lAnymodicationofthestructure,safetydesign,orperformancedesignofthedevice
withoutpriorauthorizationisprohibited.
lComplywithrelatedlawsandregulationsandrespectthelegalrightsofothersduring
theuseofthisdevice.
TransportationSecurity
lKeepthedevicedry ,andavoidintensecollisionduringitsstorage,transportation,and
use.
lTheouterpackagingofthedevicemustberetainedduringtransportationtoavoid
scratchesanddamageonthesurfaceofthedevice.
lWhenthedeviceistemporarilystored,paditwithcushioningmaterialssuchas
cartonsatthebottomtoavoiddirectfriction,bumps,andcollisionwiththeground andsurroundingobjects.

RequirementsforDeviceInstallation
lPlacethedeviceinaventilatedenvironmentthatisnotexposedtobrightlight. lKeepthedevicefarawayfromanyelectricalappliancewithastrongmagneticor
electriceld,forexample,amicrowaveovenandarefrigerator.
lKeepthedeviceawayfromheatsources,vapor,high-temperatureandhumidplaces,
andsunlight.
lDonotplacethedeviceinaviolentlyvibratingenvironment. lDonotplacethedevicenearinammableobjects,forexample,foam. lHorizontallyplacethisdeviceonaplatformoutofchildren'sreach.Donotputany
heavyobjectonthedevice.
lEnsurethatthereisnohigh-powerdevicewithina5-meterradiusofthedevice.The
devicecannotshareapowersupplylinewithanyhigh-powerdevice.Donotconnect thedeviceandanyhigh-powerdevicetothesameACpowerstrip.

lEnsurethatthereisnofacilitythatimpactstheheatdissipationofthedevicewithin
a1-meterradius.Keeptheheatdissipationholesofthedevicecleantopreventthe devicefrombeingoverheated.
lDonothotswapHDMIcables.
RequirementsforDeviceMaintenance
lDonotplugorremoveinputoroutputconnectorsfrequently. lAfterthedeviceispoweredoff,waitforatleast15secondsbeforepoweringiton. lKeepthedeviceclean. lBeforecleaningtheproduct,poweritoff,andremovethepowercable.Useasoftand
dryclothtocleanthedevicecase.
lPoweroffthedeviceandremovethepowercableifthedevicewillnotbeused.
BatterySecurity
lUsebatteriesofthepropermodelandinstalltheminaccordancewiththecorrect
polarities.
lIfabatterycannotbeinstalledproperly,donoforciblypressit,avoidingbatteryleakage
orexplosion.
lIfabatteryleaks,smokes,orreleasesasmell,replaceitimmediately. lDonotuseoldandnewbatteriestogether.Replaceallthebatteriesifanybattery
needstobereplaced.
lIfbatteryliquiddropsonyourskinorclothes,washitwithplentyofcleanwater
immediately,andgotohospital.
lIfbatteryliquidsplashesontoyoureye,donotrubtheeye,butwashitwithplentyof
cleanwaterimmediately,andgotohospital.
lRemovethebatteriesifthedevicewillnotbeusedforalongperiod. lDisposeofexhaustedbatteriesinaccordancewiththeinstructions.
EnvironmentalProtection
Donotputscrappeddevicesintogarbagecans.Abidebylocalregulationsonhowto disposeofpackagingmaterials,exhaustedbatteries,andscrappeddevices,andsupport recyclingactivities.

be provide with antenna installation instructions and consider removing the
no-collocation statement.

Instructions
The precautions that should be taken when routers are used in a videoconferencing system are as follows:
lUseenterprise-levelswitchesandrouters. lDonotuseahub. lTheroutersmustsupporttheQoSprotocolandalgorithm.Ifnot,upgradethesoftware. lSetQoSparametersontherouters.SetQoSparametersforvideoservicesand
commonservicesontherouters,sothatvideodatapacketsarenotdiscardedupon networkcongestion.
lUseasfewrouterhopsaspossible.Videodevicesshouldbeconnectedtothemain
switchifpossible.Reducethenumberoftherouterhopstoavoidtoomuchnetwork transmission,whichmayaffectvideotransmission.
lUsedifferentVLANstoseparatethevideoconferencingservicefromotherservices. lWhenthenetworkisblocked,usethebufferqueuetechnologyastherstprevention
method.Largecachesarepreferred.Allocateanindependentcacheforeachport.
