Thank you for having chosen an AEG Viva Control
vacuum cleaner. These Operating Instructions cover
all Viva Control models. This means that with your
specific model, some accessories/features may not be
included. In order to ensure the best results, always
use original AEG accessories. They have been designed
especially for your vacuum cleaner.

비바 컨트롤 모델에 적용됩니다. 따라서, 구입하신
모델에는 일부 부속품 또는 기능이 빠져 있을 수 있
습니다. 제품을 최상의 상태로 사용하려면 항상 아
에게(AEG) 정품 부속품을 사용하십시오. 정품은
사용하시는 진공 청소기에 가장 잘 맞게 특별 제작
된 것입니다.

Safety precautions

Viva Control should only be used by adults and only
for normal vacuuming in a domestic environment.
The vacuum cleaner features double insulation and
does not need to be earthed. Disconnect the plug
from the mains before cleaning or maintenance of the
vacuum cleaner. Be sure to keep the vacuum cleaner
in a dry place. All servicing and repairs must be
carried out by an authorised AEG service centre.

Never vacuum:

• In wet areas.

• Close to flammable gases etc.

• Without a dust bag s-bag® to avoid damaging the
cleaner. A safety device is fitted, which prevents
the cover closing without a s-bag®. Do not attempt
to force the cover shut.

• When housing shows visible signs of damage.

Never vacuum:

• Sharp objects, fluids.

• Hot or cold cinders, lit cigarette butts, etc.

• Fine dust, for example from plaster, concrete, flour,
hot or cold ashes. The above may cause serious
damage to the motor – damage which is not
covered by the warranty.

Electrical cable precautions:

Regularly check that the cable is not damaged.
Never use the vacuum cleaner if the cable is damaged.
Damage to the machine’s cable is not covered by the
warranty.

안전수칙

비바 컨트롤 진공 청소기는 반드시 성인이 사용하
여야 하며, 용도는 가정용으로 일반적인 진공 청
소에 한합니다. 본 청소기는 이중절연이 되어 있
으므로 별도의 접지가 필요없습니다. 진공 청소기
를 청소하거나 수리할 때는 먼저 플러그를 뽑아 전
원을 차단하여 주십시오. 진공 청소기는 반드시 건
조한 곳에 보관하여 주십시오. 모든 서비스와 수리
는 아에게(AEG) 지정 서비스 센터에 문의하여 주
십시오.

다음과 같은 경우에는 절대로 진공 청소기
를 사용하지 마십시오.

• 물기가 있는 곳

• 인화성 기체가 차 있는 곳이나 그 부근

• 먼지봉투를 장착하지 않은 상태에서는 진공 청
소기 커버가 닫히지 않도록 안전장치가 되어 있
습니다. 강제로 닫으려 하지 마십시오.

• 청소기 본체가 손상된 경우

다음과 같은 것은 절대로 진공 청소기로
청소하지 마십시오.

• 날카로운 물체, 액체

• 타다 남은 불씨 또는 꺼지지 않은 담배꽁초 등

• 석회, 콘크리트, 밀가루, 재와 같은 미세 먼지.
이와 같은 것들은 모터에 심각한 손상을 줄 수
있으며 이로 인한 손상은 보증수리가 적용되지
않습니다.

전원 케이블에 대한 주의사항

정기적으로 전원 케이블의 손상여부를 점검하십시
오. 케이블이 손상된 상태에서는 절대로 진공 청소
기를 사용하지 마십시오. 청소기 케이블의 손상은
보증수리가 적용되지 않습니다.
