The Terxon MX 8-zone Wired Extension is an extension module for the Terxon MX. Using this module, you can extend your alarm system by up to 8 wired alarm zones. The 8 zones of the wired expansion are connected to the motherboard of the Terxon MX via 4-wire bus cables. You can connect up to 3 expansion modules (wireless or wired) to your existing alarm center. The Terxon MX can thus be expanded to up to 32 zones. The additional alarm zones are freely programmable and tampering-protected. The type of wiring – NC or DEOL – is left up to you, but it must be the same for all zones. Via a jumper on the circuit board, you can assign the zones of the expansion module (9 to 16, 17 to 24 and 25 to 32).
