Thisappliancemustbeonlyassignedtothe useforwhichithasbeenrealized,thatisfor cookingfood.

Cleantheinterioroftheovenwithclothsoakedin

IMPORTANTINSTRUCTIONANDADVICEFOR THEUSEOFELECTRICALAPPLIANCES
Theuseofanyappliancerequiresthecompliance withsomebasicrules,namely:
donottouchtheappliancewithwetordamp
hands(orfeet); donotusetheappliancebarefeet;
donotallowtheappliancetobeoperatedby
childrenordisabledwithoutoverseeing.
Themanufacturercannotbedeemedresponsiblefor damagescausedbywrongorincorrectuse.
USEFULHINTS
Afterremovingtheappliancefromitspacking,make sureofitsintegrity. Incaseofdoubt,pleaseapplytoyoursupplierortoa qualifiedengineer. Thepackingmaterials(plasticbags,polyfoam, nails,metalstripsetc.)mustbemovedawayfrom thereachofthechildrenaspotentialsourcesof danger.

2-USEOFTHEHOBBURNERS
Eachburneriscontrolledbyagastapassuringthe openingandtheclosingofthegassupply. Makethesymbolsprintedontheknobtomatchwith theindicatoronthecontrolpanel:

Toopenthetap,whichallowstheflowofgastothe burner,pushtheknobandturnittowardstheleft. Toturnitoff,turntheknobtowardstherightupthe safetyclick. Thefull-onrateservestobringfoodstoaboil,while thereducedrateconsentstheslowheatingoffoods orthemaintenanceoftheboiling. Allofthepositionsofthedifferentoperationmustbe chosenbetweenthemaximumandtheminimum andneverbetweenthemaximumandtheturnoff point.
ELECTRICIGNITION
Tolighttheburnerspressthepush-buttonmarked (fig.2.2)
Thesparksgeneratedbytheelectrodesclosetothe burnerswillignitethechosenburner.
Wheneverthelightingoftheburnerswillresult difficultduetopeculiarconditionsofthegasfeatures orsupply,itisadvisedtorepeattheignitionwiththe knobon“minimum”position.

CHOICEOFTHEBURNER
Onthecontrolpanel,neareveryknob,thereisa diagramthatindicateswhichburneriscontrolledby thatknob. Thesuitableburnermustbechosenaccordingtothe diameterandthecapacityused. Asanindication,theburnersandthepotsmustbe usedinthefollowingway:

Itisimportantthatthediameterofthepotbe suitabletothepotentialityoftheburnersoasnotto compromisethehighoutputoftheburnersand thereforeenergywaste. Asmallpotonalargeburnerdoesnotgiveyoua boilingpointinashortenamountoftimesincethe capacityofheatabsorptionofaliquidmassdepends onthevolumeandthesurfaceofthepot.

Attention:theoventoobecomesveryhot duringoperation. Keepchildrenaway. Thecookerlidmustbekeptopenwhenthegas ovenisinuse.
GENERALFEATURES
Theovenisfurnishedcompletelyclean;itis advisable,however,uponfirstuse,toturntheoven ontothemaximumtemperature(position10)for about15minutestoeliminatepossibletracesof greasefromtheovenburner. Thesameoperationshouldbefollowedforgrill burner.
Thegasovenisprovided: a)Ovenburner,mountedonthelowerpartofthe
oven(wattage:3200W). b)Grillburner,mountedontheupperpartofthe
oven(wattage:2000W).

Thecookerlidmustbekeptopenwhenovenis inuse.

anticlockwiseposition(fig.3.1);theindicator shouldmatchwiththenumber10. Closetheovendoorslowlyandadjusttheburner accordingtothepowerrequired.

3)
OVENBURNERWITHTHERMOSTATCONTROL
Thegasflowtotheburnerisregulatedbya thermostatwhichallowstomaintaintheoven temperatureconstant. Theraisingofthetemperatureisdonebya thermostaticprobewhich,tobeusedproperlysetin astablemannerandmustbekeptcleansincean incorrectpositionorencrustementmaycausean alterationintheoventemperature.

Opentheovendoor. Pressthoroughlyandturnclockwisetheovengas thermostatknobtosetsymbol(fig.3.5). Putaflametotherightandleftsideoftheburnerfor2-3

secondsafterthethermostathasbeenopened(fig.3.6).

Donotclosecompletelytheovendoor.Thegrillmust alwaysbeusedwiththeovendoorslightlyopenandwith theshield“A”mounted(fig.3.7).
Torestartoperation,taketheknobto“off”positionandrepeat operationsasaboveexplained.
USEOFTHEGRILL
Mounttheshield“A”whichservestoprotectthecontrolpanel

fromtheheat. Turnonthegrill,asexplainedintheprecedingparagraphsand lettheovenpreheatforabout5minuteswiththedoorslightly open. Introducethefoodtobecooked,positioningtherackasclose tothegrillaspossible. Thedrippingpanshouldbeplacedundertheracktocatchthe cookingjuicesandfats.
Donotgrillforlongerthan30minutesatanytime.
