The Alpha Communicat ions® / TekTone SF520ES Door/Window Egress Wireless
Transmitter is for use with the Tek-CARE®500 (TC500) Wireless Emergency Call System.
The SF520ES is based on EchoStream® spread spect rum tec hnology and transmits
signals at the 900 MHz frequency. The SF520ES sends supervised signals to t he Tek­CARE®500 system at a selec table interval, making it ideal for both high
security installations and residential installations.

The SF520ES includes two built- in magnetic reed switc hes in a tamper-proof case for
maximum flexibility. The magnet supports a 5/8" (.625") gap, and the reed switches
support a NO or a NC external contac t. The SF520ES requires no physical
wiring connections to transmit an alarm call and is powered by a 3V lithium batt ery. A
mounting bracket is also provided.

The Door/Window Egress Wireless T ransmitter(s) shall be Alpha Communications® / TekTone SF520ES or approved equal. The SF520ES shall
use the 900 MHz frequency for signal transmission. The SF520ES shall include two (2) built -in magnetic reed switc hes - one on top, and one
on the side - for maximum flexibilit y. The magnet shall support a 5/8" (.625") gap, and t he reed switches shall support a NO or a NC external
contac t. No physical wiring connections shall be required to transmit an alarm c all. The SF520ES Shall be powered by a 3V lithium battery. A
mounting bracket shall also be provided

TekTone® has designed the Tek-CARE®500 (TC500) to work as a system. Its NC501ES Master St ation Computer has been c arefully
designed and matc hed to work with TC500 wireless and wired peripherals. TekTone® will not warrant or support components of TC500 that
are purchased separately unless the components are add-ons t o previously sold syst ems. TekTone® will also not warrant or support a
system that is a mix of T ekTone® and Non-TekTone® parts, unless prior written permission has been obt ained. In order to track our
systems and t o inform facilit ies of software upgrades, full site information (site name, address and phone number) will be required when
ordering. Site information and NC501ES warranty number will also be required when requesting technical support.
