SF529ES Wireless Assistance Call and Resident Check-In Station

The Alpha Communicat ions® / TekTone SF529ES Wireless Assistanc e Call and Resident
Check-In Stat ion is for use with the Tek-CARE®500 (TC500) Wireless Assistance Call and
Check-In System. The SF529ES feat ures the great range and reliability of 900MHz
signaling. This unit can be wall mounted near any resident location for call placement
(stainless st eel and ot her metal fixtures may interfere with the signal transmission).

Calls are latched locally to ensure that residents receive direct staff at tent ion. The device
includes a c all assurance LED. Check-ins are placed by pressing the Chec k- In push button
during set check-in times. The SF529ES features a fully supervised RF link to ensure
reliability and to monitor batt ery state. The battery is a c ustomer replaceable 3V lithium.

Architects' And Engineers' Specifications

The Wireless Assistance Call and Resident CheckIn Station(s) shall be Alpha Communications® / TekTone SF529ES or approved equal. It
shall use the 900MHz frequency for signal transmission and shall include an LED call assurance indicator. Calls shall be locally latched and
require local reset t o c lear. Check-ins shall be placed by pressing the Check-In push button during set check-in times. No physical wiring
connections shall be required to t ransmit a c all. The stat ion shall include a 3V lithium battery.

TekTone® has designed the Tek- CARE®500 (TC500) t o work as a system. Its NC501ES Master Station Computer has been c arefully
designed and matc hed t o work with T C500 wireless and wired peripherals. TekTone® will not warrant or support components of TC500 t hat
are purchased separately unless the components are add-ons to previously sold systems. TekTone® will also not warrant or support a
system that is a mix of TekTone® and Non-TekTone® parts, unless prior written permission has been obtained. In order to t rack our
systems and t o inform facilities of soft ware upgrades, full site information (site name, address and phone number) will be required when
ordering. Site information and NC501ES warranty number will also be required when requesting t echnical support.
