autorisée puisse accéder à l’échafaudage roulant.

• Il est interdit de mélanger des pièces d’échafaudage de diérent(e)s marques/fabricants.

• Le chantier autour de l’échafaudage doit être déli mité avec des pions et/ou une bande de marquage.

• Veillez à ce qu’il soit toujours possible de travailler en toute sécurité sur l’échafaudage.

• Prévoyez toujours au moins 2 personnes pour con struire un échafaudage,gure 5.

• Placez un stabilisateur si prescrit. Ce n’est pas obli gatoire sous 2,5m, mais pour des travaux avec des grandes forces horizontales, cela est toutefois con seillé.

II.III Liste de contrôle échafaudages

En cas de (ré)utilisation d’un échafaudage construit, les points suivants devront toujours être contrôlés :

1. que l’échafaudage est le modèle approprié à vo

tre utilisation ;

2. que l’environnement direct où l’échafaudage

sera construit permet une utilisation sûre ;

3. que l’échafaudage peut encore être utilisé en

toute sécurité ;

4. que le support est de bonne qualité, horizontal,

plat et susamment porteur ;

5. que des facteurs environnementaux tels que des

portes-fenêtres, des stores automatiques, des câbles électriques de surface, la circulation et/ou des passants, etc. ne peuvent être à l’origine de

situations dangereuses ;

6. qu’il y a susamment d’espace libre pour la con

-

struction et l’utilisation sûres de l’échafaudage ;

7. que les pièces et outils de sécurité nécessaires sont présents sur le chantier ;

8. qu’aucune pièce endommagée ou non prescrite n’est utilisée ;

9. que l’échafaudage est construit selon le présent

manuel et conformément au tableau de congu ration ;

10. que la hauteur maximale de construction n’est pas dépassée ;

11. que le côté intérieur de l’échafaudage est facile à gravir ;

12. que les roues sont correctement montées, réglées et en position de freinage ;

13. que les cadres sont correctement montés et

xés ;

14. que les étançons horizontaux et diagonaux sont montés et xés à la bonne position ;

15. que les stabilisateurs sont correctement montés ;

16. que l’échafaudage est en position verticale (con trôler au moyen d’un niveau) ;

17. que l’échafaudage est stable ;

18. que les plates-formes sont à la bonne position et que la protection anti-soulèvement par le vent est verrouillée ;

19. que la conguration d’échafaudage est régulière ment inspectée (voir autocollant d’inspection) ;

20. que toutes les goupilles de sécurité sont placées et xées dans la construction.

II.IV Inspection, soin et entretien

1. Les pièces d’échafaudage doivent être manipulées et transportées avec soin pour éviter de les endommager.

2. Le stockage doit être organisé de manière telle, que seules des pièces intactes soient disponibles dans les bonnes quantités pour la construction de l’échafaudage.

3. Contrôlez la propreté et le bon fonctionnement de toutes les pièces mobiles.

4. Contrôlez la présence de dommages sur toutes les pièces. Il est interdit d’utiliser des pièces en dommagées ou incorrectes.

5. Les pièces endommagées doivent être retour nées au fabricant pour inspection.

6. Les échafaudages destinés à un usage profes sionnel doivent être contrôlés périodiquement par un spécialiste. Moyennant paiement, il est possible de faire appel au service Contrôle, Répa ration et Montage d’Altrex pour des contrôles et d’éventuelles réparations.

II.V Démontage de l’échafaudage

L’échafaudage doit être démonté dans l’ordre inverse,

-

comme décrit dans la méthode de construction.

II.VI Déplacement de l’échafaudage roulant

• Pour déplacer l’échafaudage roulant, les stabilisateurs doivent être relevés jusqu’à max. 10 cm.

• Les freins de roue sont déverrouillés en enfonçant la pédale de frein.

• Il faut contrôler au préalable si des facteurs environ nementaux tels que des portesfenêtres, des toitures, des cavités, des stores automatiques, des câbles électriques de surface, la circulation et/ou des pas sants, etc. ne peuvent être à l’origine de situations dangereuses en déplaçant l’échafaudage.

-

• Déplacez un échafaudage exclusivement dans le sens longitudinal ou diagonal à la force manuelle, sur un support plat, horizontal et susamment porteur. Veillez à ce que l’échafaudage ne soit pas de travers.

• Juste après avoir déplacé l’échafaudage, les freins de roue doivent être verrouillés en enfonçant la pé dale de frein.

• Après l’avoir déplacé, l’échafaudage doit à nouveau être centré horizontalement à l’aide d’un niveau.

• Réglez une nouvelle fois les stabilisateurs tout au tour, de sorte qu’ils soient à nouveau en contact avec le sol.

• Des personnes et/ou des maté riaux ne peuvent se trouver sur l’échafaudage lors de son déplacement, gure 6.

II.VII Montage et/ou réparation de

pièces de rechange

Les pièces de rechange livrées par Altrex doivent être montées sur le bon produit Altrex et de la même ma

nière que la pièce remplacée. Le montage (la xation) et/ou la réparation auront lieu à vos propres risques

et périls. Altrex n’est pas responsable de dommages

causés par une réparation et/ou un montage incor

-

rects. Moyennant rémunération, vous pouvez faire appel à Altrex pour réparer votre produit ou pour monter les pièces en question.

II.VIII Conditions de garantie

Ce produit Altrex a été conçu, produit et testé avec le plus grand soin. Si ce produit est utilisé conformé ment aux instructions et à sa destination, une garantie s’applique sous les conditions suivantes :

1. Altrex garantit la bonne qualité du produit, ainsi que la qualité des matériaux utilisés.

2. Les défauts couverts par la garantie seront ré parés par nos soins par le remplacement de la pièce défectueuse, du produit ou par l’envoi d’une pièce de rechange.

3. Les défauts non couverts par la garantie sont en tout cas ceux qui apparaissent suite à :

a. Utilisation du produit contraire à sa destina

tion ou au mode d’emploi.

b. Usure normale. c. Montage ou réparation par le client ou par

des tiers (à l’exception du montage de pièces envoyées, telles que visées au point 2).

d. Modication de dispositions légales concer

nant la nature ou la qualité des matériaux utili sés.

4. Les défauts constatés à la livraison doivent immé diatement être signalés à Altrex. Sinon, la garantie échoit. Pour pouvoir faire appel à la garantie, la preuve d’achat doit être remise à Altrex ou à votre distributeur Altrex.

5. Les défauts au produit doivent être signalés dans les plus brefs délais à votre distributeur Altrex, mais en tout cas dans les 14 jours suivant leur dé couverte.

a. En cas d’utilisation des conditions de garantie, Altrex doit pouvoir étudier le produit dans

son centre de qualité. A cet eet, le client doit mettre le produit à disposition. Si cette étude révèle que le produit a été utilisé de manière incorrecte, des frais d’étude seront facturés.

b. Si le client souhaite une étude par un insti

tut indépendant, les frais à cet eet seront à

sa charge si cette étude révèle que le produit

a été utilisé de manière incorrecte. Les frais de l’étude sont également à la charge du client, si

préalablement à une telle étude, Altrex pro

pose de réparer ou de remplacer le produit à ses frais.

I Introduction

This manual is solely intended to be used in conjunction with the folding/rolling tower RS TOWER 34, hereinafter called the tower, as described in this assembly and use manual, hereinafter referred to as the manual.

GENERAL

Prior to starting assembly of the tower, you should carefully read this manual. The tower that is required should be assembled and used in accordance with this manual.

All instructions contained in this manual should be strictly observed.

If the instructions contained in this manual are not followed, accidents may arise. Altrex cannot be held liable for any loss resulting from the assembly or use of an Altrex tower that is not in compliance with the manual.

The employer, supervisor and user are responsible for the correct use of the tower in accordance with this manual and they must ensure that this manual is available at all times when work is being carried out using the tower.

II General

A number of congurations are possible with the Altrex Series RS TOWER 34 tower.

For information about the tower congurations, we refer you to the congurations table, included in this manual. Towers may only be assembled, disassem bled or modied under the direction of an authorised person and by employees who have received adequate and specic training for the intended work, in terms of the specic risks involved which, in particular, addresses:

• understanding the assembly, disassembly or con

version plan of the tower in question;

• safely assembling, disassembling or converting the

tower in question;

• measures in order to avoid the risks to individuals

or objects;

• safety measures in the event of changing weather

conditions which could aect the safety of the tow ers in question;

• the allowable load;

• every other risk that could arise as a result of the

aforementioned assembly and disassembly or con version work.

The individuals responsible for the work and the em ployees involved in the work must have access to a copy of this manual.

Only original Altrex parts should be used for assem bly.

The standard Altrex tower congurations meet the European Standard EN1004, load class 2 (for strength and stability) and EN 1298 (for Manuals). Local law and legislation might encompass measures in addi tion to those stated in this manual.

If possible, and if it can be achieved safely, for ad ditional personal safety, individuals working on the assembly should secure themselves to the external wall. Individuals should not secure themselves to the tower itself, unless the tower is anchored to the wall.

II.I Use

The Altrex RS TOWER 34 tower is suitable for working at a height.

• The maximum load per platform is 150 kg/m2.

• The maximum load on the tower (as a whole) is 135 kg.

• Horizontal loads exceeding 30 kg resulting from the work to be carried out from the tower are not

permitted. In the event of signicant forces, the tower should be anchored to the wall.

• The tower may only be used on horizontal, at and solid surfaces.

• The tower may not be used at wind speeds exceed ing 14 m/s (max. 6 Beaufort).

• The tower may not be used in the event of a storm,

snow, ice, heavy rainfall or lightning.

• Hoisting or suspending the tower is not permitted.

• The tower may not be used in order to gain access to other constructions.

• The standard congurations are not calculated on the use of tarpaulins and/or advertising boards.

• A tower should not be able to slide away or to

make movements that are not intended.

I I.II Additional instructions when

using towers

• When working with towers, safety shoes, working gloves and a safety helmet should be worn.

• Never ascend the tower on the outside and never stand on the braces.

• Never raise the height of the work platform through the use of stairs, crates, etc, gure 1.

• The base dimensions of the platforms may not be increased in any way.

• The use of hoisting gear on or for the tower is not permitted (gure 2); this can seriously aect the stability. Tower parts and tools may only be trans ported manually to the work platform, for example, using a rope and a bucket.

• If the tower is to be placed on a soft surface, ground protection plates or U-proles should be placed underneath the wheels, gure 3.

• Particular attention should be paid to the wind load in areas that are aected by the wind, for ex ample, open constructions and at the corners of a building. In the event of a wind force in excess of 14 m/s (max. 6 Beaufort), plus at the end of the working day, the rolling tower must be moved to a wind-free place, gure 4.

• No additional work platforms or other objects may be attached to the outside of the standard tower.

• Stages may not be mounted between the tower and a building.

• The tower must not be out of the perpendicular in excess of 1%. Therefore, at a height of 4 meters, the deviation may not exceed 4 cm.

• Take sucient measures against weather inu ences that will help to ensure safe working on the tower.

• Take sucient measures against environmental factors that will help to ensure safe working on the tower.

• Use guardrailing when this is required from a safety or legislative point of view.

• Never leave the tower unsupervised. Make sure that unauthorised individuals cannot gain access to the tower.

• The use of a combination of tower parts of dierent brands/manufacturers is not permitted.

• The workplace around the tower has to be cor doned o using cones and/or marking tape.

• Make sure that safe working with the tower is al ways given priority.

• A minimum of 2 people should always be used to assemble a tower, gure 5.

• Position the stablizer if required. It is not compulso ry below a height of 2.5 m; however, for work with signifcant horizontal forces, this is recommended.

II.III Checklist for the use of towers

When an assembled tower is (re)used, the following

should always be checked:

-

1. That the tower is the correct one for the intended

use.

2. That the immediate vicinity in which the tower is

assembled allows for safe use.

3. That the tower can still be used safely.

4. That the quality of the surface is horizontal, at

and suciently loadbearing.

5. That the environmental factors, such as opening

doors, automatically working sun blinds, aboveground electrical cables, trac and/or passersby, etc., do not lead to dangerous situations.

6. That there is sucient free space to be able to as

semble and use the tower safely.

7. That all required parts and safety tools are avail

able at the workplace.

8. That no damaged parts or parts other than those

prescribed are used.

9. That the tower is assembled in accordance with

this manual and in conformity with the congu ration table.

10. That the maximum assembly height is not ex

ceeded.

11. That it is easy to climb up the inside of the tower.

12. That the wheels are correctly attached, aligned,

and that the brake is applied.

13. That the frames are correctly assembled and

secured.

20. That all locking pins are in place in the construc tion and that these are locked.

II.IV Inspection, Care and Maintenance

1. Tower parts must be handled and transported with care, in order to avoid damage.

2. Storage should be organised in such a way that only undamaged parts, in the correct amounts, are available for assembly of the tower.

3. Check all moving parts for correct functioning and to ensure that these are not contaminated.

4. Check all parts for damage. Damaged or incor rect parts may not be used.

5. Damaged parts have to be returned to the manu facturer for inspection.

6. Towers for professional use must be inspected annually for any defects by an expert. For a fee, Altrex’s department of Inspection, Repair and Assembly can be used for inspections and, if re quired, repairs.

II.V Disassembly of the tower

The tower should be disassembled following the instructions for assembly but in reverse order.

II.VI Relocating the tower

• In order to relocate the tower, the stabilizers have to be raised to a maximum of 10 cm.

• The wheel brakes are released by pressing the brake pedal.

• Beforehand, checks should be made that the en vironmental factors, such as opening doors, cano-

pies, pits, automatically functioning sun blinds,

aboveground electrical cables, trac and/or pas sers-by, etc. do not pose the risk of dangerous situations while the tower is being relocated.

• Only relocate a tower in the lengthways direction or in the diagonal direction, manually, over a at, horizontal and suciently load-bearing surface. Make sure that the tower does not start to slant during relocation.

• Immediately after relocating the tower, the wheel brakes have to be applied and locked, by pressing the brake pedal.

• After relocation, the tower has to once again be

horizontally aligned; this should be done using a

spirit level.

• Once again adjust all of the stabilizers, so that they are in contact with the surface.

• When the tower is being relocated, persons and/or materials may not remain on the tower, gure 6.

II.VII Assembly and/or repair of

-

replacement parts

Replacement parts supplied by Altrex must be tted to the correct Altrex product and in the same way as the part that is replaced. Assembly (attachment) and/ or repair is eectuated at the own risk and expense of the client. Altrex is not liable for damage caused by incorrect assembly and/or repair. Against payment, Altrex can be called in for the repair of your product, and/or the assembly of the parts in question.

II.VIII Warranty Conditions

This Altrex product has been designed, manufactured and tested with the greatest care. Should this product be used in accordance with the instructions and its intended use, a warranty will apply under the following conditions:

1. Altrex guarantees the reliability of the product and the quality of the materials used for the product.

2. We will rectify any defects that are covered by the warranty by replacing the defective part, or the product itself, or by supplying a part for replace ment.

3. Not covered by the warranty are any defects that occur as a result of the following:

a) Use of the product contrary to its intended use or contrary to the instructions for use.

b) Normal wear and tear of the product. c) Assembly or repair by the client or by third

parties (with the exception of tting the spare parts provided by Altrex as indicated above under point 2).

d) Any modied governmental regulations con-

cerning the nature or quality of the material used in the product.

4. Any defects that are found upon the delivery of the product should be reported immediately to Altrex. Should notication of these defects not take place immediately, the warranty will be null and void. To make a claim under the warranty, Al trex or your Altrex dealer has to be provided with the proof of purchase.

5. Any defects of the product have to be reported to Altrex or your Altrex dealer as soon as possible, but in any case within 14 days of the defect being found.

a) Should a claim be made under the warranty

conditions, Altrex has to have the opportunity to be able to investigate the product in its Quality Centre. The client must make the pro duct available for this purpose. Should it be established during the investigation that the product has been used incorrectly, the costs

of the investigation will be charged to the

client.

b) Should the client ask for an investigation to be

carried out by an independent institute, the costs for this investigation are at the expense of the client should it be established during

the investigation that the product has been used incorrectly. The costs of the investigation are also at the expense of the client if, prior to this investigation, Altrex oered to repair or to replace the product at no charge to the client.

I Einleitung

Diese Anleitung darf nur für das Klapp- /Fahrgerüst RS TOWER 34, nachfolgend „Gerüst“ genannt, und gemäß der Beschreibung in dieser Aufbau- und Ver wendungsanleitung, nachfolgend „Anleitung“ genannt, verwendet werden.

Lesen Sie diese Anleitung sorgfältig durch, bevor Sie mit dem Aufbau des Gerüstes beginnen. Das gewün

schte Gerüst muss nach dieser Anleitung aufgebaut und benutzt werden.

Alle Anweisungen in dieser Anleitung sind genau zu befolgen. Das Nichtbeachten der Anweisungen in dieser Anleitung kann zu Unfällen führen.

Altrex haftet nicht für Schäden, die als Folge eines nicht ordnungsgemäß und entsprechend der An leitung aufgebauten und benutzten Altrex-Gerüstes entstanden sind.

Arbeitgeber, Aufsichtspersonal und Benutzer sind für die richtige Anwendung des Gerüstes entsprechend dieser Anleitung verantwortlich und sie müssen dafür Sorge tragen, dass diese Anleitung bei jeder Benutzung des Gerüstes auf dem Arbeitsplatz vor liegt.

II Allgemeines

Aus dem Gerüst der Altrex RS TOWER 34-Serie können einige Kongurationen zusammengestellt werden. Die Gerüstkongurationen nden Sie in der Kongurationstabelle in dieser Anleitung.

Der Auf-, Ab- oder Umbau von Gerüsten darf nur unter der Leitung einer befähigten Person und von Arbeitnehmern durchgeführt werden, die für diese Tätigkeiten eine zureichende und entsprechende Ausbildung im Zusammenhang mit den spezi schen Risiken erhalten haben. Diese Ausbildung richtet sich insbesondere auf:

• das Verstehen des Auf-, Ab- oder Umbauplans für

das betreende Gerüst;

• den sicheren Auf-, Ab- oder Umbau des betreen

den Gerüstes;

• präventive Maßnahmen, um das Risiko zu vermin

dern, dass Personen oder Gegenstände fallen;

• Sicherheitsvorkehrungen bei verändernden Wet

terverhältnissen, die die Sicherheit der betroenen Gerüste beeinträchtigen können;

• die zulässige Belastbarkeit;

• alle anderen Risiken, die die genannten Auf-, Ab- oder Umbauarbeiten mit sich bringen können.

Die Person, die diese Arbeiten leitet sowie die betei

ligten Arbeitnehmer müssen über diese Anleitung verfügen.

Beim Aufbau sind ausschließlich Originalbauteile von Altrex zu verwenden.

-

Die Standard-Gerüstkongurationen von Altrex ent sprechen der europäischen Norm EN 1004, Gerüstgruppe 2 (für Stärke und Stabilität) und EN 1298 (für Aufbau- und Verwendungsanleitungen).

Örtliche Vorschriften können ergänzende Maßnah men zu dieser Anleitung enthalten.

Falls die Möglichkeit besteht und falls dies sicher

zu realisieren ist, sollten Sie sich zu Ihrem eigenen Schutz beim Aufbau des Gerüstes zusätzlich mit ei ner Leine an der Fassade sichern. Das Festmachen der Leine am Gerüst ist nicht zulässig, es sei denn, das Gerüst ist an der Fassade verankert.

II.I Anwendung

Das Altrex RS TOWER 34-Gerüst ist für das Verrichten von Arbeiten in der Höhe geeignet.

konstruktionen benutzt werden.

• Die Standard-Kongurationen sind nicht für die Verwendung von Abdeckplanen und/oder Rekla metafeln berechnet.

• Ein Gerüst muss so aufgestellt werden, dass es nicht wegrutschen und keine ungewollten Bewe gungen machen kann.

II.II Zusätzliche Hinweise für die

Benutzung von Gerüsten

• Bei Gerüstarbeiten müssen Arbeitsschuhe, Arbeitshandschuhe und ein Sicherheitshelm getragen werden.

• Besteigen Sie das Gerüst niemals an der Außensei te und stellen Sie sich niemals auf die Streben.

• Erhöhen Sie niemals die Arbeitsplattform durch Verwendung von Leitern, Kisten, u.Ä., Fig. 1

• Die Grundmaße der Arbeitsplattformen dürfen in keiner Weise vergrößert werden.

• Der Gebrauch und das Anbringen von Hebevor richtungen auf dem Gerüst ist nicht zulässig (Fig.

2), es kann die Stabilität ernsthaft beeinträchtigen. Gerüstbauteile und Werkzeuge dürfen ausschließlich mit der Hand, zum Beispiel in einem Eimer mit Transportseilen auf die Arbeitsbühne gebracht werden.

• Legen Sie bei einem weichen Untergrund Fahrplat ten oder U-Prole unter die Räder, Fig. 3.

• Bei der Verwendung an windgefährdeten Standor ten ist besonders auf die Windlast zu achten, z.B. oene Konstruktionen und auf der Ecke eines Ge bäudes. Bei einer Windstärke über 14 m/s (max. 6 Beaufort) und nach Arbeitsschluss muss das Gerüst an einen windgeschützten Ort gebracht werden, Fig. 4.

• Auf der Außenseite des Standard-Gerüstes dürfen keine zusätzlichen Arbeitsplattformen oder andere Sachen befestigt werden.

• Zwischen dem Gerüst und einem Gebäude dürfen keine Stege angebracht werden.

• Das Gerüst muss lotrecht stehen. Die maximale Neigung darf 1% nicht übersteigen. Bei 4 Meter darf die Abweichung maximal 4 cm betragen.

• Treen Sie ausreichende Vorkehrungen gegen Wit terungseinüsse, die ein sicheres Arbeiten auf dem Gerüst beeinträchtigen können.

• Treen Sie ausreichende Vorkehrungen gegen Umgebungsfaktoren, die ein sicheres Arbeiten auf dem Gerüst beeinträchtigen können.

• Verwenden Sie Geländer, dort wo Sicherheit oder Vorschriften es verlangen.

• Lassen Sie das Gerüst niemals unbeaufsichtigt. Tragen Sie dafür Sorge, dass Unbefugte das Fahr

-

gerüst nicht besteigen können.

• Es ist nicht erlaubt, Gerüstbauteile verschiedener Marken/Hersteller zu mischen.

-

• Der Arbeitsplatz rund um das Gerüst muss mit Py lonen und/oder einem Absperrband abgesichert werden.

• Tragen Sie immer dafür Sorge, dass ein sicheres Ar beiten auf dem Gerüst möglich ist.

• Bauen Sie ein Gerüst immer mit mindestens 2 Per sonen auf, Fig. 5.

• Montieren Sie einen Ausleger, sofern vorgeschrie ben. Unter 2,5 m ist dies nicht verpichtet, für Arbeiten mit starken horizontalen Kräften wird dies

allerdings empfohlen.

1. dass für Ihre Anwendung das richtige Gerüst ein gesetzt wird;

2. dass die direkte Umgebung, in der das Gerüst aufgebaut wird, eine sichere Benutzung

gewährleistet;

3. dass das Gerüst noch sicher angewendet werden kann;

4. dass die Qualität des Untergrundes waagerecht, ach und ausreichend tragfähig ist;

5. dass die Umgebungsfaktoren wie Flügeltüren,

automatischer Sonnenschutz, oberirdische Elek

troleitungen, Verkehr und/oder Passanten u.Ä. nicht zu gefährlichen Situationen führen;

6. dass genügend Freiraum für einen sicheren Auf bau und eine sichere Benutzung des Gerüstes vorhanden ist;

8. dass keine beschädigten oder anderen Bauteile sondern nur die vorgeschriebenen Bauteile ver wendet werden;

9. dass das Gerüst nach dieser Anleitung und gemäß der Kongurationstabelle aufgebaut ist;

10. dass die maximal zulässige Aufbauhöhe nicht überschritten wurde;

11. dass das Gerüst von innen gut zu besteigen ist;

12. dass die Lenkrollen gut montiert, ausgerichtet und die Bremsen blockiert sind;

13. dass die Rahmen gut montiert und gesichert sind;

14. dass die Horizontal- und Diagonalstreben an der richtigen Stelle montiert und gesichert sind;

15. dass die Ausleger richtig montiert sind;

16. dass das Gerüst lotrecht steht (mit einer Wasser waage überprüfen);

17. dass das Gerüst stabil ist;

18. dass die Arbeitsplattformen richtig auiegen und die Abhebesicherung verriegelt ist;

19. dass die Gerüstkonguration regelmäßig überprüft wurde (siehe Kontrollaufkleber);

20. dass alle Sicherungsstifte in der Konstruktion an gebracht und gesichert sind.

II.IV Überprüfung, Pege und Wartung

1. Gerüstbauteile sind mit Sorgfalt zu handhaben und zu transportieren, um Beschädigungen zu vermeiden.

2. Bei der Lagerung ist darauf zu achten, dass nur unbeschädigte Bauteile in der richtigen Anzahl für den Aufbau des Gerüstes zur Verfügung ste hen.

3. Prüfen Sie alle beweglichen Teile auf Verschmut zung und auf ihre Funktionsfähigkeit.

4. Prüfen Sie alle Bauteile auf Beschädigungen. Beschädigte oder falsche Gerüstbauteile dürfen nicht verwendet werden.

5. Beschädigte Bauteile müssen dem Hersteller zur Überprüfung vorgelegt werden.

6. Gerüste für den professionellen Einsatz müssen in regelmäßigen Abständen von einem Fach

mann überprüft werden. Die Abteilung Prüfung, Reparatur und Montage der Firma Altrex kann gegen Bezahlung für Prüfungen und eventuell durchzuführende Reparaturen eingeschaltet werden.

II.V Abbau des Gerüstes

Das Gerüst muss in umgekehrter Reihenfolge abgebaut werden, als in der Aufbauanleitung beschrieben steht.

II.VI Verfahren des Gerüstes

• Vor dem Verfahren des Gerüstes müssen die Ausleger bis max.10 cm vom Boden abgehoben werden.

• Die Radbremsen werden durch Niederdrücken des Bremshebels gelöst.

• Vor dem Verfahren ist zu überprüfen, dass die Umgebungsfaktoren wie Flügeltüren, Überda chungen, Löcher, automatischer Sonnenschutz, oberirdische Elektroleitungen, Verkehr und/oder

Passanten u.Ä. nicht zu gefährlichen Situationen

beim Verfahren des Gerüstes führen.

• Verfahren Sie das Gerüst ausschließlich in Längs richtung oder in Diagonalrichtung und nur von Hand über einen achen, waagerechten und ausreichend tragfähigen Untergrund. Achten Sie darauf, dass sich das Gerüst nicht verzieht.

• Sofort nach dem Verfahren müssen durch Nieder drücken des Bremshebels die Radbremsen

blockiert werden.

• Nach dem Verfahren muss das Gerüst erneut mit

einer Wasserwaage ausgerichtet werden.

• Passen Sie die Ausleger rundherum erneut an, da

-

mit sie wieder den Boden berühren.

• Beim Verfahren des Gerüstes dürfen sich keine Personen und/oder Gegenstände auf dem Gerüst benden, Fig. 6.

II.VII Montage und/oder Reparatur von Ersatzteile

Die von Altrex gelieferten Ersatzteile sind auf das richtige Altrex-Produkt zu montieren und sind auf die gleiche Weise zu montieren, als das zu erset zende Teil. Montage (Befestigung) und/oder Repa-

trex haftet nicht für Schäden, die durch eine falsche Montage und/oder Reparatur verursacht werden. Gegen Bezahlung kann Altrex für die Reparatur Ihres Produktes bzw. für die Montage der betreenden Er satzteile eingeschaltet werden.

II.VIII Garantiebestimmungen

Dieses Altrex-Produkt wurde mit größter Sorgfalt entworfen, hergestellt und geprüft. Wenn das Pro dukt vorschriftsgemäß und ihrer Bestimmung entsprechend verwendet wird, gilt eine Garantie mit den folgenden Bedingungen:

1. Altrex haftet für die Tauglichkeit des Produktes und für die Qualität des verwendeten Materials.

2. Mängel, die unter die Garantie fallen, werden von uns durch Ersatz des fehlerhaften Teils, durch Ersatz des Produktes oder durch Übersendung eines Ersatzteils behoben.

3. Von der Garantie ausgeschlossen sind Mängel, die zurückzuführen sind auf:

a. Einen falschen Gebrauch des Produktes oder

Nichtbeachtung der Vorschriften der

Gebrauchsanweisung. b. Normale Abnutzung. c. Montage oder Reparaturarbeiten, die vom

Kunden selbst oder durch Dritte durchgeführt worden sind (davon ausgenommen ist die Montage der zugesandten Ersatzteile gemäß den Angaben unter 2).

d. Änderungen der gesetzlichen Vorschriften in Hinsicht auf die Art und Qualität des ver-

wendeten Materials.

4. Mängel, die bei der Lieferung festgestellt werden, sind unverzüglich bei Altrex zu melden. Wird eine solche Meldung verabsäumt, dann verfällt die Garantie. Wenn Sie die Garantie in Anspruch neh men möchten, müssen Sie den Kaufbeleg an Altrex oder Ihren Altrex Händler vorlegen können.

5. Sollte sich das Produkt als defekt erweisen, dann sind die Mängel so schnell wie möglich, jeden falls innerhalb von 14 Tagen nach dem

Händler zu melden.

a. Altrex muss in die Gelegenheit gestellt wer-

den, sofern man sich auf die Garantiebestim mungen beruft, um das Produkt im Altrex

Qualitätszentrum zu untersuchen. Der Kunde

muss das Produkt für diese Untersuchung

zur Verfügung stellen. Sollte aus der Unter-

suchung ein falscher Gebrauch des Produktes hervorgehen, dann werden Untersuchungs kosten in Rechnung gestellt.

b. Wünscht der Kunde eine Untersuchung durch

ein unabhängiges Institut, dann sind die Kos ten dieser Untersuchung für Rechnung des Kunden, wenn aus dieser Untersuchung ein falscher Gebrauch des Produktes hervorgeht. Die Kosten der Untersuchung sind auch für Rechnung des Kunden, wenn Altrex vor einer

derartigen Untersuchung angeboten hat, das Produkt auf ihre Rechnung zu reparieren oder zu ersetzen.

I Introducción

Este manual es exclusivamente para usarlo para el andamio plegable / rodante RS TOWER 34, a partir de ahora llamado andamio, tal y como se describe en este manual de montaje y uso, llamado a partir de ahora manual.

GENERAL

Antes de empezar a montar el andamio, tiene que leerse atentamente este manual. Hay que montar y usar el andamio deseado de acuerdo con este ma nual.

Todas las indicaciones en este manual se tienen que tomar al pie de la letra.

Si no se siguen las indicaciones de este manual puede llevar a accidentes. Altrex no se puede hacer responsable por daños como consecuencia de un montaje y uso del andamio Altrex que no sigan las instrucciones del manual.

El patrono, revisor y usuario son responsables de la aplicación correcta del andamio según este manual y tienen que procurar que este manual esté presente en todo momento cuando se trabaje con el andamio en el lugar de trabajo.

II General

Se pueden montar diferentes conguraciones con el andamio Altrex de la serie RS TOWER 34. Para las conguraciones del andamio le remitimos a la tabla de conguración en este manual.

Los andamios sólo se pueden montar, desmontar o modicar bajo la dirección de una persona autoriza da y la operación sólo la pueden realizar empleados que, para las tareas deseadas, hayan recibido su ciente entrenamiento especíco sobre riesgos concretos, y en el que trate:

• la comprensión del montaje, desmontaje, esque

ma del armazón del andamio en cuestión;

• el montaje, desmontaje o construcción del arma

zón del andamio en cuestión de forma segura;

• normas de prevención de riesgos de caída de per

sonas u objetos;

• normas de seguridad en el caso de cambios en las

condiciones climáticas que puedan afectar la segu ridad de los andamios en cuestión;

• la carga permitida;

• cualquier otro riesgo que puedan conllevar las ta

reas ante nombradas de montaje, desmontaje o construcción del armazón.

La persona que dirija las tareas y los empleados im plicados tienen que disponer de este manual.

Para el montaje de la armadura hay que utilizar ex clusivamente piezas Altrex.

Las conguraciones estándar para andamio Altrex cumplen la norma europea EN1004, clase de carga

2 (para resistencia y estabilidad) y EN 1298 (para ma nuales).

La normativa y legislación locales puede compren der normas complementarias en este manual.

Para una protección extra personal durante la cons trucción de la armadura y si es posible y seguro hacerlo, se recomienda atarse a la fachada. No se permite el atarse al andamio a no ser que el andamio esté anclado a la fachada.

II.I Aplicación

El andamio Altrex RS TOWER 34 es apto para la realización de tareas a altura.

• La carga máxima por plataforma es de 150 kg/m2.

• La carga máxima en el andamio completo es de 135 Kg.

• No se permiten en el andamio cargas horizontales de más de 30 Kg para la realización de las tareas. Para cargas mayores hay que anclar el andamio a la

fachada.

• El andamio sólo se puede utilizar en supercies ho

rizontales, lisas y duras.

• No se puede utilizar el andamio con velocidad de viento por encima de los 14 m/s (max. 6 Beaufort).

• En el caso de tormenta, nieve, escarcha, lluvia fuer te o rayos no se puede utilizar el andamio.

-

• No está permitido colgarse o bajarse con polea de un andamio.

-

• El andamio no sirve para ganarse el acceso a otras construcciones.

• No se cuenta con el uso de lonas de protección y/o

-

letreros en las conguraciones estándar.

• Un andamio no puede deslizarse o moverse brus camente.

II.II Instrucciones adicionales para el uso de andamios

• Cuando se trabaje con andamios hay que llevar calzado de trabajo, guantes de trabajo y un casco de seguridad.

• No trepe nunca por el andamio por la parte exte rior y no se ponga de pie en los tirantes diagonales ni horizontales.

• Nunca suba la plataforma de trabajo colocando es caleras, cajas etc, gura 1.

• No se puede aumentar de ninguna manera las me didas básicas de las plataformas.

• No se permite el uso de herramientas elevadoras en y sobre el andamio (gura 2), esto puede afectar seriamente la estabilidad. El transporte de piezas del andamio y herramientas al suelo de trabajo se tiene que realizar sólo de forma manual, por ejem plo con una cuerda y un cubo.

• En supercies blandas utilice planchas especiales o perles en U debajo de las ruedas, gura 3.

• Hay que prestar especial atención a la carga del viento cuando se usa en lugares susceptibles al viento, por ejemplo en construcciones abiertas o en la esquina de un edicio. Cuando el viento ten ga una fuerza de más de 14 m/s (max. 6 Beaufort) y siempre al nal del día hay que llevar el andamio rodante a un lugar sin viento, gura 4.

• En los laterales del andamio estándar no se pueden sujetar plataformas de trabajo u otros objetos adi cionales.

• No se puede colocar una pasarela entre el andamio y un edicio.

• El andamio puede estar a un 1% máximo de la plo mada. Así que si hay una plomada de 4 metros la diferencia puede ser de tan sólo 4 cm.

• Tome las sucientes medidas contra las adversida des del tiempo que puedan afectar el trabajo seguro en el andamio.

• Tome las medidas necesarias contra los factores del entorno que puedan afectar el trabajo seguro en el andamio.

• Utilice pasamanos y respaldos donde la seguridad y la normativa lo exijan.

• No deje nunca el andamio sin supervisión. Procure que las personas no autorizadas no tengan acceso al andamio.

• No se permite mezclar piezas del andamio de dife rentes marcas / fabricantes.

• El lugar de trabajo alrededor del andamio tiene que demarcarse por medio de conos y/o cinta mar cadora.

• Procure que siempre se pueda trabajar de forma segura en el andamio.

• Construya siempre un andamio con un mínimo de 2 personas, gura 5.

• Coloque el estabilizador si es preceptivo. Por deba jo de los 2,5 m no es obligatorio, pero es recomienda para obras con grandes fuerzas horizontales.

3. que el andamio se puede utilizar todavía con se

guridad;

4. que la calidad de la base sea horizontal, lisa y con

la suciente capacidad de carga;

5. que los factores del entorno como puertas que se

abren, toldos automáticos, cables aéreos de elec tricidad, traco y/o transeúntes etc no generen situaciones peligrosas;

6. que haya suciente espacio libre para la cons

trucción segura y uso del andamio;

7. que se dispone en el lugar de trabajo de todas las

piezas necesarias y complementos de seguridad;

8. que no se utilicen piezas dañadas u otras piezas

que no sean las prescritas;

9. que el andamio se haya construido siguiendo el

manual y conforme a la tabla de conguración;

10. que no se sobrepase la altura máxima de la es

tructura;

11. que se pueda trapar bien por la parte interior del

andamio;

12. que las ruedas estén bien montadas, alineadas y

ES

con el freno;

13. que las estructuras estén bien montadas y asegu radas;

14. que los tirantes diagonales y horizontales estén montados y asegurados en la posición correcta;

15. que los estabilizadores estén montados en la ma nera correcta;

16. que el andamio esté perpendicular (comprobar con un nivel);

17. que el andamio sea estable;

18. que las plataformas estén en la correcta posición y que la seguridad contra vientos esté echada;

19. que la conguración del andamio se inspeccione periódicamente (consulte la pegatina de inspec ción);

20. que se hayan colocado y asegurado todos los pestillos de seguridad de la construcción.

II.IV Inspección, Cuidado y Mantenimiento

1. Hay que manejar y transportar con cuidado las piezas del andamio para evitar los daños.

2. El almacenamiento tiene que estar organizado de tal forma que haya un número correcto de piezas no dañadas para la construcción del anda mio.

3. Compruebe que todas las partes móviles no es tén sucias y funcionen bien.

4. Compruebe que todas las piezas no tengan da ños. Las partes dañadas o incorrectas no se pueden utilizar.

5. Las partes dañadas se tienen que ofrecer al fabri cante para su inspección.

6. Un experto tiene que aprobar periódicamente los andamios para uso profesional. Se puede re currir contra pago al departamento de Revisión, Reparación y Montaje de Altrex para revisiones y reparaciones eventuales.

II.VI Desplazamiento del andamio

• Para el desplazamiento del andamio rodante hay

-

que levantar los estabilizadores hasta un máximo de 10 cm.

• Los frenos de las ruedas se desbloquean pulsando el pedal de freno.

-

• Antes hay que controlar si los factores del entorno como puertas abiertas, marquesinas, baches, tol dos automáticos, cables aéreos eléctricos, traco

y/o transeuntes etc no puedan llevar a situaciones

peligrosas cuando se traslade el andamio.

• Desplace un andamio exclusivamente en dirección longitudinal o diagonal a mano sobre una base plana, horizontal y con la suciente resistencia de carga. Tenga cuidado con que el andamio no se in cline.

• Después del desplazamiento hay que bloquear los frenos de las ruedas presionando el pedal de freno.

• Después del desplazamiento hay que volver a ali near el andamio horizontalmente con ayuda de un nivel.

• Vuelva a ajustar los estabilizadores alrededor para

que vuelvan a hacer contacto con la base.

• Cuando se translade el andamio no se pueden encontrar personas y/o materiales en él, gura 6.

II.VII Montaje y/o reparación de piezas

Las piezas de recambio de Altrex tienen que montarse en el correcto producto Altrex y de la misma forma

que la pieza a sustituir. El montaje (sujeción) y/o re paración corren por propia cuenta y riesgo. Altrex no se hace responsable de cualquier daño provocado por un montaje y / o reparación equivocados. Con

tra pago se puede recurrir a Altrex para la reparación de su producto o en su caso para montar las piezas correspondientes.

II.V Desmontaje del andamio

El andamio se tiene que desmontar en orden inverso de cómo se describe en el método de montaje.

II.VIII Condiciones de la garantía

Este producto Altrex se ha diseñado, producido y puesto a prueba con el máximo cuidado. Si se utiliza este producto según las instrucciones y para su uso, la garantía es válidad bajo las siguientes condiciones:

1. Altrex responde de la buena calidad del producto y por la calidad del material utilizado.

2. Resolveremos los fallos que entren dentro de la garantía sustituyendo la parte con el fallo, el pro ducto o enviando la pieza para su sustitución.

3. En cualquier caso no entran dentro de la garantía los fallos que aparezcan como consecuencia de:

a. El uso del producto contrario al uso original o a

las disposiciones de uso. b. Desgaste normal. c. Cuando un cliente o un tercero haya(n) reali

zado un montaje o una reparación (salvo en el

caso de que se manden las partes tal y como

se menciona en la condición 2). d. Normativa gubernamental modicada en re

lación con la naturaleza de la calidad de los

materiales utilizados.

4. Hay que poner en conocimiento de Altrex inme

diatamente todos los fallos que se encuentren en el momento de entrega. Si esto no ocurre, la ga rantía se anulará. Para poder acogerse a la garantía hay que facilitar la prueba de compra a Altrex o su distribuidor Altrex.

5. Hay que comunicar a Altrex o a su distribuidor

Altrex cualquier fallo del producto lo más pronto posible y en cualquier caso en un plazo de 14 días después de haberlo constatado.

a. Si se apela a las condiciones de garantía, Altrex

tiene que poder estudiar el producto en su

centro de calidad. El cliente tiene que poner el

producto a su disposición. Si se constata en la

investigación que el producto se ha utilizado

incorrectamente, se cargarán los gastos de in

vestigación. b. Si el cliente desea que un instituto indepen

diente realice la investigación los gastos

correrán por su cuenta, si se constata en la

investigación que el producto se ha utilizado

incorrectamente. Los gastos de tal investiga

ción también corren por cuenta del cliente,

cuando Altrex previa tal investigación haya

ofrecido reparar o sustituir el producto por su

cuenta.

I Introduzione

Il presente manuale si applica esclusivamente al ponteggio su ruote e pieghevole RS TOWER 34, chiamato qui di seguito il ponteggio, come descritto nel pre sente manuale di montaggio e uso, chiamato qui di seguito il manuale.

GENERALE

Prima di iniziare a montare il ponteggio, bisogna leggere attentamente il presente manuale. Il pon teggio desiderato deve essere montato e utilizzato conformemente a questo manuale.

Bisogna seguire scrupolosamente tutte le indicazioni contenute nel presente manuale; il non rispetto delle indicazioni contenute in esso può comportare inci denti. Altrex non è considerata responsabile di danni conseguenti al montaggio e all’utilizzo di un ponteg gio Altrex non conformi al presente manuale.

Il datore di lavoro, il supervisore e l’utente sono res ponsabili dell’utilizzo appropriato del ponteggio, che deve essere conforme al presente manuale, e devo no vericare che questo manuale sia sempre presente in cantiere, in caso di lavori con il ponteggio.

• il carico consentito;

• qualsiasi altro rischio legato ai lavori di montag gio, smontaggio e di trasformazione del ponteggio.

Le persone che dirigono i lavori e i dipendenti che svolgono tali lavori devono essere in possesso del presente manuale.

Per il montaggio bisogna utilizzare solo pezzi origi

nali Altrex.

Le congurazioni standard dei ponteggi Altrex sod disfano le norme europee EN 1004, classe di carico 2 (per la resistenza e la stabilità) e EN 1298 (per i ma

nuali). È possibile che la legislazione e la normativa

locali contengano misure supplementari al presente

manuale.

È necessario assicurarsi alla facciata durante il mon

taggio, qualora sia possibile realizzare ciò in modo si-

curo, per garantire un’ulteriore protezione personale.

È vietato assicurarsi al ponteggio, salvo che questo

sia ancorato alla facciata.

II Generale

È possibile congurare in vari modi il ponteggio Altrex della Serie RS TOWER 34.

Per informazioni sulle congurazioni del ponteggio, fare riferimento alle tabelle di congurazione nel presente manuale. Si possono montare, smontare, o modicare i ponteggi solo sotto la direzione di una persona competente e impiegando personale che abbia ricevuto una formazione appropriata e speci ca per questi lavori riguardante i possibili rischi e in particolare in merito ai seguenti punti:

• la comprensione dello schema di montaggio, di smontaggio, o di trasformazione del ponteggio in questione;

• il montaggio, lo smontaggio, o la trasformazione in tutta sicurezza del ponteggio in questione;

• misure di prevenzione circa i rischi di caduta di persone, o oggetti;

• misure di sicurezza in caso di condizioni meteo mutevoli che possono nuocere alla sicurezza dei ponteggi in questione;

II.I Utilizzo

Il ponteggio Altrex RS TOWER 34 è adatto per realizzare lavori in altezza.

• Il carico massimo per piattaforma è di 150 kg/m2.

• Il carico massimo sul ponteggio completo è di 135 kg

• Non sono autorizzati carichi orizzontali superiori a 30 kg risultanti dai lavori da svolgere sui ponteggi. In caso di forze superiori, bisogna ancorare il pon teggio alla facciata.

• Si può utilizzare il ponteggio solo su un supporto orizzontale, piatto e duro.

• Non si può usare il ponteggio, se la velocità del ven to è superiore a 14 m/s (max. 6 Beaufort).

• In caso di tempesta, neve, ghiaccio, forti piogge, o fulmini, non si può utilizzare il ponteggio.

• È vietato issare, o tenere sospeso il ponteggio.

• Non si può utilizzare il ponteggio per accedere ad altre costruzioni.

• Non si sono calcolate le congurazioni standard prevedendo l’uso di teloni di copertura e/o di car telloni pubblicitari.

• Il ponteggio non deve poter scivolare, o compiere movimenti involontari.

II.II Indicazioni supplementari per

l’utilizzo di ponteggi

• Lavorando con i ponteggi, bisogna indossare scarpe di sicurezza, guanti da lavoro e il casco di sicurezza.

• Non arrampicarsi mai sul ponteggio dal lato ester no e non stare mai in piedi sui puntelli.

• Non alzare mai la piattaforma di lavoro, posizionan do su di essa scale, casse, ecc. (gura 1).

• Non si possono aumentare in alcun modo le di mensioni di base delle piattaforme.

• L’utilizzo di apparecchi di sollevamento sopra, o sul ponteggio non è autorizzato (gura 2), in quanto può compromettere gravemente la stabilità. Il trasporto di elementi del ponteggio e di strumenti (sulla piattaforma di lavoro) deve essere esclusiva mente manuale, ad esempio utilizzando una corda e il secchio.

• Se il supporto è molle, mettere piastre protettive, o prolati a U sotto le ruote (gura 3).

• Il carico del vento merita un’attenzione partico lare in caso di utilizzo in luoghi sensibili al vento, ad esempio in costruzioni aperte e sull’angolo dell’edicio. In caso di forza del vento superiore a 14 m/s (max. 6 Beaufort) e anche al termine della giornata di lavoro, bisogna portare il ponteggio su ruote in un luogo senza vento (gura 4).

• Sul lato esterno del ponteggio standard, non si può ssare nessuna piattaforma di lavoro supplemen tare, o nessun’altra cosa.

• Non si può posizionare nessuna passerella tra il ponteggio e l’edicio.

• La dierenza di verticalità del ponteggio può esse re al massimo dell’1%. Quindi, per un ponteggio di 4 metri la dierenza può essere di massimo 4 cm.

• Adottare sucienti misure contro le intemperie che possono minare la sicurezza lavorando sul ponteggio.

• Adottare sucienti misure contro i fattori ambien tali che possono minare la sicurezza, lavorando sul ponteggio.

• Utilizzare parapetti quando la sicurezza, o la nor mativa lo esige.

• Non lasciare mai il ponteggio senza sorveglianza. Vericare che nessuna persona non autorizzata possa accedere al ponteggio su ruote.

• È vietato mescolare tra loro elementi di ponteggio di marche e/o produttori diversi.

-

• Bisogna delimitare il cantiere intorno al ponteggio con coni e/o nastri segnaletici.

• Vericare che sia sempre possibile lavorare in piena sicurezza sul ponteggio.

• Prevedere sempre almeno 2 persone per montare il ponteggio (gura 5).

• Posizionare gli stabilizzatori, se sono prescritti; non sono obbligatori sotto i 2,5 m, ma sono tuttavia consigliati per lavori con grandi forze orizzontali.

II.III Check list per l’uso dei ponteggi

In caso di (ri)utilizzo del ponteggio montato, bisogna sempre vericare i seguenti punti:

1. che il ponteggio sia appropriato per l’uso previs

to;

2. che l’ambiente dove si costruirà il ponteggio ga

rantisca un uso sicuro;

3. che il ponteggio possa essere ancora utilizzato in

completa sicurezza;

4. che il supporto sia di buona qualità, orizzontale,

piatto e sucientemente portante;

5. che fattori ambientali, quali portenestre, tende

automatiche, cavi elettrici superciali, il traco e/o i passanti, ecc. non possano causare situazio ni pericolose;

6. che ci sia suciente spazio libero per il montag

gio e l’uso in sicurezza del ponteggio;

7. che i pezzi e gli strumenti di sicurezza necessari

siano presenti in cantiere;

8. che non sia utilizzato nessun pezzo rovinato, o

non prescritto;

9. che il ponteggio sia montato conformemente al

presente manuale e secondo la tabella relativa alla congurazione;

10. che non si superi l’altezza massima di montaggio;

11. che sia semplice arrampicarsi sul lato interno del

ponteggio;

12. che le ruote siano correttamente montate, rego late, centrate e in posizione di frenaggio;

13. che i telai siano correttamente montati e ssati;

14. che i puntelli orizzontali e diagonali siano monta ti e ssati nella giusta posizione;

15. che gli stabilizzatori siano correttamente monta ti;

16. che il ponteggio sia in posizione verticale (con trollare mediante la livella);

17. che il ponteggio sia stabile;

18. che le piattaforme siano in buona posizione e che la protezione anti-sollevamento per effetto del vento sia bloccata;

20. che la congurazione del ponteggio sia rego larmente ispezionata (vedi autoadesivo che certica l’ispezione);

II.IV Ispezione, cura e manutenzione

1. Gli elementi del ponteggio devono essere maneg-

giati e trasportati con cura per evitare di danneggiarli.

2. L’immagazzinamento deve essere organizzato in

modo tale che siano disponibili, nella giusta quan tità, solo elementi del ponteggio intatti.

3. Controllare la pulizia e il buon funzionamento di

tutti gli elementi mobili.

4. Controllare la presenza di danni su tutti gli ele

menti. È vietato utilizzare elementi rovinati, o incorretti.

5. Gli elementi rovinati devono essere restituiti al

produttore per essere ispezionati.

6. I ponteggi destinati a un uso professionale devono

essere ispezionati annualmente da uno specialista, al ne di rilevare eventuali difetti. Dietro pagamen to, ci si può rivolgere al dipartimento responsabile dell’ispezione, della riparazione e del montaggio Altrex per ispezioni ed eventuali riparazioni.

II.VI Spostamento del ponteggio

• Per spostare il ponteggio, bisogna sollevare gli sta-

-

bilizzatori no a un massimo di 10 cm.

• Bisogna controllare preventivamente che fattori ambientali, quali portenestre, coperture, cavi tà, tende automatiche, cavi elettrici superciali, il traco e/o i passanti, ecc. non possano causare situazioni pericolose in fase di spostamento del ponteggio.

• Spostare il ponteggio solo in senso longitudinale, o diagonale e manualmente su un supporto piatto, orizzontale e sucientemente portante. Vericare che il ponteggio non si inclini in fase di spostamento.

• Subito dopo aver spostato il ponteggio, bisogna bloccare i freni delle ruote, premendo il pedale del freno.

• Dopo avere spostato il ponteggio, bisogna di nuo vo centrarlo orizzontalmente con la livella.

• Regolare ancora gli stabilizzatori tutto intorno, in modo che siano di nuovo a contatto con il terreno.

• In fase di spostamento de poteggio, non possono essere presenti su di esso persone e/o materiali (gura 6).

II.VII Montaggio dei ricambi e/o

riparazione

Bisogna montare i pezzi di ricambio consegnati da Altrex sul prodotto giusto marcato Altrex nello stesso modo in cui era montato il pezzo sostituito. Il mon taggio (il ssaggio) e/o la riparazione si svolgono a rischio e a spese del cliente. Altrex non è respon sabile di danni causati da riparazioni e/o montaggi incorretti. Dietro pagamento, Altrex può riparare il prodotto, o montare i pezzi in questione.

II.V Smontaggio del ponteggio

Bisogna smontare il ponteggio seguendo le istruzioni per il montaggio, ma in senso inverso.

II.VIII Condizioni di garanzia

Questo prodotto Altrex è stato progettato, fabbricato e testato con la più grande cura. Se utilizzato conformemente alle istruzioni e alla sua destinazione, la garanzia si applica alle seguenti condizioni:

1. Altrex garantisce l’adabilità del prodotto e la qualità dei materiali utilizzati.

2. Ripareremo i difetti coperti da garanzia, sosti tuendo l’elemento difettoso, o il prodotto, o inviando il pezzo di ricambio.

3. I difetti non coperti da garanzia sono menzionati qui di seguito:

a) Utilizzo del prodotto in modo contrario alla sua

destinazione, o alla modalità d’uso.

b) Usura normale. c) Montaggio, o riparazione da parte del cliente, o

di terzi (eccetto il montaggio di pezzi di ricambio inviati, come indicato al punto 2).

d) Modica di disposizioni legali riguardanti la

natura, o la qualità dei materiali utilizzati.

4. I difetti constatati alla consegna devono essere immediatamente segnalati ad Altrex, altrimenti la garanzia scade. Per godere della garanzia, bi sogna presentare la prova d’acquisto ad Altrex, o al distributore Altrex.

5. Bisogna segnalare i difetti del prodotto ad Altrex, o al distributore Altrex nel più breve lasso di tem po possibile e in ogni caso entro 14 giorni dalla scoperta.

a) In caso di ricorso alle condizioni di garanzia,

Altrex deve poter studiare il prodotto nel pro prio centro di qualità; a tale scopo, il cliente deve mettere a disposizione il prodotto. Se tale studio rivela che il prodotto è stato utilizzato in modo incorretto, saranno fatturate al cliente le spese dello studio.

b) Se il cliente desidera ricevere uno studio da

un istituto indipendente, le spese di tale studio saranno a suo carico, nel caso in cui risulti che il prodotto sia stato utilizzato in modo incorretto. Le spese dello studio sono a carico del cliente anche qualora, precedentemente a tale studio, Altrex abbia proposto di riparare, o sostituire il prodotto a sue spese.

Niniejsza Instrukcja jest przeznaczona wyłącznie do wykorzystania ze składaną/przejezdną wieżą RS TOWER 34, zwaną dalej wieżą, zgodnie z opi sem zawartym w niniejszej instrukcji montażu i użytkowania, zwanej dalej instrukcją.

Przed rozpoczęciem montażu wieży należy dokładnie przeczytać niniejszą instrukcję. Wieża

powinna być zmontowana i używana zgodnie z instrukcją.

Wszelkie zalecenia zawarte w niniejszej instrukcji po winny być bezwzględnie przestrzegane.

Nieprzestrzeganie zaleceń niniejszej instrukcji może prowadzić do wypadków. Firma Altrex nie może zostać pociągnięta do odpowiedzialności za jakie kolwiek straty powstałe podczas montażu czy też użytkowania wieży Altrex niezgodnego z instrukcją.

II Informacje ogólne

Możliwych jest wiele konguracji z wieżą Altrex serii RS TOWER 34. Informacje dotyczące konguracji wieży znajdują się w niniejszej instrukcji w tabelach konguracyjnych.

Wieże mogą być wyłącznie montowane, demonto wane oraz modykowane pod nadzorem osoby do tego uprawnionej oraz przez pracowników, którzy ukończyli odpowiednie i szczegółowe szkolenie z zakresu danych prac z uwzględnieniem określonych zagrożeń w szczególności związanych z:

• zrozumieniem montażu, demontażu lub planu

przebudowy danej wieży;

• bezpiecznym montażem , demontażem lub

przebudową danej wieży;

• środkami mającymi na celu uniknięcie zagrożeń

dla pracowników i obiektów;

• środkami bezpieczeństwa stosowanymi w przy

padku zmiany warunków atmosferycznych, które mogłyby wpłynąć na bezpieczeństwo wieży;

• dozwolonym obciążeniem;

• k ażdym innym ryzykiem, które mogłoby być wyni

kiem powyżej wspomnianego montażu, demontażu bądź przebudowy.

Osoba odpowiedzialna za pracę oraz pracownicy wykonujący ją muszą mieć zapewniony dostęp do

kopii niniejszej instrukcji.

Tylko oryginalne części zamienne Altrex powinny być wykorzystywane podczas montażu.

Standardowe konguracje wieży Altrex spełniają przepisy europejskiej normy EN1004, grupa obciążeń 2 (dla wytrzymałości i stabilności) oraz normy EN1298 (dla instrukcji).

Lokalne prawo i ustawodawstwo może zawierać do

datkowe przepisy do tych określonych w instrukcji.

W miarę możliwości, i o ile może zostać to bez

piecznie zapewnione, dodatkowo dla własnego bezpieczeństwa monterzy powinni zabezpieczyć się poprzez połączenie ze stałą konstrukcją. Połączenie z samą wieżą jest niedozwolone, chyba, że jest ona

II.II Dodatkowe wskazówki dotyczące użytkowania wież

• Podczas pracy na wieżach należy nosić buty ochronne, rękawice robocze oraz kask ochrony.

• Wchodzenie na wieżę od zewnątrz oraz stawanie na stężeniach jest zabronione.

• Zabronione jest powiększanie wysokości roboczej wieży poprzez umieszczanie drabin, skrzynek itd., rysunek 1.

• Podstawowe parametry podestów nie powinny być w żaden sposób powiększane.

• Używanie wysięgników na lub przy rusztowaniu jest niedozwolone (rysunek 2); może to poważnie naruszyć stabilność. Części zamienne wież oraz narzędzia mogą być transportowane wyłącznie ręcznie, na przykład z wykorzystaniem kosza i liny.

• Jeżeli wieża wznoszona jest na miękkiej powier zchni, pod kółka powinny zostać podłożone podstawki zabezpieczające albo U-prole, rysunek 3.

• Szczególną uwagę należy zwracać na siłę wiatru w miejscach narażonych na wiatr, na przykład w otwartych konstrukcjach i narożnikach budynków. W przypadku siły wiatru przekraczającej 14 m/s (6 stopni w skali Beauforta) oraz na zakończenie prac w danym dniu, wieża przejezdna powinna zostać przemieszczona do bezwietrznego miejsca, rysu nek 4.

• Żadne dodatkowe podesty robocze oraz inne przedmioty nie powinny być mocowane na zewnątrz standardowej wieży.

• Umieszczanie pomostów pomiędzy wieżą, a bu dynkiem jest zabronione.

• Maksymalne odchylenie wieży nie może być wyższe niż 1%. Dlatego dla wysokości 4 m odchy lenie nie może przekroczyć 4 cm.

• Należy przedsięwziąć odpowiednie środki zabezpieczające przed wpływem pogody, które zapewniają bezpieczną pracę na wieży.

• Należy stosować bariery ochronne jeżeli są wyma gane ze względów bezpieczeństwa lub prawnych.

• Nigdy nie wolno zostawiać wieży bez nadzoru. Należy się upewnić, że osoby trzecie nie mają dostępu do wieży.

• Używanie kombinacji elementów wieży różnych

-

marek/producentów jest zabronione.

• Obszar prac wokół wieży powinien być zabezpiec zony słupkami i/lub specjalną taśmą

• Należy się upewnić, że na wieży zawsze można bezpiecznie wykonywać prace.

• Montaż wieży powinien zawsze być prowadzony przez przynajmniej dwie osoby, rysunek 5.

• Jeżeli jest taki wymóg należy zamontować stabili zatory. Poniżej 2,5 m nie jest to wymagane, ale jest zalecane do wykonywania prac, które wymagają działania znacznych sił poziomych.

II.III Lista kontrolna przed użyciem

Podczas (ponownego) używania wieży zawsze należy sprawdzić, czy:

1. wieża jest odpowiednia do zamierzonego zasto

sowania.

2. otoczenie miejsca montażu wieży pozwala na

bezpieczne użytkowanie;

3. wieża nadal może być używana bezpiecznie;

4. podłoże jest poziome, płaskie i wystarczająco

nośne;

5. czynniki środowiskowe, takie jak otwierane dr

zwi, automatyczne żaluzje słoneczne, naziemne linie elektryczne, ruch uliczny i/lub przechodnie itd. nie powodują niebezpiecznych sytuacji;

6. jest wystarczająco dużo wolnego miejsca na

złożenie i bezpieczne użytkowanie wieży;

7. wszystkie niezbędne części i narzędzia są

dostępne w miejscu pracy;

II.IV Kontrola, utrzymanie i konserwacja

1. Części wieży muszą być przechowywane i transportowane w taki sposób, aby uniknąć uszkodzeń.

2. Przechowywanie należy zorganizować w taki sposób, aby wyłącznie nieuszkodzone części w określonych ilościach były dostępne do montażu wieży.

3. Należy sprawdzić, czy wszystkie ruchome części prawidłowo funkcjonują i czy nie są zanieczyszc zone.

4. Wszystkie części należy sprawdzić pod kątem uszkodzeń. Uszkodzone lub wadliwe części nie mogą być użyte.

5. Uszkodzone części powinny zostać zwrócone do producenta celem przeprowadzenia kontroli.

6. Wieże przeznaczone do profesjonalnego użytkowania należy poddawać regularnym kontrolom pod kątem uszkodzeń dokonywanych przez uprawnioną osobę. Za określoną opłatą, dział Przeglądów, Napraw i Montażu Altrex może przeprowadzić kontrolę i jeśli będzie to wyma gane, naprawić uszkodzony element wieży.

II.V Demontaż wieży

Wieża powinna być zdemontowana zgodnie z instrukcjami dotyczącymi montażu, ale w kolejności odwrotnej

II.VI Przemieszczanie wieży

• W celu przemieszczenia wieży należy podnieść stabilizatory maksymalnie o 10 cm.

• Hamulce kół zwalniane są poprzez naciśnięcie pedału hamulca.

•Zanim wieża zostanie przesunięta, należy sprawdzić czy czynniki środowiskowe, takie jak otwierane dr zwi, daszki, doły, automatyczne żaluzje słoneczne, naziemne linie elektryczne, ruch uliczny i/lub

przechodnie itd. nie powodują wystąpienia nie

bezpiecznych sytuacji w czasie przemieszczania wieży.

• Wieżę należy przesuwać wyłącznie wzdłuż lub w poprzek, ręcznie, po płaskiej, poziomej i wystarczająco nośnej powierzchni. Należy się upewnić, że wieża nie przechyla się podczas prze mieszczania.

• Natychmiast po przemieszczeniu wieży hamulce kół jezdnych powinny zostać zablokowane poprzez naciśnięcie dźwigni hamulca.

• Po przemieszczeniu wieża musi być ponownie ustawiona pionowo za pomocą poziomicy.

II.VIII Warunki gwarancji

Niniejszy produkt został zaprojektowany, wy-

produkowany i przetestowany w najbardziej rzetelny sposób. Produkt użytkowany zgodnie z instrukcją i właściwym przeznaczeniem jest objęty gwarancją pod następującymi warunka mi.

1. Altrex gwarantuje niezawodność produktu oraz jakość materiałów, z których został wyproduko wany.

2. Naprawimy wszelkie usterki objęte gwarancją poprzez wymianę uszkodzonych części lub całego produktu bądź poprzez dostarczenie części do wymiany.

3. Nieobjęte gwarancją są wszelkie usterki, które powstały na skutek poniższych działań:

a. Użytkowanie niezgodne z przeznaczeniem lub

niezgodne z instrukcją użytkowania.

b. Normalne zużycie produktu. c. Montaż lub naprawa przez klienta lub przez

osoby trzecie (z wyjątkiem montowania części zamiennych dostarczanych przez Altrex wspom nianych wyżej w punkcie 2).

d. Wszelkie zmiany rządowych regulacji

dotyczące własności zycznych lub jakości materiałów użytych w produkcie.

4. Wszelkie uszkodzenia wykryte w czasie dostawy powinny być niezwłocznie zgłoszone do Altrexu. Gwarancja będzie nieważna, jeżeli zgłoszenie nie nastąpi. Dowód zakupu musi zostać dostarczony do rmy Altrex lub jej przedstawiciela w celu do konania roszczenia gwarancyjnego.

5. Wszelkie wady produktu muszą zostać jak najs zybciej zgłoszone do rmy Altrex lub jej przedstawiciela, w każdym razie nie później niż w ciągu 14 dni od wykrycia wady.

a. Aby zgłoszenie było zgodne z warunkami gwa

rancji, Altrex zastrzega sobie prawo do zbadania produktu we własnym centrum jakości W tym celu klient zobowiązany jest do udostępnienia produktu. Jeżeli badanie wykaże, że produkt był niewłaściwie użytkowany, koszty badania ponie sie klient.

I Introduktion

Denna manual är endast avsedd att användas tillsammans med det ihopfällbara/mobila tornet RS TOWER 34, nedan kallat tornet, som beskrivs i denna sammanställning och bruksanvisning vilken hädanefter omnämns som manualen.

ALLMÄNT

Innan du börjar montera tornet bör du noga läsa igenom denna manual. Tornet skall monteras och användas i enlighet med denna manual.

Alla anvisningar i denna manual skall följas noga.

Om instruktionerna i denna manual inte följs, kan olyckor inträa. Altrex frånsäger sig ansvar för eventuell förlust till följd av montering eller användning av ett Altrex-torn som inte skett i enlighet med manualen.

Arbetsgivaren, arbetsledaren och användaren är ansvariga för att tornet används korrekt i enlighet med denna manual. De måste säkerställa att denna manual nns tillgänglig vid alla tillfällen då arbete utförs med hjälp av tornet.

II Allmänt

Ett antal kongurationer är möjliga med Altrex torn RS TOWER 34-serien.

För mer information om tornkongurationer hänvisar vi dig till kongurationstabellen som nns inkluderad i denna manual. Torn får endast monteras, demonteras eller ändras under ledning av en behörig person och av anställda som har fått tillräcklig och särskild utbildning för det avsedda arbetet, gällande de särskilda involverade riskerna som i synnerhet berör:

• förståelse för monteringen, demonteringen eller

omvandlingsplan för tornet i fråga;

• säker montering, demontering eller omvandling av

tornet i fråga;

• åtgärder för att undvika risker för individer eller

föremål;

• säkerhetsåtgärder i händelse av förändrade

väderförhållanden, vilket kan påverka säkerheten hos tornen i fråga;

• den tillåtna lasten;

• alla andra risker som kan uppstå som ett resultat av

det tidigare nämnda monterings-, demonteringseller omvandlingsarbetet.

som är involverade i arbetet måste ha tillgång till ett exemplar av denna manual.

Vid montering skall endast Altrex originaldelar användas.

Standardkongurationerna för Altrex torn uppfyller europeisk standard EN1004, lastklass 2 ( för styrka och stabilitet) och EN 1298 (för manualer). Lokala lagar och lagstiftning kan omfatta åtgärder utöver dem som anges i denna manual.

Om det är möjligt och om det kan ske på ett säkert sätt bör personer som arbetar med monteringen säkra sig själva till den externa väggen för ytterligare personlig säkerhet. Personer som arbetar med monteringen bör inte säkra sig till själva tornet om inte tornet är säkrat till väggen.

II.I Användning

Altrex RS TOWER 34 torn är lämpligt för arbete på en höjd.

• Den maximala lasten per plattform är 150 kg/m2.

• Den maximala lasten för tornet (som en helhet) är 135kg.

• Horisontella laster som överstiger 30kg till följd av arbetet som skall utföras från tornet är inte tillåten. I händelse av starka krafter skall tornet säkras till väggen.

• Tornet kan endast användas på horisontella, plana och fasta ytor.

• Tornet får inte användas om vindhastigheten överstiger 14 m/s (max. 6 Beaufort).

• Tornet får inte användas i händelse av en storm, snö, is, kraftigt regn eller åska.

• Det är inte tillåtet att lyfta eller hänga upp tornet.

• Tornet får inte användas för att få tillgång till andra konstruktioner.

• Standardkongurationerna beräknas inte på användningen av presenningar och/eller reklamskyltar.

• Ett torn skall inte kunna glida iväg eller röra sig oavsiktligt.

II.II Ytterligare anvisningar för

användning av torn

• Säkerhetsskor, arbetshandskar och en säkerhetshjälm skall användas vid arbete i torn.

• Klättra inte uppför tornets utsida och stå aldrig på stagen.

• Förläng inte höjden på arbetsplattformen med hjälp av trappor, lådor, etc, bild 1.

• Plattformens basmått får inte ökas på något sätt.

• Användning av lyftutrustning på eller för tornet är inte tillåtet (bild 2). Detta kan allvarligt påverka stabiliteten. Delar av tornet och verktyg kan endast transporteras manuellt till arbetsplattformen, t. ex. med hjälp av ett rep och en hink.

• Om tornet skall placeras på en mjuk yta skall grundskyddsplåtar eller U-proler placeras under hjulen, bild 3.

• Särskild uppmärksamhet skall ägnas åt vindslasten i områden som påverkas av vind, t. ex. öppna konstruktioner och vid byggnadshörn. I händelse av en vindkraft som överstiger 14 m/s (max. 6 Beaufort), samt vid slutet på arbetsdagen måste det mobila tornet yttas till en vindfri plats, se bild

• Inga ytterligare arbetsplattformar eller andra föremål kan fästas på utsidan av standardtornet.

• Etapper får inte monteras mellan tornet och en byggnad.

• Tornet får inte vara ur vinkel mer än en procent. Därför får avvikelsen inte överstiga fyra centimeter vid en höjd av fyra meter.

• Vidta tillräckliga åtgärder mot väderpåverkan som kan bidra till att garantera säkert arbete i tornet.

• Vidta tillräckliga åtgärder mot miljöfaktorer som påverkar säkerheten för att garantera att arbete kan utföras på ett säkert sätt i tornet.

• Använd skyddsräcken där det krävs av säkerhetsskäl eller ur laglig synvinkel.

• Lämna aldrig tornet utan uppsikt. Säkerställ att icke behöriga personer inte kan komma in i tornet.

• Att använda en kombination av delar till tornet från olika varumärken/tillverkare är inte tillåtet.

• Arbetsområdet kring tornet måste spärras av med hjälp av koner och/eller märkband.

• Var noga med att säkert arbete i tornet alltid prioriteras.

• Minst två personer skall alltid användas för att montera ett torn, se bild 5.

• Placera stabilisatorn vid behov. Det är inte obligatoriskt under en höjd av 2,5m, men vi rekommenderar det där det förekommer arbete

med betydande horisontella krafter.

II.III Checklista för användning av torn

När ett monterat torn (åter)används skall följande

alltid kontrolleras:

1. Att tornet är det rätta för den avsedda användningen.

2. Att området närmast tornet möjliggör säker anvädning.

3. Att tornet fortfarande kan användas på ett säkert sätt.

4. Att kvaliteten på ytan är horisontell, plan och tillräckligt viktbärande.

5. Att miljöfaktorer, t. ex. dörrar som öppnas, automatiska jalusier, elkablar ovan jord, trak och/eller förbipasserande, etc. inte leder till farliga situationer.

6. Att det nns tillräckligt med utrymme för att montera och använda tornet på ett säkert sätt.

7. Att alla delar som behövs och säkerhetsverktyg nns tillgängliga på arbetsplatsen.

8. Att inga skadade delar eller andra delar än de som föreskrivits används.

9. Att tornet monteras i enlighet med denna manual och i överensstämmelse med kongurationstabellen.

10. Att den maximala monteringshöjden inte överskrids.

11. Att det är lätt att klättra uppför insidan av tornet.

12. Att hjulen är korrekt monterade, anpassade och att bromsen aktiveras.

13. Att ramarna är korrekt monterade och

säkrade.

14. Att de horisontella stagen och diagonalstagen är monterade och säkrade i korrekt position.

16. Att tornet är vinkelrätt (kontrollera med hjälp av ett vattenpass).

19. Att tornets konguration inspekteras ofta (se inspektionsklistermärke).

20. Att alla låssprintar är på plats i konstruktionen och att dessa är låsta.

II.IV Inspektion, skötsel och underhåll

1. Tornets delar måste hanteras och transporteras försiktigt för att undvika skador.

2. Lager skall organiseras på ett sådant sätt att endast oskadade delar, i rätt mängd är tillgängliga för montering av tornet.

3. Kontrollera att alla rörliga delar fungerar korrekt och säkerställ att dessa inte är förorenade.

4. Kontrollera alla delar så att de inte är skadade. Skadade eller felaktiga delar får inte användas.

5. Skadade delar måste returneras till tillverkaren för inspektion.

6. Torn för professionellt bruk måste inspekteras årligen av en expert för att upptäcka eventuella defekter. Mot en avgift kan Altrex inspektionsavdelning, Reparation och montering, användas för inspektioner och reparationer vid behov.

II.V Demontering av tornet

Tornet skall demonteras enligt följande anvisningar för montering, men i omvänd ordning.

II.VI Föryttning av tornet

• För att ytta tornet, måste stabilisatorerna höjas till maximalt 10 cm.

• Hjulbromsarna frigörs genom att du trycker på bromspedalen.

• När tornet yttas, får personer och/eller material inte nnas kvar i tornet, se bild 6.

• Innan dess skall kontroller utföras för att kontrollera att miljöfaktorer som exempelvis dörrar som öppnas, skärmtak, gropar, automatiska jalusier, kablar ovan jord, trak och/eller förbipasserande etc. inte utgör en risk för farliga situationer när tornet yttas.

• Flytta endast tornet i längsgående riktning eller i den diagonala riktningen, manuellt över en plan, horisontell och tillräckligt viktbärande yta. Se till att tornet inte börjar luta under ytt.

• Hjulbromsarna måste aktiveras och låsas med hjälp av ett tryck på bromspedalen omedelbart efter föryttning av tornet.

• Efter ytt måste tornet anpassas horisontellt igen. Detta skall göras med hjälp av ett vattenpass.

• Justera ännu en gång alla stabilisatorer så att de har kontakt med ytan.

II.VII Montering och/eller reparation

av reservdelar

De reservdelar som tillhandahålls av Altrex skall monteras på korrekt Altrexprodukt och på samma sätt som den del som byts ut. Montering (fastsättning) och/eller reparation utförs på egen risk och på kundens bekostnad. Altrex ansvarar inte för skada som orsakats av felaktig montering och/eller reparation. Mot betalning kan Altrex kontaktas för reparation av din produkt, och/eller montering av berörda delar.

II.VIII Garantivillkor

Denna Altrex-produkt har utformats, tillverkats och testats med största omsorg. Om denna produkt används enligt anvisningarna och dess avsedda syfte, kommer en garanti att gälla under följande villkor:

1. Altrex tar på sig ansvar för produkten och kvaliteten med hänsyn till de material som används vid tillverkning av produkten.

2. Vi korrigerar eventuella fel som täcks av garantin genom att byta ut den defekta delen, alternativt hela produkten, eller genom att tillhandahålla en reservdel.

3. Defekter som uppstår till följd av följande omfattas inte av garantin:

a) Användning av produkten på ett sätt som

strider mot dess avsedda användning eller mot bruksanvisningarna.

b) Normalt produktslitage c) Montering eller reparation utförd av kund eller

av tredje part (med undantag för montering av reserv delar som tillhandahålls av Altrex enligt ovan under punkt 2).

d) Alla ändrade statliga regler som gäller naturen

eller kvaliteten hos materialet som används i produkten.

4. Fel som upptäcks vid leverans av produkten ska omedelbart rapporteras till Altrex. Om dessa defekter inte rapporteras omedelbart, ogiltigförklaras garantin. Du måste förse Altrex eller din Altrexåterförsäljare med ett inköpsbevis för att göra anspråk på garantin.

5. Fel på produkten måste rapporteras till Altrex eller din Altrex återförsäljare så fort som möjligt, dock senast inom 14 dagar efter det att skadan upptäckts.

a) Om ett anspråk görs under garanti villkoren,
