long slots in the Keypad Bracket (A). Apply Loctite 243 (not supplied by Psion) to threads of screws (B) and loosely secure the keyboard with four 8/32 philips head screws (B). It must be adjusted later (when mounting the 8585/8595 to the Keypad Bracket).

to the 8585/8595 Vehicle Mount Terminal (G).
(A) to the 8585/8595 (G) using six M6 x 12 Screws (E) with the six Flat Washers (F). Torque to 18 lbf-in.
See Figure 2 and 3.
Step 4: Adjust the Ikey Keyboard (C) fully
tighten the four 8/32 Philips head screws (B). Torque to 9 lbf-in.
Now assemble the Keypad Bracket

Note:
the 8585/95 Vehicle Mount Terminal. This interface is protected from atmospheric influences by an IP65 cable cover. The cable cover must be removed and reinstalled correctly when connecting the interface cables. Please ensure you attach the cable cover as per 8585/8595 Vehicle Mount User Manual, complying with Protection Standards IP65. The protection class can no longer be guaranteed if the cable cover is installed incorrectly.
