PRODUCT OVERVIEW
With the Xerox WorkCentre®PE120/PE120i multifunction system
you enjoy large office multi-functionality, scaled for personal use.
Easy and convenient access to high quality printing, copying,
scanning and faxing right from your desktop. The WorkCentre
PE120/PE120i combines the power of four separate devices in one
extremely compact package, with an engine speed of 20 ppm and a
maximum resolution of 1200 dpi image quality.
Small businesses or individual users looking for a personal
multifunction solution with a recommended volume of up to
2,000 prints per month and a duty cycle of up to 15,000 prints per
month will like the cost and space savings the WorkCentre
PE120/PE120i can provide.
An easily replaceable single-component consumable called a SMart
Kit
™
and an intuitive control panel for all functions, assure that the
WorkCentre PE120/PE120i will be easy to use and maintain.
WorkCentre PE120/PE120i is the first in this class to provide
USB access right on the front of the device. This allows you to
save a document on a USB storage device as a .prn file and then
print it directly at the device. You can also scan directly to a USB
storage device.
One notable feature is a standard colour scanner which enables the
scanning and storage of colour documents to the desktop or USB
device, as well as submission of colour facsimiles. ScanSoft
®
Omnipage®SE 2.0 and PaperPort®SE 9.0 software are included to
convert hard copy documents into spreadsheets, text, or HTML
formats that can be edited and repurposed.
Two standard features not found in competitive products in this class
are ID Copy and Auto Fit Copy. ID Copy automatically prints both
sides of an ID card on the same side of an A4 size page - ideal for
medical or dental offices that need to document patient’s insurance
information. Auto Fit Copy automatically reduces or enlarges an
original to fill the printable area of an A4 size page - this is
particularly useful for automatic zoom reduction or enlargement
copying of odd-sized originals.
