AKG WIRELESS TRADE-IN REBATE PROMOTION (USA only)
Valid from October 15, 2020 to July 31, 2021
You are eligible for a mail-in rebate of up to $100 based on the purchase of Covered AKG Wireless Products (as
defined below) when you trade in any wireless system (from AKG or other manufacturers). Rebate will be issued
via check. Rebate subject to Promotion Terms and Conditions. Customers must legibly complete this form, print
and submit it to the address at the bottom of this form. Rebate submission must also include the trade-in product
and a photocopy of the store receipt and product UPC for the new AKG product.

Terms & Conditions of Participation
1. The AKG Wireless Trade-In Rebate Promotion (“Promotion”) starts on July 15, 2020 and ends on July 31, 2021
(“Promotion Period”).
2. During the Promotion Period, consumers who purchase brand new Covered Products (as defined below) from
authorized AKG dealers and who also send in via mail an Eligible Trade-in (as defined below) will be issued a
rebate check based on the Covered Products listed, which the rebate amount will be set forth below.
3. The Covered Products and Trade-In Rebate Values:
By participating in the Promotion, each Participating customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions, and to the
following trade-in values based on their AKG Covered Products purchased below:

4. Eligible Trade-Ins are those wireless microphone systems owned and surrendered by the consumer via mail
after the purchase of the Covered Products. Eligible Trade-Ins must consist of one receiver and at least one
transmitter, all products being compatible, and in any condition. Customers are, at their own cost, responsible for
shipping, insurance, and customs (including any applicable duties). We reserve the right to reject trade-in wireless
systems from customers if we determine that the systems or components were not legally acquired by the
consumer, or if the systems or components are counterfeit.
5. Limit four (4) rebates per person. Each rebate must be submitted on an individual form. Void where prohibited or
taxed. We reserve the right at any time, without notice, to suspend, terminate, or alter in any respect this or any
related terms or conditions. Our decision regarding Promotion eligibility and other matters related to this Promotion
are final. Our rejection of any improper or incomplete rebate claim will not entitle the claimant to any refund, return
or other accommodation with respect to the claimant’s purchase of new AKG wireless systems or components.
6. To obtain a rebate for your trade-in, customers must accomplish the attached Trade-In Rebate Form and send
the completed form (including proof of purchase details specified above), along with the trade in wireless system to
the attention of:

Rebate claim forms must be postmarked or deposited with the courier no later than August 14, 2021 and
received by AKG no later than August 31, 2021.
We reserve the right to require additional information to ensure compliance with these terms and conditions.
Reimbursement claims that do not include all of the proper documentation and all of the other materials required to
be submitted will be ineligible and will be rejected. Keep copies of all of the materials submitted for your records.
All submitted documentation and materials become our exclusive property and will not be returned. We are not
responsible for late, lost, damaged, misdirected, incorrect, incomplete, illegible or postage due claims or claims
that are not properly submitted for any reason, and such claims will not be honored.
7. We will provide the rebate check once we receive all of the documents and Eligible Trade-Ins. Please allow up
to 120-days for receipt of rebate. The trade-in rebate shall be in the form of a check issued to the qualifying
customer.
8. These terms and conditions apply to participating consumers.
