This Quick Reference Guide describes the MD Evolution services available with the DECT terminal DT190.

Navigation keys
Navigation keys Up and Down : move within a menu. Navigation key OK makes selection or moves to submenu. Navigation key NO moves to previous menu. Navigation key NO when pressing long moves to idle display.
Menu structure
MENU. Press MENU key to access submenus.
- RINGER+ OK+ Up/Down keys to select ringer volume+ OK.

Phone book. See operations above.
Call List. Press "Double Right Arrow" to access the submenus.
Settings. Press MENU followed by number keys shown below:

- MAILBOX : 4 + voicemail number (884 by default)+ OK. You have programmed the Mailbox key No.13.

- LANGUAGE 92+ 2-digit code (00 English, O3 French…).
- BATT. WARNING 94+ 0/1 to set battery alarm OFF/ON.
Enter letters of the name
Press 1/2/…times the digit key as required. Example: 7777 to enter letter S or 6 to enter letter M. See below table. Press YES when the name is complete.

Control keys
Left and Right keys for control and navigation.
1 to enter a space.
R press and hold to enter a pause.
Description of DT190
1. Display at rest. 4711 is your extension number and 14-29 is the time.
2. Soft keys. The functions depend on the call state. Press the required key to access the function.
3. Off-hook/Yes. Answer call, go off-hook, accept.
4. 1/Space (when editing text).
5. Battery (rear side)
6. Star/Ringer off (when press long)
7. R/Pause. Put call on hold, retrieve call from hold. Insert a dial tone pause.
8. Microphone
9. Earpiece. Please note that the phone may retain small magnetic articles
around the earpiece region.
10. On/Off/ On-hook/No. Switch on/off, end call, reject call. One menu back, cancel a menu option. Pressing and holding key leads back to idle state.
11. Phone book. Enters the integrated phone book.
12. Hash/Lock. Lock/unlock the keypad (press and hold).
13. Mailbox. Pressing the key in standby mode will result in outgoing call to
an extension number. If the voice message icon appears, you can enter your mailbox.
Charging the battery
Complete charging before you subscribe or use the cordless phone. For an empty battery, place the cordless phone in the charger for 5.5 hours. When the battery is fully charged, the display shows three blocks and stops flashing.
Display info
The upper row displays statuses using icons. The central row displays texts and numbers related to the call (12 characters). The two lower rows display soft key icons.

Ringer off. Ringing signal and key click muted.
Keys are locked.
Message received. Icon flashes if there is a new message.
Battery gauge. Flashing when charging; on when charging is complete. Indicates the amount of talk and standby time left.

Backspace erases the character to the left.
Shows the last 5 Missed Calls List. Icon flashes if there is a new unread entry.
OK Acknowledges entries and branches into submenus.
MENU Enters the menu. The menu differs depending on the
current operating mode.
