orthemaintenanceoftheboiling.
Allofthepositionsofthedifferentoperationmustbe
chosenbetweenthemaximumandtheminimum
andneverbetweenthemaximumandtheturnoff
point.

Thesparksgeneratedbytheelectrodesclosetothe
burnerswillignitethechosenburner.
Wheneverthelightingoftheburnerswillresult
difficultduetopeculiarconditionsofthegasfeatures
orsupply,itisadvisedtorepeattheignitionwiththe
knobon“minimum”position.

Onthecontrolpanel,neareveryknob,thereisa
diagramthatindicateswhichburneriscontrolledby
thatknob.
Thesuitableburnermustbechosenaccordingtothe
diameterandthecapacityused.
Asanindication,theburnersandthepotsmustbe
usedinthefollowingway:

Itisimportantthatthediameterofthepotbe

boilingpointinashortenamountoftimesincethe
capacityofheatabsorptionofaliquidmassdepends
onthevolumeandthesurfaceofthepot.

Theovenisfurnishedcompletelyclean;itis
advisable,however,uponfirstuse,toturntheoven
ontothemaximumtemperature(position10)for
about15minutestoeliminatepossibletracesof
greasefromtheovenburner.
Thesameoperationshouldbefollowedforgrill
burner.
Thegasovenisprovided:
a)Ovenburner,mountedonthelowerpartofthe
oven(wattage:3200W).
b)Grillburner,mountedontheupperpartofthe
oven(wattage:2000W).

thermostaticprobewhich,tobeusedproperlysetin
astablemannerandmustbekeptcleansincean
incorrectpositionorencrustementmaycausean
alterationintheoventemperature.
