Die X4-TECH DogB ox dient der Wiedergabe von Musik über USB-Sticks, SD-Karten, sowie per Bluetooth und Line-In in Innenräumen. Zur bestimmungsgemäßen Verwendung gehört auch die Einhaltung aller Angaben dieser Bedienungsanleitung. Dieses Produkt ist nicht geeignet für den gewerblichen Einsatz.

» Das Gerät sollte nicht extremer Hitze oder Kälte ausgesetzt werden.

Lassen Sie das Produkt nicht in der prallen Sonne, in der Nähe von offenem Feuer oder extremen Wärmequellen liegen: Ladetemperatur: 0°C bis 40°C; Betriebstemperatur: 0°C bis 40°C.

» Dieses Produkt verfügt über einen integrierten Akku. Batterien

und Akkus gehören nicht in Kinderhände. Ausgelaufene oder beschädigte Akkus können bei Berührung mit der Haut Verätzungen verursachen.

» Laden Sie das Gerät vor der Aufbewahrung und bei Nichtbenutzung

alle 6 Monate voll auf.

» Laden Sie den Akku vor der ersten Inbetriebnahme einmal

vollständig auf (ca. 3 Stunden).

Die folgenden Sicherheits- und Gefahrenhinweise dienen nicht nur dem Schutz des Gerätes, sondern auch dem Schutz Ihrer Gesundheit! Lesen Sie sich alle folgenden Punkte aufmerksam durch.

» Lassen Sie NIEMALS Personen (insbesondere keine Kinder),

Gegenstände in Löcher, Schächte oder andere Öffnungen des Gehäuses stecken – dies könnte zu einem tödlichen elektrischen Schlag führen. Das Gerätegehäuse darf nur von ausgebildetem Fachpersonal geöffnet werden.

» Lassen Sie kein Verpackungsmaterial achtlos liegen – dies kann für

Kinder und/oder Haustiere zu einem gefährlichen Spielzeug werden. Verpackungs- und Schutzfolien oder Styroporteile bergen z.B. Erstickungsgefahr.

» Behindern Sie die Belüftung des Gerätes nicht, wie etwa durch

Vorhänge, Zeitungen, Decken oder Möbelstücke. Eine Überhitzung kann Schäden verursachen und die Lebensdauer des Gerätes herabsetzen.

» Wenn Sie Zweifel über die Arbeitsweise, die Sicherheit oder die

korrekte Anwendung des Gerätes haben, oder sollten sich Fragen ergeben, die nicht im Laufe dieser Bedienungsanleitung abgeklärt werden, wenden Sie sich an eine Fachkraft oder setzen Sie sich mit unserer technischen Auskunft in Verbindung.

BATTERIE / AKKU

WARNUNG! Verletzungsgefahr für Kinder! Wenn Kinder oder Personen, die die Gefahren nicht einschätzen können, mit Batte-

rien hantieren, besteht Verletzungsgefahr bis hin zum Tod. Lassen Sie Batterien/Akkus nicht offen herumliegen. Es besteht die Gefahr, dass diese von Kindern oder Haustieren verschluckt werden.

VOR DER ERSTEN INBETRIEBNAHME MUSS DER

AKKU VOLLSTÄNDIG AUFGELADEN WERDEN!

Ein/Aus

Schalten Sie das Gerät durch langes Drücken des An/Aus-Schalters an der Nase ein. Die Box zeigt durch ein kurzes Bellen, dass sie zum Abspielen bereit ist. Zusätzlich beginnt die rote Betriebs-Indikator-LED auf der Rückseite zu leuchten. Zum Ausschalten drücken Sie erneut länger die Nase, die rote LED erlischt. Bei 10 Minuten Inaktivität schaltet sich die Box stromsparend selbst ab

Lautstärke

ACHTUNG! Gefahr vor Hörschaden! Um diese zu vermeiden, sollten Sie nicht über längere Zeit mit großer Lautstärke hören!

Drüc ken Sie auf das rechte Oh r, um die La utstärke zu erhö hen. Drücke n Sie das linke Ohr, um die Lautstärke zu verringern.

Kopfhörer

Durch das Anschließen von Kopfhörern (nicht im Lieferumfang enthalten) über die 3,5 mm Klinke wird der Lautsprecher abgeschaltet. Die Lautstärke kann über die Ohren der Box eingestellt werden.

SCHUTZ DES GEHÖRS IHRER KINDER

» In Abhängigkeit der verwendeten Kopf- und Ohrhörer können hohe

Lautstärkepegel erreicht werden, die bei langfristiger Nutzung zu einer dauerhaften Schädigung des Gehörs führen können!

» Das Kind sollte hierbei ständig beaufsichtigt werden, und es muss

sichergestellt sein, dass das Kind den Kopfhörer nur für kurze Zeit und nicht bei zu hoher Lautstärke nutzt.

» Ermitteln Sie anfangs eine angenehme Lautstärke und behalten Sie

diese bei. Da sich das Gehör im Laufe der Zeit an einen bestimmten Lautstärkepegel gewöhnt und das Lautstärkeempﬁnden abnimmt, neigt man dazu, die Lautstärke regelmäßig zu erhöhen. Dieses Vorgehen führt allerdings unweigerlich zu Gehörschäden.

» Je höher die Lautstärke ist, desto schneller kann das Gehör Ihres

Kindes geschädigt werden.

USB-/SD-/Line In-Betrieb

SD-Karten/USB-Sticks müssen im Format FAT32 formatiert

sein! Bespielen Sie eine SD-Karte/ einen USB-Stick mit den MP3 Dateien. Die Titel werden in der Reihenfolge abgespielt, in welcher diese auf das Medium kopiert wurden.

» Stecken Sie den USB-Stick, die SD-Kar te oder das Line In-Kabel in

die dafür vorgesehene Buchse. Schalten Sie das Gerät über die Nase ein. Das Gerät startet automatisch im SD-Karten-Modus. Drücken Sie kurz die Mode-Taste, um den gewünschten Modus auszuwählen.

» Der LED-Kreis zeigt kurz den ausgewählten Modus farblich an:

Blau = Bluetooth, Grün = USB, Gelb = Line-In, Rot = SD-Karte

» Die Wiedergabe wird automatisch gestartet. Drücken Sie auf die

Play/Pause-Taste zum Pausieren oder den Track wieder zu starten.

» Stellen Sie die Lautstärke durch Druck der Ohren auf einen

angenehmen Pegel.

» Die Box verfügt im USB und SD-Karten-Modus über eine Memory-

Funktion, die sich automatisch die letzte abgespielte Stelle merkt, wenn das Gerät abgeschaltet wird. Nach Entfernen des jeweiligen Mediums wird dieser Speicher aber gelöscht.

Anmerkungen zum Kopierschutz. Nach dem geltenden Recht ist es unzulässig, geschützte Produkte zu kopieren, diese zu übertragen, zu verbreiten, öffentlich zugänglich zu machen, sowie zu vermieten, ohne dass eine Gestattung des Rechtsinhabers vorliegt.

Trackauswahl

Während der Wiedergabe können Sie mit  oder  zum nächsten oder vorherigen Track springen.

» Wählen Sie den Track im Wiedergabe- oder Pausenmodus mit 

oder  und starten Sie die Wiedergabe mit der Play/Pause-Taste.

» Mit einem kurzen Tastendruck auf  springen Sie zum nächsten

Track. Mit einem kurzen Tastendruck auf  kehren Sie zum Anfang des aktuellen Titels zurück. Um einen oder mehrere Titel zurückzuspringen, drücken Sie mehrmals auf die Taste .

Bluetooth-Funktion

» Schalten Sie das Gerät durch langen Druck auf die Nase ein. » Aktivieren Sie Bluetooth auf Ihrem Smartphone/Tablet. » Drücken Sie wiederholt kurz auf den Mode-Schalter des Geräts bis

der Bluetooth-Modus ausgewählt ist. Der LED Kreis leuchtet blau.

» Suchen Sie parallel mit Ihrem Smartphone/Tablet nach Bluetooth-

Geräten in der Nähe.

» Wählen Sie „DogBox" aus den angezeigten Geräten auf Ihrem

Smartphone/Tablet aus. Produkt und Abspielmedium sind jetzt gekoppelt und zur Wiedergabe bereit.

» Wählen Sie die gewünschte Musik über Smartphone/Tablet aus.

LED-Lichtkreis

Das Gerät ver fügt über einen integrierten LED-Lichtkreis, der zur Musik reagiert.

» Schalten Sie das Gerät ein. » Bei kurzem Druck auf die Licht-Taste wird die Beleuchtung

aktiviert. Bei erneutem Druck auf die LED-Taste wird der Lichtkreis wieder deaktiviert.

» Beim Wechsel des Modus zeigt der LED-Lichtkreis kurz den

ausgewählten Modus farblich an: SD-Betrieb: Rot | USB-Betrieb: Grün | Bluetooth-Betrieb: Blau | Line-In Betrieb: Gelb

Stromversorgung

» Das Gerät ver fügt über einen eingebauten Akku, der sich über das

beiliegende micro-USB laden lässt.

» Schließen Sie das micro-USB Kabel an einen passenden 5 V DC

USB-Anschluss, wie z.B. einen Computer.

» Die rote Batterie-LED auf der Rückseite des Produkts beginnt zu

leuchten. Sobald der Akku vollständig geladen ist, erlischt die LED.

» Die vollständige Ladung eines leeren Akkus dauert ca. 3 Stunden.

Die Laufzeit beträgt ca. 5 Stunden, abhängig von der gewählten Lautstärke.

Der Akku darf nur unter Aufsicht von Erwachsenen geladen werden.

» Batterien dürfen nicht übermäßigen Temperaturen ausgesetzt

werden, wie sie zum Beispiel im Sonnenschein, Feuer oder Backofen auftreten. Es besteht Explosionsgefahr.

» Achten Sie darauf, dass Batterien/Akkus nicht kurzgeschlossen

werden. Es besteht Explosionsgefahr.

Wenn Sie Zweifel an der Sicherheit des Gerätes haben (zum Beispiel bei Beschädigung des Gehäuses oder des Kabels), sollte das Gerät nicht benutzt werden bis der Mangel behoben wurde.

Wartung und Reinigung

Verw enden Sie zum Re inigen ein weiches, s taubfreies Tuch. Bei s tarker Verunreinigung kann das Tuch leicht befeuchtet und ein mildes Spülmittel verwendet werden. Verwenden Sie zum Reinigen keine starken Lösungsmittel wie z.B. Alkohol, Benzin oder Verdünner, da diese das Gehäuse, die Lackierung und das Zubehör beschädigen können.

Entsorgung

Elektrische und elektronische Bauteile dürfen nicht im Hausmüll entsorgt werden! Der Ver braucher is t gesetzlich verpﬂichtet, Elektro- und Elektronikgeräte am Ende ihrer Lebensdauer an den dafür eingerichteten öffentlichen Sammelstellen zurückzugeben, um die Altgeräte der Verwertung zuzuführen. Die Sammelstelle gibt Ihr örtliches Abfallent-

sorgungsunternehmen bekannt.

Batterien/Akkus unterliegen keiner Garantie, da diese Verbrauchsteile sind. Das Verkaufsdatum ist im Garantiefall durch die Kaufquittung oder Rechnung nachzuweisen. Durch eine Garantieleistung tritt keine Verlängerung der Garantiezeit ein

The Box

BEFORE FIRST OPERATION, FULLY CHARGE THE

BATTERY!

ON/OFF

Switch on the product by a long press at the ON/OFF-button located at the nose. The box can be used after it makes a short woof sound. Additionally the red LED operation indicator at the backside turns on. To turn the box off, press the nose for a few seconds, the red LED turns off. When the box is not in use for about 10 minutes it switches off automatically to save on energy.

Volume

CAUTION! Hearing damage! To avoid hearing damage, do not listen to music at maximum volume for a long period of time!

To increase the volume, keep on pressing the right ear, to decrease the volume, keep on pressing the left ear.

Headphones

By connecting headphones (not included in delivery content) to the 3,5 mm socket, the loudspeaker will be muted. The volume can be controlled via the ears of the box.

PROTECT YOUR CHILDREN FROM HEARING IMPAIRMENT

» Depending on the head- or earphones, high volume levels can be

produced which may lead to permanent hearing impairment due to sustainable usage!

» Children should be supervised all the time during usage and not use

headphones on high volume and for a longer time period.

» Determine and retain a pleasant volume level. As the hearing gets

accustomed to a certain volume level and the volume perceived by the human ear decreases over time, there is a tendency to increase the volume regularly. This procedure will inevitably lead to hearing impairment.

» The higher the volume levels are set, the faster the hearing of your

child will be damaged.

USB-/SD-/Line In-operation

SD-cards and USB-sticks have to be formatted in FAT32! Copy your MP3 ﬁles to the SD-card or USB-stick. The ﬁles will be

played in the same order they have been copied onto the medium.

» Connect the USB-stick, SD-card or Line-In cable to the appropriate

socket. Switch on the box by pressing the nose. The device automatically switches to SD mode. Keep on pressing the Mode-button to get the desired mode.

» The LED light circle shortly shows the currently chosen mode by

color: Blue = Bluetooth, Green = USB, Yellow = Line-In, Red = SD » Playback starts automatically. » Press the Play/Pause button to pause the track or to star t the

playback again. » Adjust the volume to a suitable listening level by pressing the ears. » On USB and SD mode, the box has a memor y function that remem-

bers the last played position of the track, when the box is switched

off. When disconnecting the medium from the box, this memor y is

erased.

During play back you can skip with  or  to the next or prev ious track.

» Select the track during playback or pause mode with  or  and

start the playback by pressing the Play/Pause-button.

» Pressing brieﬂy on  you can skip to the next track. Pressing brieﬂy

on  you will return to the beginning of the current track. To skip several tracks forward or back press the button repeatedly.

Bluetooth function

» Switch on the box by pressing the nose. » Activate bluetooth on your smartphone/tablet. » Keep on pressing the Mode-button of the box to get to the Bluetooth-

mode. The LED circle shines blue. » Search for bluetooth devices on your smartphone/tablet. » Pick "DogBox" from the list of available devices on your smartpho-

ne/tablet. Box and smartphone/tablet are now connected and ready

VOOR HET EERSTE GEBRUIK MOET DE ACCU

VOLLEDIG OPGELADEN WORDEN!

Aan/Uit

Zet het apparaat aan door lang te drukken op de bovenkant van de Aan/ Uit schakelaar. De Box laat zien door een kort geblaf, dat het bereid is om af te spelen. Bovendien gaat de rode indicator LED-lamp aan de achter kant branden. Om het appar aat uit te schakelen, drukt u opnieuw langer de bovenste knop in, de rode LED gaat uit. Na 10 minuten van inactiviteit schakelt de Box zichzelf uit om energie te besparen

Volume

WAARSCHUWING! Gevaar voor gehoorschade! Om dit te vermij-

den, moet u niet voor langere tijd naar een hoge geluidsvolumes luisteren! Druk op het rechteroor om het volume te verhogen. Druk op het linkeroor om het volume te verlagen.

Koptelefoons

Als u een koptelefoon aansluit (wordt niet meegeleverd) via de 3,5 mm-aansluiting, wordt de luidspreker uitgeschakeld. De geluidssterkte kan worden aangepast via de oren van de Box.

BESCHERMING VAN HET GEHOOR VAN UW KINDEREN

» Afhankelijk van de gebruikte kop- en oortelefoons kunnen hoge

volumeniveaus worden bereikt, die bij langdurig gebruik uw gehoor permanent kunnen beschadigen!

» Het kind moet voortdurend worden gecontroleerd en er moet voor

worden gezorgd dat het kind de koptelefoon maar voor een korte tijd en niet op een te hoog volume gebruikt.

» Bepaal aanvankelijk een aangenaam volume en houd het zo.

Naarmate het gehoor in de loop van de tijd aan een bepaald volumeniveau went en de volumeperceptie afneemt, heeft men de gewoonte om het volume regelmatig te verhogen. Deze procedure leidt echter onvermijdelijk tot gehoorschade.

» Hoe hoger het volume is, hoe sneller het gehoor van uw kind

beschadigt kan worden.

Werking SD-kaart/USB-sticks/Line-In

SD-kaarten/USB-sticks moeten worden geformatteerd in

FAT32-indeling! Neem een SD-kaart / USB-stick waar de MP3-bestanden op staan. De titels worden afgespeeld in dezelfde volgorde als hoe ze gekopieerd zijn naar het medium.

» Steek de USB-stick, de SD-kaart of de Line In-kabel in de daarvoor

bestemde aansluiting. Schakel het apparaat via de bovenste knop in. Het apparaat start automatisch in de SD-kaartmodus. Druk kort op de knop ‘Mode’ om de gewenste modus te selecteren.

» De LED-cirkel toont kort de geselecteerde modus in kleur: blauw =

Bluetooth, groen = USB, geel = Line-in, rood = SD-kaart

» Het afspelen start automatisch. Druk op de knop Play/Pause om het

nummer te pauzeren of opnieuw te starten.

» Stel het volume op een comfortabel niveau door op de oren te

drukken.

» De Box heeft een geheugenfunctie in USB- en SD-kaar tmodus,

die automatisch de laatst gespeelde track onthoudt wanneer het apparaat wordt uitgeschakeld. Maar na verwijdering van het betreffende medium is deze info verwijderd.

Opmerkingen over kopieerbeveiliging. Volgens de huidige wetgeving is het niet toegestaan om beschermde producten te kopiëren, over te dragen, te verspreiden, openbaar te maken of te verhuren zonder toestemming van de houder van het auteursrecht.

Track keuze

» Tijdens het afspelen kunt u op  of  drukken om naar het

volgende of vorige nummer te springen.

» Selecteer de track in de afspeel- of pauzemodus met  of  en

star t het afspelen met de knop Play/Pause.

» Druk kort op  om naar het volgende nummer te gaan. Met een

korte druk op  keert u terug naar het begin van de huidige titel. Druk herhaaldelijk op de knop  om een of meer nummers over te slaan.

Bluetooth

» Schakel het apparaat in door lang op de bovenste knop te drukken. » Activeer Bluetooth op uw smartphone/tablet. » Druk herhaaldelijk op de modusschakelaar op het apparaat totdat de

Bluetooth-modus is geselecteerd. De LED-cirkel licht blauw op.

» Zoek in tegelijkertijd met uw smartphone/tablet naar Bluetooth-ap-

paraten in de buurt.

» Selecteer "DogBox" van de weergegeven apparaten op uw

smartphone/tablet. Het product en de media zijn nu gekoppeld en klaar om afgespeeld te worden.

» Selecteer de gewenste muziek via uw smartphone/tablet.

LED light cirkels

Het apparaat heeft een geïntegreerde LED-lichtcirkel die reageert op de muziek.

» Schakel het apparaat in. » Het licht wordt geactiveerd door kort op de lichtknop te

drukken. Als u nogmaals op de LED-knop drukt, wordt de lichtcirkel weer gedeactiveerd.

» Bij het wijzigen van de modus, geeft de LED-lichtcirkel kor t de

geselecteerde modus in kleur weer: SD-modus: Rood | USB-werking: groen | Bluetooth-werking: blauw | Line-in-werking: geel

Stroomvoorziening

Het apparaat heeft een ingebouwde batterij die kan worden opgeladen via de meegeleverde micro-USB.

» Sluit de micro-USB-kabel aan op een geschikte 5V DC USB-poort,

zoals een computer.

» De rode batterij-LED op de achterkant van het product begint te

gloeien. Zodra de batterij volledig is opgeladen, gaat de LED uit.

» Het volledig opladen van een lege batterij duurt ongeveer 3 uur. De

Marche / Arrêt

Allumez l'appareil en appuyant longuement sur le haut de l'interrupteur marche / arrêt. La boîte montre à travers un bref aboiement qu’elle est prête à jouer. De plus, le voyant rouge situé à l'arrière s'allume. Pour éteindre l'appareil, appuyez à nouveau plus longtemps sur le bouton du haut, le voyant rouge s'éteint. Après 10 minutes d'inactivité, le Box s'éteint pour économiser de l'énergie.

PROTECTION DE L'AUDIENCE DE VOS ENFANTS

» En fonction des écouteurs utilisés, vous pouvez atteindre des

niveaux de volume élevés qui peuvent endommager de manière irréversible votre audition lors d'une utilisation prolongée!

Fonctionnement carte SD / clés USB / Line-In

Les cartes SD / clés USB doivent être formatées au format

FAT32! Prenez une carte SD / clé USB contenant les ﬁchiers MP3. Les titres seront lus dans le même ordre où ils ont été copiés sur le support.

» Insérez la clé USB, la carte SD ou le câble Line In dans la prise

appropriée. Allumez l'appareil avec le bouton du haut. L'appareil démarre automatiquement en mode carte SD. Appuyez brièvement sur le bouton «Mode» pour sélectionner le mode souhaité.

Il Dispositivo

Acceso/Spento

Accendi il dispositivo tenendo premuto l'interruttore Acceso / Spento, posizionato sul naso. La scatola è pronta all'utilizzo quando viene emesso un breve abbaio. Inoltre, si accende il LED rosso indicatore di funzionamento sul retro. Per spegnere, premere a lungo sul naso, il LED rosso si spegne. Dopo 10 minuti di inattività, la scatola si spegne automaticamente per risparmiare energia.b

Volume

ATTENZIONE! Pericolo di danni all'udito! Per evitare danni

all'udito, limitare i tempi di ascolto ad alto volume per periodi di tempo eccessivamente lunghi! Per aumentare il volume, premere sull'orecchio destro. Per diminuire il volume, invece, premere sull'orecchio sinistro.

Auricolari

Collegando gli auricolari (non inclusi) tramite il jack da 3,5 mm, l'altoparlante si spegne. Il volume può essere regolato tramite le orecchie della scatola.

PROTEZIONE DELL'UDITO DEI TUOI BAMBINI

» A seconda delle cufﬁe e degli auricolari utilizzati, è possibile

raggiungere livelli di volume elevati che, se utilizzati per lunghi periodi di tempo, possono provocare danni permanenti all'udito!

» Il bambino deve essere costantemente sorvegliato ed è necessario

assicurarsi che il bambino usi le cuf ﬁe solo per un breve periodo di tempo, a volume non troppo alto.

» Determina, inizialmente, un volume confortevole e mantienilo.

Quando l'udito si abitua nel tempo ad un certo livello di volume e la percezione del volume diminuisce, si tende ad aumentare regolarmente il volume. Tuttavia, questa azione porta inevitabilmente a danni all'udito.

» Più alto è il volume, più velocemente l'udito del tuo bambino può

essere danneggiato.

Funzione USB / SD / Line-In

Le schede SD / chiavette USB devono essere formattate in for-

mato FAT32! Registra una scheda SD / una chiavetta USB con i ﬁle MP3. I titoli vengono riprodotti nell'ordine in cui sono stati copiati sul supporto.

» Inserire la chiave USB, la scheda SD o il cavo Line-In nella presa

fornita. Accendi il dispositivo tramite il naso. Il dispositivo si avvierà automaticamente in modalità scheda SD. Premere brevemente il pulsante Mode per selezionare la modalità desiderata.

» L'anello luminoso a LED mostra brevemente a colori la modalità

Erogazione di energia elettrica

» Il dispositivo dispone di una batteria ricaricabile integrata, che può

essere caricata tramite il micro-USB incluso.
