The R-V905 delivers 85 watts RMS into your left front, right front, center channel and each rear effects channel — plus with a 6-channel input, it’s ready to link up with
an external decoder for possible future formats. the R-V905 also features exclusive Yamaha Tri-Field Cinema DSP for unequalled movie enjoyment at home.
The system also includes the CDC-905 5-Disc CD Changer with S-Bit D/A technology, plus patented Yamaha PlayXchange©, which allows you to change four discs while a fifth continues to play.
The K-903 Auto Reverse Double Cassette Deck includes Dolby©B and C noise reduction, two-speed dubbing and CD Synchro-Start capability.
And when you combine all these features and power with the specially matched pair of 3-way NS-A3500A tower loudspeakers, a pair of NS-E60 Effects/Surround speakers, and the 2-way NS-AC142 dual woofer center channel speaker, you have a system designed for those that demand the very best.

Start with our 5-channel HTR-5140 A/V Receiver delivering 70 watts RMS to each of the three front speakers and 70 to both of the rears. Include Dolby Pro Logic, Dolby Digital, Yamaha’s unique DSP, Cinema DSP and discrete 6-channel line inputs for adding a future external decoder (such as DTS or MPEG2), and you have the makings for a powerhouse system.
The system also includes the CDC-505 5-Disc CD Changer with PlayXchange, CD synchronized recording and Yamaha S-Bit technology.The K-903 Cassette Deck features dual well, auto­reverse, two-speed dubbing and Dolby B & C noise reduction.
All this performance is connected to a pair of NS-A1638 mirror-imaged tower speakers that feature side-firing 12” woofers, high power-handling capacity, dual 51/4” midranges, glass-filled 1” tweeters and gold-plated 5-way binding posts for easy connection.Two 2-way multi-pur­pose NS-AW1 effects speakers use 5” woofers and 1/2” tweeters, while the center channel (NS-AC143) contains dual 51/4” woofers and a single 1” tweeter.
The system comes complete with an attractive black Euro-style equipment rack that will hold four components, as well as a universal remote control to complete this visually and audibly matched home entertainment system.
