To install the soft case
1. Open the soft carrying case, and place it on the floor as shown on the
following page.
2. Set the instrument on the case as shown in the figure. The
instrument should be resting on it’s feet in the normal operating
position.
CAUTION If the instrument is placed upside down on the soft case, the case’s front flap
could be damaged when it is closed.
3. Fold the top of the soft case over the instrument.
4. Fold up one of the soft case’s side panels, and locate the zipper that
joins the side panel to the soft case’s rear panel.
5. Close the zipper all the way to the front of the case.
6. Zipper the remaining side panel in place.
7. Open the soft case’s rear ventilation flap, and attach the power cord
to the instrument.
CAUTION Operating the instrument with the soft case’s rear flap closed causes
overheating and could damage the instrument. Always open the flap before
turning on the instrument.
