The 3M™ Water Filtration Products CFS6090-C & CFS6135-C Water Treatment Systems are designed to reduce hard scale build-up on espresso machine boilers and maintain efficient brewing machine operations. High capacity sodium ion exchange resin reduces hard scale that causes equipment break down and increased energy consumption. Premium activated carbon reduces chlorine taste and odor and bitterness associated with poor water quality. The optional system with flush valve eliminates the need for additional fittings.
PRODUCT BENEFITS
• Valve-in-head design simultaneously shuts off and vents water with 1/4 turn, allowing for simple and virtually trouble-free cartridge change-outs.

To determine sizing:
Divide the grain capacity of the system by the incoming water hardness to determine gallons (liters) of water treated.
Example:
* System Capacity Incoming Hardness
= Gallons Treated System capacity @ 1,100 grains
Incoming hardness @ 15 grains/gallon
Gallons (liters) treated = 73 gal. (276 lit.)
