SAFETY INFORMATION
Please read and understand this entire manual before attempting to assemble, operate or install the product.
WARNING
Before cutting, drilling or hammering into any wall surface, verify the location of electrical, plumbing and gas lines. Cutting any of these may cause serious injury. If needed, contact your electrician, plumber or service person.
PREPARATION
Before beginning assembly of the product, make sure all parts are present. Compare parts with package
contents list. If any part is missing or damaged, do not attempt to assemble the product.
Plumbing should be done by a qualified plumber and in accordance with national and local plumbing codes. For shipping purposes, corner protectors are attached to the cabinet body and need to be removed. If necessary, use small pliers to remove staples.
Estimated Assembly Time:
40 minutes
Tools Required for Assembly (not included): Drill, Hacksaw, Pipe Wrench, Pencil, Silicone Caulk/Sealant, Plumbers Putty, and Wood Shims
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
1.
Disassemble strainer kit (B), by unscrewing locknut and removing
rubber
washer. Unscrew nut and remove
tailpiece washer from strainer kit (B).

NOTE: Tailpiece washer will be used in step 9.

Apply a sufficient amount of plumbers putty between the strainer and sink basin (A). Insert strainer body through the drain hole in the sink basin (A).
Hold strainer body firmly in place, position rubber on strainer body under the sink basin (A).

Screw lock nut onto the threaded shank of the strainer body and tighten with a pipe wrench.
NOTE: DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN and remove any excess plumbers putty from strainer body and sink basin (A).

Using faucet kit, position faucet (H) on sink basin (A) and hand tighten locknuts (I).
Attach hose (J) to pull-out sprayer (G) and tighten securely.
Pass hose (J) through faucet and adjust the position of the faucet (H) so that hose (I) does not rub against the edge of the sink (A).

Unscrew wing nut (K) from zinc weight (L). Slide hose (J) through wing nut (K) and zinc weight (L) then tighten in its final position.
Attach hose (J) onto the center check valve on the faucet (H) by turning nut counterclockwise and tighten securely.
3.
Connect the water supply line (M) by threading the large connector nut onto faucet (H) and tighten securely.
Repeat for the second supply line (M).
NOTE: DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN.

4.
Attach trim piece (C) to cabinet body (E) with large screws (II).
NOTE: Finished edges of cabinet body (E) face away from wall.

Fasten mounting plates (AA) to cabinet body (E) using

mounting plate screws (BB) with the long side of mounting plates (AA) pointing to the front of the cabinet body (E).
NOTE: Do not overtighten mounting plate screws (BB).

Insert screw caps (GG) into each exposed screw head.
NOTE: Wall mounting is recommended. Hold the cabinet body (E) in the desired position. Using the pre-drilled holes in hanging rail, insert wood shims (not included) between wall and cabinet body (E) until snug.
Place sink basin (A) into cabinet body (E) and check for proper clearance. With sink basin (A) removed, attach cabinet body (E) to wall using appropriate mounting hardware (not included).

Place a bead of silicone caulk/sealant around the top edge of the cabinet body (E). Carefully set sink basin (A) into cabinet body (E).

Place a bead of silicone caulk/sealant (not included) on the backside of the backsplash on sink basin (A).
Place hose guard with soap dish (D) into either side of the sink basin (A).
NOTE: Hose guard with soap dish (D) is shown on the left side of sink basin (A) and can be used to secure the discharge hose from washing machine.

Slip nut (O) onto wall tube (R).
Position two nuts (O) and one washer (P) onto tailpiece (N).

Slip tailpiece (N) into p-trap (Q). Slip washer (P) down tailpiece (N) and fasten using nut (O).
Insert wall tube (R) into p-trap (Q) and hand tighten all nuts (O).
Holding plumbing assembly in the desired position, measure wall tube (R) and tailpiece (N), to required length. Remove wall tube (R) and tailpiece (N) and cut with a hacksaw.
NOTE: Cut untapered end of tailpiece (N) and wall tube (R). Be sure to remove burrs with a file or sandpaper.

9.
Loosely connect wall tube (R) and tailpiece (N) to p-trap (Q).
Insert wall tube (R) into waste drain and tighten using existing hardware.

Using tailpiece washer from strainer kit (B), place it on top of tailpiece (N). Fasten tailpiece (N) to strainer kit (B) using nut (O).
NOTE: DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN.
Connect the water supply line (M) by threading the
10. small metal connector nut onto the water supply valve outlet and tighten securely.
Repeat for the second supply line (M).
NOTE: Check for leaks. If a leak appears, loosen nuts completely and check washer alignment. If a leak persists, carefully tighten nuts with a wrench.
NOTE: DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN.

NOTE: Do not overtighten hinge screws (DD).
