Screw Terminal / XLR Pin Layout AP7680
Addendum Sheet issue 1
The Phoenix type 3 way screw terminal connector is available on certain Allen
& Heath products as an alternative to the XLR connectors used for audio inputs
and outputs.
These follow the pin convention for the standard audio XLR. Therefore, the pin
layout for INPUT and OUTPUT connections is opposite as illustrated below.
An adhesive label is fitted to Allen & Heath products which have had their XLR
connections replaced with the screw terminal type.
Note: Please check your wiring to ensure it adheres to the pin configuration
shown here.
