per-page costs of your printing activities, you can gain a deeper understanding of the total costs

PER-PAGE PRINTING COSTS
When evaluating printing costs, most small and medium-sized companies think about the costs
of purchasing new consumables for their printer. Another way to think about printing costs is

Companies can also evaluate their printing costs by considering the total cost of printing over the
lifetime of the printer (total cost includes acquisition and operating costs). If your employees are
printing 2,000 or more pages-per-month (four reams of paper or more), then you will find it easy to
