The Alpha Communicat ions® / TekTone model IH103 are mounting plates made of
heavy gauge steel, in a galvanized finish. T hey are used with a variety of flush
and surface mount intercom remote and/or master stations.

The IH103 is designed to be a somewhat "universal" mounting plate t o allow a variety of
intercom stat ions to be mounted over existing IH101 flush bac k boxes, IH102 flush
mountings rings or various elect rical bac k boxes.

Architects' And Engineers' SpecificationsArchitects' And Engineers' Specifications

The mounting plate(s) shall be Alpha Communications® / T ektone model IH103 or
approved equal. It shall be made of heavy gauge steel, in a galvanized finish. The IH103
shall contain a variety of mounting holes to allow it to be used t o c over existing IH101
flush back boxes, IH102 flush mounting rings or various other elect rical back boxes.

The IH103 shall have an opening to allow for equipment c learance and wiring as needed.

Contractor shall observe all local and national electrical codes.
