Addressable Code Call station(s) shall be Alpha Communicat ions® /
TekTone SF382 or approved equal. Code st ations and wiring shall
be fully supervised. Operation of emergency signals shall
be ac complished by a short pull on the (optional) nylon cord or by
pulling/pushing down on the BLUE lever marked "CODE". The RED
"CALL-PLACED" indicator shall flash to assure t hat the c all has
been properly placed. T he initiation of t he c ode c all shall cause
the act ivation of both audible and visual signals. Call cancellation
shall be possible only at point of origination. Reliable, solid-st ate
components shall be used and plug-in c onnectors shall be provided
for electrical c onnections.

Contractor shall observe all local and national electrical and
building codes.

SF382 Addressable Code Call StationSF382 Addressable Code Call Station

The Alpha Communicat ions® / TekTone SF382 may be used in
ICU/CCU, physical t herapy rooms, post-op recovery, or any
locat ion where code call initiation may be required., without the
need to install another device (suc h as a multipurpose st ation or
other addressable devic e). T he SF382 is designed to be
connected directly to the stat ion buss wiring of either the NC300
or the NC300II syst em. The SF382 includes dome lamp output, and
is addressed using dip switches mounted on the rear of the SF382.

Due t o the flexibility of its design, it may be used as a PULL CORD
CODE STATION, or a PUSH TYPE CODE CALL STATION. The
optional (model CA015K or CA016K) pull cord may be used for
emergency pull activat ion, or if so desired, the standard LARGE
BLUE push/pull down lever may be used.

The SF382 is typically used with t he NC300 and/or NC300II
or HC345 systems. T he SF382 is not designed for use in a
shower or 'moist' environment.
