The Alpha Communicat ions® IH528 Single Gang Plastic Back Box is
for use with the Tek-CARE®500 (TC500) Wireless Emergency Call
System. The back box is used to surface mount the SF529ES
Check-In/Assistance Station or the SF531ES Emergency Switch.

The IH528 is constructed of durable White ABS plastic to
coordinate with the emergency switc hes, and does not interfere
with wireless transmission signals. The bac k box includes mounting
holes on the back for attachment to the wall.

The surface- mount single-gang plastic back box(es) shall be Alpha Communications® IH528 or approved equal. The IH528 shall be of plastic
construct ion for durability and for unhindered wireless signal transmission. The IH528 shall be used in wireless applications for mounting the

SF529ES Check-In/Assistance Station(s) and/or the SF531ES Emergency Switch(es). Mounting holes shall be provided on the bac k to for

easy mounting to the wall, and on the front for easy mounting of the emergency switch to the bac k box.

TekTone® has designed the Tek-CARE®500 (TC500) to work as a system. Its NC501ES Master St ation Computer has been carefully
designed and mat c hed to work with Tek-CARE®500 wireless and wired peripherals. TekTone® will not warrant or support c omponents of
Tek-CARE®500 that are purchased separately unless the c omponents are add-ons to previously sold syst ems. TekTone® will also not
warrant or support a system that is a mix of T ekTone® and Non-TekTone® parts, unless prior written permission has been obtained. In
order to track our syst ems and to inform fac ilit ies of soft ware upgrades, full site information (site name, address and phone number) will be
required when ordering. Site information and NC501ES warranty number will also be required when request ing tec hnical support.
