This Quick Setup Guide will help you to quickly and easily install your powerline USB
adapter. For more detailed instructions, please refer to the user manual in the provided “Driver
and Documentation” CD.

INSTALLATION
STEP 1. DRIVER & HARDWARE INSTALLATION
1. Insert the AUTORUN Driver & Documentation CD in
your CD ROM. Click on Powerline Network
Configuration Utility under the USB menu and follo
instructions to install the driver and the utility.
2. Plug one end of the supplied power cord into an AC
outlet (Do not plug device into a power strip or surge
protector) and plug the other end to the AC power por
of the Powerline USB adapter.
3. Plug one end of the supplied USB cable into the USB
port of the Powerline USB adapter and plug the othe
end to your PC.
STEP 2. UTILITY INSTALLATION
1. Insert the “Driver and Documentation” CD into you
CD-ROM.
2. Click on the Powerline Network Configuration Utilit
icon.
3. The installation wizard will start running.
4. Follow instructions to complete the installation.
STEP 3. UTILITY CONFIGURATION (Opt.)
1. Please consult manual for details.
NOTE: Do NOT connect the plug into a surge protector or power strip as these devices may
contain circuit filters that attenuate the powerline signal.
