Connecting to a Computer
1. Ensure the projector and your com­puter are turned off.
2. Connect one end of the VGA cable to the “VGA In” connector on the projector; connect the other end to the VGA connector on the com­puter and tighten the screws.
3. Connect one end of the power cord into the AC power socket on the projector; connect the other end to
an electrical outlet.
Powering On the Projector
1. Open the lens cap.
2. Turn on the projector first and then the computer.
3. Adjust the position, focus and zoom.
4. Run you presentation.
Powering Off the Projector
1. Press the power button twice.
2. Do not remote AC power cord from outlet until the projector fan shut down.
Quick Start
WIRELESS PROJECTION
To perform wireless projection, you have to install Acer eProjection Management
English
software utility to your PC. There is a Wireless Presentation Gateway (WPG) mod ule integrated into the projector and the software is stored on the WPG. Please follow the steps below to download and install the software.
To download the software, you must remove LAN cable from your PC and ensure that your browser is set to open up a website.

1. Switch on your notebook, and activate the wireless LAN.
2. Scan for available WLAN APs using your preferred WLAN manager.
3. Select the AP labeled “AcerWirelessGate­way-” from the list of available APs. Con-
nect to this AP.
4. If you receive any security warnings, select “Connect Anyway”.
5. Once the connection is established, open
your Internet browser. If the default Inter­net browser is set to a blank screen, just enter the URL for any website. You will automatically be taken to the Acer WPG welcome page, where you will be able to download the driver.
6. Click on the link to download and install the driver. If you receive any se­curity warnings, click “OK” to proceed with the installation procedure. Dur­ing the driver installation, your screen may flicker.
7. Once the installation is complete, the Acer WPG software will open.
8. Once you’re connected, the PC screen will be projected and the WPG’s power LED will turn green.
