The Alpha Communications® / TekTone SF501ES Single Butt on Call Pendant
Transmitter features the great range and reliability of 900 MHz in a small, wat er­resistant package. Users can wear the pendant in the shower or bathtub, outside in
the rain, or other environments where the pendant may be splashed with water, or
momentarily submerged. A single-button design with "press and one sec ond hold"
activation makes the pendant very easy to use, yet still reduces false alarms. When
the SF501ES is act ivated, it c ontinues t o send an alarm signal until its reset butt on,
located on t he bac k, is pressed.

The SF501ES is especially suited for assisted living installations. Weighing only 1.4
ounces, it includes both a nec k c ord and a belt clip, and c an easily be converted
by the end user. An opt ional model RP503 small (ladies) or RP504 large (mens)
wristband allows the pendant to be worn on the wrist or the arm.

The SF501ES features a fully supervised RF link to ensure reliability. T he built-in LED
flashes with all transmissions, including supervision, so the user c an see the
transmitter is still functioning. The batt ery is a field-replaceable long-life 3V lithium
type, and is included.

The wireless c all pendant t ransmitter(s) shall be Alpha Communications® / TekTone SF501ES or approved equal. It shall use t he 900 MHz
frequency for signal transmission, and shall include a t ransmission indicator LED. No physical wiring c onnections shall be required to transmit
a c all. When activated, the SF501ES pendant shall c ontinue to send an alarm signal until its reset button, locat ed on t he bac k, is pressed.
The SF501ES shall also include a neck c hain, belt c lip and a 3V lithium bat tery. The transmitter shall be no larger than 2.2" x 1.9" x 0.72" and
shall be lightweight enough to be worn comfortably. An optional model RP503 small (ladies) or RP504 large (men's) wristband c an be utilized,
if resident wishes t o wear the pendant on their wrist.

TekTone® has designed the Tek-CARE®500 (TC500) to work as a system. Its NC501ES Master St ation Computer has been c arefully
designed and matc hed to work with TC500 wireless and wired peripherals. T ekTone® will not warrant or support components of TC500 that
are purchased separately unless the components are add-ons t o previously sold syst ems. TekTone® will also not warrant or support a
system that is a mix of TekTone® and Non-TekTone® parts, unless prior written permission has been obtained. In order to t rack our
systems and to inform facilities of soft ware upgrades, full site information (site name, address and phone number) will be required when
ordering. Site information and NC501ES warranty number will also be required when requesting tec hnical support.
